The best restaurants in Limerick

11/07/2026: Ordering online is a bit clunky to ask for what you want, however going in person costs more. I looked at the menu on Just Eat, saw a large taco chip and a drink was €6.99 so I brought €7 and they wanted to charge me €8 and I said no thanks and left. If anything I would have thought the apps cost more. I know it's only a €1 in difference but I felt off about being charged more in person when I could've just ordered for collection. Now comparing to Uber Eats it is more expensive there. Lovely food, good value, I'm just not going to order it in person anymore.

02/07/2026: shite craic altogether how long ye take????? bad buzz don’t order if ye are hungry. If you don’t want food then deffo cause you’re not getting it!!! I hate him!!!!!!! This is the worst night of my life! Wa wa wa i’m crying so bad but i’m so hungry there’s no tears. never again…. im back i tried to eat the food, stay awayyyyyyyy it taste like cardboard. The rest of these reviews are lies don’t do it to yourself. the onion rings had the consistency of a chewing gum.

14/06/2026: Order : Classic masala dosa. They customised spice levels to my liking. Really loved the taste. Great find after a long search for authentic dosas across the city.

02/05/2026: First time having Dosa's in limerick - usually have them in Dublin and I think these are the best I have ever had. The masala and the chicken curry dosas. The regular chicken was sold out and will definitely be back(hopefully to try them all). Worth the 30 minute drive to limerick just for these. Can't believe I just found out about this place.

29/08/2026: Awesome cafe. The food is delicious and the coffee is amazing. Plus, the staff are super friendly and seem to genuinely care about their customers.

10/06/2026: I popped in for a coffee this morning and Ian looked after me. He was great. He was friendly, efficient and very helpful. Ian will be the reason why I will make Sodalicious my goto coffee spot.

22/05/2026: If there was an Olympic sport for soggy, poorly filled, half cooked sandwiches that don't come with sides then you lot would bring home gold. €11 for a sandwich on its own that looked like it was made by a college student after a field of drink? Won't be going here again.

22/08/2026: Good tea, "tea for one" was a cup and a half, worth it! Lemon curd cake and carrot was basic, and the hot cocoa was very nice. Wish the teapot was not dusty and the spiderwebs that cover the windows were cleared. They're undergoing some restaurations right now though and hot food is only available until 3pm. Otherwise, the plants were beautiful and there's a lot of gardening stuff here, my go to store from now on.

03/07/2026: I don't know if it's my lack of experience with Irish pizza, but it's a little different from Brazilian pizza. I thought there was really too little filling; I expected more, but it was quite tasty, although the ingredients were minimal.

09/07/2026: We ordered the beans on toast and the buddha bowl (both vegan). The toast was soaked through with the liquid meaning we had to use a fork and knife to eat it. The beans were lukewarm and kinda hard (like they had just been taken out of a can and hastily heated up). The Buddha bowl was fine, nothing super noteworthy. Service was pretty slow and we had to flag down staff multiple times to get water and our bill. The space itself is nice, but I wish they spent the same effort on the actual food to improve flavors!
