The best restaurants in Limerick

24/03/2026: Don't get the reuben. Worst sandwich my father has had in his 80 years. Bread was good, but the meat inedible, I couldn't even rip it apart with my hands, let alone chew it.

21/03/2026: I’m a delivery driver and picking up orders from this place is a nightmare they don’t even want to talk to you very an organised and poor customer service anyway who work as a delivery driver avoid this place at all costs

14/03/2026: I ordered a Brekkie Mac at 10:50 - I waited for 15 minutes and asked about my food. I was told by a worker that it wasn't even started at that point, so I requested a refund. I was the only person ordering food at the time and the staff were chatting away. I've nothing against chatting to help the boredom but it seemed like no one was checking about there the food was. Two men who looked like senior members of the team used an emergency exit to get access back into the building rather than using the appropriate access point. Seemed like a mess.

18/07/2025: Visited shannon RFC for a pint before a concert the staff were amazing and friendly, even though the place was busy, everyone was served very quickly. Highly recommend

15/07/2025: €8 a pint €9 for a can of cider or kopperberg in a plastic glass... more expensive than the pints inside the stadium. Not worth going in for a few

20/12/2025: A lot of space. Good for gathering. Quite enough to talk. Matcha was alright.

19/12/2025: Going here for breakfast (served till 11:45 daily) for two years now, weekly. Amazing food good atmosphere. BUT today——- I arrived at 11:47 and was greeted with “ sorry two minutes late for breakfast “ TWO MINUTES LATE. Well it’s time to find a new place for breakfast…. Thanks!!

18/11/2025: I really enjoyed the sandwich and cookies. The staff were very nice too. It's a great spot with nice outdoor seating as well. Such a shame they don't offer any 'for here' cups or plates, this location especially has the space to do it.

25/09/2025: Every time I come here I come away feeling completely underwhelmed. Cheap furniture, uninspired decor, barely adequate toilet facilities, slow service (as there's always a queue) . The staff are pleasant enough, but in comparison to many other cafes this falls short of the mark. It only survives on the back of a shortage of competition in this area of Limerick, and despite a big student population, it's certainly not cheap.

20/11/2025: Lovely pint of Stout, and one of the best pub paintings I've seen. Top marks.

15/11/2025: Great pint of Guinness and sports on a number of Tvs. Nice and quiet. No food.

29/10/2025: Comfortable hotel bar, great service from the bar staff. Not too busy when we were there.

05/10/2025: The restaurant's location is excellent, and the meal vouchers from our hotel were a great start. The food itself was fantastic, which made our experience even more frustrating. Unfortunately, the service was atrocious. We were not attended to at any stage during our meal, and no one checked if we wanted more drinks. We also had long waits for our food and had to flag down staff just to get the bill. It was disappointing to see what looked like a lack of training or management, as staff seemed to stand around talking to each other instead of helping customers. The poor service completely overshadowed what should have been a wonderful meal.

02/04/2026: The closest we have come to Döner Kebabs sold in Germany (native German who had these almost weekly). These are amazing. Highly recommend.

25/03/2026: Delicious food and nice staff but order took 25 minutes longer than it was supposed to. It was worth the wait .😊

16/08/2025: Clean and welcoming place, excellent service. Cappuccino compared to the large Italian ones, but you can choose between small, medium, and large, but excellent. A piece of advice: stop by ☺️🤗🤗
