02/01/2026: Driving all over from cork to having food …disappointing the food was not cooked at all …

26/12/2025: Small cramped space would be their most outstanding feature. Aesthetics are ok. I wouldn’t get their ramen - gave it 2 chances but nah. Won’t even call them ramen. Rice dishes are average. Wouldn’t be my go to Japanese restaurant. The other option is cheaper, feels fresher, and better portion + taste.

16/11/2025: I visited today for the Caherdavin Celtic Bingo Night. It was very enjoyable. The guys on the counter in the cafe let me bring a plate of chips into the function room so I am giving them a mention here They do nice carvery here from other reviews and it’s lovely I will definitely be back here again for another quiz night or vacation

14/10/2025: Arrived an hour before closing to a not very warm welcome. Were served in to go cups. Filter coffee was cold. The coffee was good however. The tart also served cold but maybe that's a thing.

14/10/2025: Would have giving 5 stars as the food is delicious but we ordered it the other night and it took nearly 2 hours and we only live about 20 minute drive so that was disappointing.

19/09/2025: Great to have a Filipino restaurant in Limerick! My husband and I were invited by friends, and it was our first time visiting Dasco on a Twilight Thursday—we really enjoyed the experience. The Pinoy Bowl was tasty and comforting, and the tocilog and tapsilog were flavorful, just like home. The mini Filipino grocery inside is such a nice touch for anyone missing essentials from back home. To top it all off, the yema cake was superb. Highly recommend for anyone looking for Filipino food and a warm atmosphere in Limerick.

19/09/2025: I bought a cappuccino from Dasco and really enjoyed it, the coffee was smooth and flavorful. The customer service was okay, nothing bad but nothing outstanding either. Overall, it was a decent experience

19/10/2025: There was a store with some spice, The bags were so large for the price Fried Chicken and chips Will tingle your lips So good you best go here twice! - this family run restaurant in the heart of limerick city serves a really fantastic spice bag. I’d recommend ordering it to eat at the restaurant and either getting a side of the curry or spicy sauce to dip it in! Absolutely fantastic food and service!

26/12/2025: Average place for coffee. Matcha was so grassy - it’s either bad quality matcha or they don’t know how to make it. Oatmeal cookie was fab. It can be packed on busy day. I recall having to wait to be seated and took a while to get the food. By the time I had my full Irish breakfast, it was a bit cold and just doesn’t feel fresh.

22/12/2025: Came for breakfast while I waited for a hospital appointment. No option to remove meat from breakfast burrito to make it vegetarian friendly. Ordered scrambled eggs on toast and the toast was barely warm. The table next to me also had the same problem. It was warm bread as opposed to toast. The eggs were more akin to a chopped up omelette than scrambled eggs

16/12/2025: stayed with work. staff really friendly, bar food excellent and serves late. Best part was leisure club. great pool, steam room and jacuzzi. Would highly recommend this hotel.

14/12/2025: We had an amazing 2 night stay with our almost two year old and 6 month old. We couldn’t have asked for more. From the moment we stepped into reception to check in staff were so attentive and welcoming. In particular Caroline at reception and Melissa in the bar. The care and personal touch they showed us and our children was something we never experience before the chat the messing the playing everything with the children was amazing. The service in the bar both nights where we ate was amazing. Our toddlers food was always brought out in minutes. On the second night our son asked for a burger chips and a biccy (biscuit), to which Melissa came back with exactly that. Every member of staff were just absolutely amazing . Joseph in the bar was absolutely amazing also. There was no request too much to heating up baby bottles to extra towels for baby baths and going to the pool there was no end to the accommodating nature of all staff we had the pleasure of meeting. 31/12/2025: Me and my friend both got pancakes and when we tried them, we both got the same taste of perfume and chemicals. This was our second time having a problem at shake dog. My friend found a small black worm in her wrap. 31st Dec. 2025 Also me and my friend are nauseated after consuming the pancakes.

26/11/2025: The food was/is fab,bthe banter was/is a brill/thrill & the atmosphere was a little too darkly lit but all that are important when the Customer is SKY HIGH & the Service is almost as "thrilling".
