19/09/2025: Great to have a Filipino restaurant in Limerick! My husband and I were invited by friends, and it was our first time visiting Dasco on a Twilight Thursday—we really enjoyed the experience. The Pinoy Bowl was tasty and comforting, and the tocilog and tapsilog were flavorful, just like home. The mini Filipino grocery inside is such a nice touch for anyone missing essentials from back home. To top it all off, the yema cake was superb. Highly recommend for anyone looking for Filipino food and a warm atmosphere in Limerick.

10/12/2025: Coqbull Castletroy. Lovely food manager is welcoming. However when paying for food the worker named Emma ignored us at the door for ages, when I finally got to pay she immediately walked off before I could ask for a receipt. When I did, she rolled her eyes printed one and left it on the table when I was standing right beside her. Very very rude girl should not be working in hospitality, coming from someone the same age as her.

29/01/2026: We visited Milano over the weekend. Food & service both good. I mentioned to a colleague today to which she said she had eaten there over the weekend too and wasn't the 1euro offer fantastic value. I told her I didn't see any offers advertised in the restaurant, she said she used an online code she received on the Milano website. I checked the offer & my receipt and it turns out we would have qualified for the offer. The staff member who ran my bill surely knew this too. It would have taken a few clicks on my mobile to receive the code to redeem at point of paying. I thought it very disappointing it was not suggested or that we weren't asked if we had a special offer code etc. It would have been the difference between us recommending & returning & now making a point not to.

20/01/2026: Got the Penne Pesto Romana dish which was very ordinary and the pasta was undercooked. The Pizza ordered was a far better option. Good service from the Female waitress who served us €9.45 was steep for a glass of Rose Spritz for other half

18/01/2026: I have been there a good number of times and I have not been disappointed yet!

18/01/2026: 2 separate orders; 2 separate experiences. First, in person, I had a large sushi combo. It was excellent. Only complaint was the sushi rice had too much mirin/rice vinegar/whatever they use to add sweetness and the sushi wouldn’t hold form to pick up or dip fish side first into the soy. Service was great. Second, since it was so good, I ordered it via Uber Eats. I got a small sushi set and Unagi (with utensils). No utensils came. The unagi was tough and fishy. The sushi was mostly again excellent, this time not overly saturated, except one of the white fish pieces seemed foul. Overall still a good restaurant.

28/01/2026: Hadn't been in many years and hadn't gone back as I didn't enjoy it the first time. Went again last night and the food was excellent both starters and main. Big thumbs up from me
