08/12/2025: Christmas do for a small office. Food ( evening meal and breakfast) was excellent, service with attentive staff who looked after us all evening. Highly recommend.

Yesterday, I came to the shop to buy my favorite cake, the Red Velvet. The place wasn’t very crowded, and there were two staff members. I stood there for about five minutes or more, and neither of them came to ask what I wanted or even apologized by saying they were busy and would be with me shortly.
I hope this doesn’t happen again, because you have a unique and special taste, and I always buy from you for every birthday and occasion.

03/01/2026: the owner is so rude. doesn’t accept that there is hair in their sushi and they are threatening us to go to police if we complain again. they offered us 100 euro voucher, we didn’t even accept because they are very rude and they are very dirty.

23/12/2025: Nothing more special about their fish. Just ordinary fried fish and same taste. Chips were cut well. They forgot to give a can with my meal, and so did I. Only realised when I got home.

02/12/2025: I wouldn't even give 1 star, we went on Sunday evening at 7pm and manager at milano directly said it's the closing time, while in the website and opening hours was showing upto 9pm. Manager wasn't friendly.

18/11/2025: I really enjoyed the sandwich and cookies. The staff were very nice too. It's a great spot with nice outdoor seating as well. Such a shame they don't offer any 'for here' cups or plates, this location especially has the space to do it.
25/09/2025: Every time I come here I come away feeling completely underwhelmed. Cheap furniture, uninspired decor, barely adequate toilet facilities, slow service (as there's always a queue) . The staff are pleasant enough, but in comparison to many other cafes this falls short of the mark. It only survives on the back of a shortage of competition in this area of Limerick, and despite a big student population, it's certainly not cheap.

11/12/2025: We had Emma waiting on us this evening and she was so attentive, friendly and took good care of our table. Really enjoyed our meal.
10/12/2025: Coqbull Castletroy. Lovely food manager is welcoming. However when paying for food the worker named Emma ignored us at the door for ages, when I finally got to pay she immediately walked off before I could ask for a receipt. When I did, she rolled her eyes printed one and left it on the table when I was standing right beside her. Very very rude girl should not be working in hospitality, coming from someone the same age as her.
