It’s conveniently located, offers great value, and the service is always delivered with a smile. I nearly always go for the special — they consistently serve up something delicious with a unique twist. The portions are generous too, with plenty of sides, so you definitely won’t leave hungry!
There’s always a warm, welcoming atmosphere at The Jockeys, and you might even catch a live music session now and then. Whether you're a family, couple, or flying solo, it’s a fantastic place to dine and unwind.

31/05/2025: This was the most elegant and friendly hotel. Service was impeccable and the bar is traditional and well stocked. The complimentary coffee, tea or hot chocolate made my kids so happy with Chritian’s hot chocolate delivered to the room for them!
31/05/2025: I had a lovely stay at this hotel and will be back in hope. Room was a little small and dated. Not able to get around the bed to draw the curtains and disappointed that no tea/coffee facilities available in the room but the atmosphere in the hotel was lovely and the staff were exceptional.

04/06/2025: Ok, so unequivocally the best part of our Ireland trip was our stay in Carlingford and specifically our Hotel. A quaint and beautiful little Hotel in an amazing town. The hospitality was unmatched and a shout out to Terry for being so gracious to us during our stay, can't say enough about the amazing experience we had here. The hotel was great, the beds and pillows were comfy and the room was well-appointed. We had such an amazing stay. Thanks again for the hospitality, a trip we will never forget.
01/06/2025: I really loved this spot. Rooms where very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was lovely aswell.

Consistently always good food with very friendly staff and excellent service.
The best bar and restaurant in the county if not the country.
Highly recommended.
05/06/2025: Called in on our way to Belfast and it was so nice we called in again on our way home. Great food and wonderful staff. Lovely atmosphere. Will definitely visit again the next time we’re passing.
