21/01/2026: Food is always amazing I come here a lot

20/01/2026: Sadly has changed for the worse, visited with my wife. Only 6 people in the restaurant, yet took nearly 2 hours for a starter and main meal. Food was not very good, service non existent, won't be returning.

21/02/2026: Very poor customer service, when they leave your order short, their idea of customer service is to basically accuse you of lying and repeatedly shouting it was in the bag, manager won't speak directly to you and just continues to shout it was in the bag leaving young lad on phone to apologise, must be their way to deal with customers accuse them of lying and in turn rob their customers money for food not received, well done mala!!

09/02/2026: I ordered online two different kind of plates both were very salty and the beef was so hard that I had to throw it away. I really don't recommend to eat from this places at least not taking away , maybe on site it'll be better because they know you are there and can complain m

09/11/2025: I had the misfortune of ordering a takeaway from this establishment for when I received it the portion of curry sauce was missing. When I contacted the premises I was told that the spice box meal didn't include curry sauce and when I told them that the photo clearly showed and stated that the sauce was included, they point blanked denied that this was the case. I would caution that customers should have second thoughts before ordering as you might not get what you paid for.

07/04/2026: Used to be the best place in town for Indian food but has gone seriously down hill. As other have mentioned the sauces are like packet soups. Bland with no flavour. Haven’t been in years and won’t be returning unless they up their quality. Disappointing.

21/03/2026: The worst Indian food I’ve ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Butter Chicken is a bland watery korma sauce and the fried rice was boil in the bag rice with greasy bits of fried onion!! I can’t express what a let down it was!!

08/04/2026: Order was over 20 minutes late. Food was barely warm. Order was wrong and the extra toppings I paid for were nowhere to be seen. Terrible service

31/12/2025: Just ordered a kebab pizza from here and the pizza was cold so called them up was so ignorant on the phone refused to change it saying if he makes another pizza it will turn out the same DO ORDER FROM HERE

01/12/2025: It used to be good, had the best chips, but they've gone downhill. The garlic sauce and pizza are good though, although dont get chicken on it because it tastes so stale and dry. Same with the beef, unfortunately the beef has been consistently tasting like fish, either poor quality or not handled well, maybe used close to expiration date. I used to love Roma, I hope they take the reviews on board and work on the quality

04/03/2026: I've ordered from this place a few times and each time there is an item missing or the wrong toppings. I always place order instructions and they are ignored each time, things missing and when I call, no one picks up.

10/04/2026: If it could give it zero stars I would. I ordered 1 pizza for delivery at 18.36 on the app. The app said it was due for delivery but 19.36. At 20.10 I phoned and was told it was literally just gone out the door, no apologies nothing. Over 25 minutes later the 1 singular pizza arrived exactly 2 hours after ordering. We only live 2-3 minutes drive away. If you cant cope with the orders don't take them. Will not be ordering again.

29/03/2026: I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by the way the owner/manager was treating the staff especially and customers have never experienced anything like it in my life, I would recommend avoiding at all costs unless you would like to listen to the staff being downgraded her vulgar language, attitude and tone is disgusting

02/04/2026: I recently ordered a takeaway mixed kebab from this branch. I arrived close to closing time, so I understand there may have been time constraints. However, the kebab felt a bit rushed, with noticeably less salad than expected, which affected the overall quality. What was a bit disappointing was the lack of communication. A quick heads-up about limited ingredients or reduced quality would have helped set expectations. I’ve had better experiences at other branches of the same chain ( I believe so), so I know they can do better. Overall, this was an average experience — not bad, but with room for improvement, especially in consistency and communication.

27/03/2026: Something definitely changed, and it’s not for good. I ordered from them a good few times before and it was decent chipper food. I unfortunately can’t say the same thing about the food I received today. What I received today was the most blandest, greasiest flavourless food I have had in a long time. I ordered a „smoked cod fillet” meal. The fish maybe sat next to smoked cod, but was definitely not smoked. The batter was flavourless and the chips were definitely not fresh. As for the service, I opted to pay with cash, the person that delivered the food had no change and just stood there hoping I’d have change. I do not recommend.

16/03/2026: Please do not go in here it's terrible food is disgusting and staff are not nice and don't even listen to your orders properly for a start.... Tried to charge me for extra items as well and got my order wrong after that so I made them make it again about 2 years ago went in once never again.... Plenty of nice other places to get a takeaway in drogheda, the place is run down and feels manky and dirty. Easily worst takeaway in drogheda, Parents went in and they start to say to them while the food was been cooked that if they don't like the food they should leave when they didn't even have their food and were waiting for it. Very rude and weird staff....... Get yourself a mazar next door to it the staff are exceptional in there and food is great!

10/03/2026: Awful food. Delivery came suspiciously fast, there was no way the chicken could have been cooked fresh. Chips were hot but chicken was cold dry and tasteless, ended up putting the whole lot in the bin. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again

16/01/2026: Its rare for me to be encouraged to put up a review for a takeaway but I have to say the food from here is top class, still piping hot, quick delivery, great quality. I got the house special fries rice and it can be hit or miss with most Chinese takeaways. Everything about it was great, the amount, the taste, all of the meats were great for both quality and quantity. My new fav Chinese in drogheda, 3rd time ordering and the consistency is what I look for and its always on point.
