08/08/2024: Dropped in ordered garlic chip . Guy behind counter asked garlic with cheese? to which I restated no just garlic chip alone. Get home garlic chip ok but covered in cheese. Mind boggles.

11/06/2024: Came here twice, best pasta we had on the holiday, atmosphere is great and the waiters are so fun and friendly! Cheap food too, for spaghetti and fanta for €13!!

29/09/2024: I had a very disappointing experience at Zambrero Maxol Dundalk. We called 10 minutes before arriving, and the person on the phone confirmed the restaurant was open. After driving nearly 5 kilometers to get there, we were told at the counter that the shop was closed. This was at 8:30 pm, even though we were informed earlier that they close at 9 pm on weekends. It seemed like the staff was in a rush to close up early and head home. This lack of communication and poor service was very frustrating. Would not recommend relying on their service if you're in a hurry or driving a distance.

13/06/2024: Amazing food first time there and it is closing for three months for refurbishment. Can't see why it was immaculate and to me didn't need it definitely worth a visit when it reopens.I personally can't wait.

02/11/2024: Really disappointed with my last order. Preheated food was chewy. Delivery driver asked for extra delivery fees even I paid for delivery charges when I placed my order online. Horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend anymore..

22/09/2024: I want you to write this. Red-haired girl, really rude, that works behind the till, left me standing at the till while she chatted away to her friend. And I ordered a frappuccino, charged £6.50 for it, asked for coffee in it, and watched her not put the coffee in it. Not even worth the argument. Took the coffee and left. Will never return.

18/09/2024: Disappointed Wifi not working, management going to get it fixed. Food ok but very pricey, tables could be a little cleaner.

15/09/2024: Happy friendly atmosphere with friendly staff. Nice choice of food, Pizza very good, Seafood risotto very good. Choclate Pizza dessert was a surprise. Very lovely.

18/10/2024: I had a terrible experience with Domino's Dundalk. I ordered a pizza that arrived with no sauce, no cheese—just chicken and onions. After calling the store, I was assured that a replacement (real pizza) would be sent and that the cold, untouched pizza would be collected back. However, after waiting over 45 minutes, I was told that my order actually specified no sauce or cheese, which is completely inaccurate. The staff, including the manager Dawood, were incredibly rude and dismissive, showing no willingness to help or consider that it could be a glitch in the application. My idea of a pizza is always with sauce and cheese. I am not even sure that you can change these in any all. Anyways I was told to call in the morning to file a complaint but nothing could be done. Which is strange!!! I ended up starving after a long day, relying on their service to provide a meal. This was not just an inconvenience but a complete failure of customer service. I will think twice before ordering from here again. Worst experience ever!

28/07/2024: Went in Saturday for some food , the place was empty ( not a good sign) but we took the table anyway, the lady serving us placed us over at the table by the large window on the side and as soon as we sat down this is where the issues come .. table is dirty and there is a fly infestation on the windowsill ( beyond gross ), so we move to another table , the blue fabric chairs are filthy dirty with stains and such .. I swap them out .. sitting down and notice that all the tables have cutlery laid out on the tables ( so unhygienic) , food is ordered and when it comes it is just covered in grease ( soaking the plate) , can't be that hard to cook goujons and some chips and a bit of salad. The two girls out front did not want to be there at all , cleaning the table legs with a rag and then using the same rag to wipe a table. (Gross) Dull and dirty .. wouldn't waste your money ..

29/10/2024: Chicken OK. It's chips are very poor, limp, burnt taste, often not crisp. No atmosphere in the place whatsoever. Building totally in the wrong place. Should be in center of town.

02/08/2024: Ordered take away for my kids who were on a sleepover. Owner rang to say she had knocked on the door which was the biggest lie as I have a ring doorbell and no sign of her near my front door. Then rang to say they were closed . Would never Ever EVER order again from here. Ruined the kids sleepover. Absolute farce of a place. STEER WELL CLEAR !!!!!!
