05/07/2025: The place has a lot of potential beside the river with a nice beer garden but is let down by the food. Bad • cocktails are really bad, whiskey sour tasted like whiskey and soda water, passionfruit martini tasted like a strong mi wadi. • steak we asked for it rare and it came out well done and chewie • speakers not working in beer garden making the place lack atmosphere. Good • good service and they gave 2 free drinks after we said the streak was not good. • combo platter was above average. • we both went to birra moretti after the bad cocktails and they where really nice.

19/11/2025: Don’t go here unless you want to experience racism! My family were going here a 30th birthday. My mom (59) my two brothers and a friend of ours. Bouncer wouldn’t let them in because he said ‘it was full’ even though the rest of the group had just gone in and then proceeded to let another group of about 10 people in. Of that group they didn’t let one Indian man in but everyone else got in just fine. My family who are Chilean and the 1 Indian stood outside waiting while friends who were already inside came out to meet us. When we asked again why we couldn’t get in he said it was full? This is a disgrace and disgusting behaviour.

08/12/2025: Called in here on Saturday night, nice atmosphere, good crowd but not overcrowded, enjoyed the band and great pints. We'll be back again.

26/07/2025: The Phoenix Park cafe is in a great location. The owners have the luxury of getting a captive audience due to the volume of people visiting the park and the lack of places to eat. I feel that the food has gone downhill. I’ve been consistently disappointed with the last few visits. My last visit was at the end of June. We all ordered lasagne and the food was dry and tasteless. There was a lack of choice of salads on the day that we visited. This restaurant used to be great. It’s a shame.

30/12/2025: Drive thrugh not busy but still had to wait in a bay for 5 minutes for a cheesburger.

28/12/2025: Drogheda McDonalds is unfortunately not amazing. Orders tend to me incorrect often and you're left waiting in an uncomfortable spot for the drive through if your order isn't ready.

04/10/2025: Went here for dinner on Friday night, staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the quality and taste of food was outstanding and by far the best I had in Ireland. The atmosphere is nice, the place very clean and you can see the owners as well as every staff member hold themselves to a very high standard. The pricess are also fair, we had a starter each, followed by a soup, a big main each, sides, desserts, coffees and a few rounds of drinks. Even the cadence in which the food was brought out was spot on! After the great evening we've had, we'll definitely become regulars and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thanks a million for a great night, we left with full stomachs and a big smile on our faces!

08/09/2025: We have to wait around 20min to someone come and take our order, at the end I have to go and find waitress to get our order. Food was ok, for that price could be better. Dessert wasn't the best, Pavlova was to hard and nothing special.

30/11/2025: Dead pub. Had it's day and is now rotting and decaying. Went in for a pint and to watch the football, felt like I was in a strangers living room Won't be coming back any time soon at all Needs massive improvement in all aspects

15/10/2025: Sign says "Fine food served daily". Food is only served Thursday thru Sunday.

28/10/2025: A few days ago I ordered the ‘Just The Two of Us’ deal, but it tasted like nothing. Neither the pizza nor the wedges felt fresh.

14/11/2025: The atmosphere in this place is amazing, and I can honestly recommend it for a pleasant time. But the service really disappointed me. I asked about Guinness 0.0 — the waitress simply said they didn’t have it and didn’t offer any alternatives. I had to literally pull information out of her about what they did have. When I said I was waiting for my girlfriend and we would only be having drinks, she rolled her eyes — a pretty unpleasant moment, especially considering this is a bar and restaurant, not a cafeteria. In the end she also brought me a sweet cider, even though there are less sweet options on the menu. When I pointed out the difference between Guinness and sweet cider, she didn’t even apologize, just smiled. After that I paid and left. It’s a shame, because the atmosphere is great, but the staff’s attitude completely kills the desire to stay.

14/11/2025: The entry was €20 per person, and we spent another €15–25 each on drinks and food, which felt a bit on the expensive side. Personally, I think a lower door price would make it even more appealing. That said, the atmosphere was excellent—lively crowd, great music, and really friendly service. We had a lot of fun overall. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you want to hang out with a group of friends and enjoy a vibrant night out.

10/12/2025: I went with some friends and we had a good time. There was live music and I think it's a great place to unwind.

30/11/2025: Food was great for my daughter, brought food and drinks over very promptly. Was very scarce inside but, was a Sunday night.

07/11/2025: Reliable and always have good food! I ordered to collect and it was ready on time! I use the online portal which is quick and easy. The food never fails to deliver. I moved to Monaghan and went back to Woks for a takeaway when I was back down in Drogheda!!!

22/10/2025: Yuck....my curry was full of oil.... Disgusting food, went straight to the bin.

19/11/2025: Happy to buy pizza at Dominos Pizza - Dundalk, as usual very tasty!

15/11/2025: My 14 year old brother went into Dominos Dundalk today and a short worker with a mustache served him. My brother ordered a 12 euro pizza and my brother gave him a tenner and a fiver. The worker put the fiver into his pocket and tried to convince my brother that he didnt give him the fiver. His friends argued with the worker and none of the other approx 5 workers did anything. My brother had to give extra money in the end.

16/08/2025: Took an hour and a half to get food, pints were flat, order was wrong, would not recommend or go again.

10/08/2025: First time ever staying on a mobile site. Best break I've had in years. The food has been absolutely amazing.. presentation fab .. delicious ..so nice and everyone lovely. Can't wait to be back here soon. Edel has really looked after us for our stay here so special! Tara

02/11/2025: Ordered at 4.20pm today (Sunday). After 90 mins waiting i called to ask how long it would be. They first asked was I sure I ordered from the right place. Then they discovered that apparently their printer wasn't working so my order wasn't being made. No apology and very poor attitude on the phone. No offer of compensation even an extra bag of chips for having to wait 2 hours for food!! Anywhere can have technical issues like the printer but thsts not my fault it didnt print and its how it was handled then that was the most disappointing. Would really put us off ordering there again.

20/09/2025: Pizza was decent but the curry cheese chips was well below par. Curry cause wasnt great unfortunately.
