20/02/2026: Nice bakery, good product quantity. However they close too early in the afternoon. 5pm. However they stop serving 20 mins before closure. Frustrating.

19/02/2026: The Latte was terrible, you need to change barista and coffee supplier as well, it's a Circle K level.

13/09/2025: Lovely pub. Fantastic service and hospitality from the lovely Emma. She made my birthday celebrations so special. Definitely recommend the wings!

07/11/2025: I have been coming here since 2004. Yes its changed ownership etc but I have to say that you're recognised, if you've a problem, they respond and try rectify it. Yeah, we all have good food , bad food but they respect you, listen to you, try to rectify the problem. That's,the counterstaff, as they're the only people you see. I had an issue and male counterstaff membe, in the past solved issue for me, sorted it out, to my benefit and probably everyone else. Another issue tonight and working together we worked it out. This guy, is amazing. We butted heads but we both worked it out. That guy is worth every penny he gets. Minimum wage. Front line staff make you the money. Reward them, let them share in the profits too. Minimum wage should be the basic, but if they drum up business, let them share in the profits too. Everyone like being at home with family but unfortunately for that to happen, shift workers need to keep company-Country going. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at all shops, takeaways, for the jobs they do.

09/02/2026: I appreciate the convenience of this location. The ample parking 🅿️ near Tesco Extra and easy main road access are significant advantages. The seating is comfortable and the restrooms, including the accessible toilet, are well-maintained. 🚽✨🚗

31/01/2026: Consistenly good. Spacious with plenty of different types of seating. Top service. Chilled background music at just the right volume. Decent coffee and breakfast choices including nondairy milks. Egg and cress sandwich scores 60/100 on Yuka - pity they were out of them this morning, sausage bap not as nice!

07/10/2025: I order chai latte, croissant, and ham cheese sandwiche, and all plugins is not working! I try to charge my phone, works for 1 min and turn off! I think someone like (staff)turn it off because i tried all plugs in the shop and no one works.. I never seen anything like that before!!

05/07/2025: The place has a lot of potential beside the river with a nice beer garden but is let down by the food. Bad • cocktails are really bad, whiskey sour tasted like whiskey and soda water, passionfruit martini tasted like a strong mi wadi. • steak we asked for it rare and it came out well done and chewie • speakers not working in beer garden making the place lack atmosphere. Good • good service and they gave 2 free drinks after we said the streak was not good. • combo platter was above average. • we both went to birra moretti after the bad cocktails and they where really nice.

30/11/2025: DkIT is a very modern and well-equipped campus, with bright classrooms, fresh buildings and impressive laboratories. The facilities feel clean, up-to-date and genuinely practical — you get the sense that students spend more time doing than just listening. Equipment looks modern, the technical spaces are well maintained, and overall the campus has a professional, contemporary feel. Academically, DkIT leans toward hands-on, industry-focused courses rather than theoretical paths. The strengths here are in engineering, construction, agriculture/food-related sciences, pharma and skills that link directly to employment. It’s very much a “learn the profession, get the job” environment — ideal for applied learners, but not suited for someone looking for pure physics or research-heavy theoretical science. A lecturer with a physics background shared interesting insight into the current nuclear landscape in Ireland, which was an unexpected and engaging conversation. Students were also friendly — especially in the acting department, who even invited us to their upcoming performance, which says a lot about the atmosphere here. DkIT is due to gain full University status in 2026 and has begun collaborating with Queen’s University Belfast, which could make the academic offering even stronger in future years. It will be interesting to see how this partnership develops, and whether new programmes expand beyond the existing applied focus. Overall, this is a modern, practical, career-oriented institute with excellent facilities and a very approachable feel. A great choice for someone who wants a direct pathway into work.

11/01/2026: Some of the items we bought were nice found it a bit pricy and the place is very messy the si down part is now used as a storage area and is in full view of customers also man making pizza was not wearing any PPE hair exposed clothes grubby

29/01/2026: Hi. I am a regular customer of Europa restaurant and ordered a delivery tonight from you. Let me add, the gentleman, the delivery driver and food are always excellent. What an absolute let down tonight. I ordered the chicken fillet box, two sausages and a fresh cod. The food arrived quick and hot. Unfortunately when I checked the fresh cod, it was around 80% batter. I mean the fish inside was so small, my wife and I deconstructed the fresh cod, and the cod on the small plate was literally less than whats in a small can of tuna. (The 80 cent tins). I called europa and spoke to a nice man who took my complaint to a lady (possibly a manager, not sure), and she replied to him that shes doesnt make the fresh cods and its not her fault. I heard her replying back to him in the background and as he brought the phone back to his hear to pass on what she said, I advised him that I heard heard her in the background. No offer of replacement, refund, apology, nothing. Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered through Uber Eats and will bring this to their attention. Ordered on the 29/01/26 at approximately 6pm, and the call was made approx 6:50 pm. I have never encountered such disrespect and disregard for a customer with a valid issue with their food. What an absolute letdown from Europa.

22/01/2026: Ok so in all fairness I’ve recently moved back to Dundalk and we have ordered food from Europa three times in the last 3 weeks . Today will be the last , and it’s not the fact that they are expensive it’s the fact that the food is just not that good . The chips are good though, mind you they are €4 . Hmm

24/10/2025: I ate there twice, the first time I didn't like it, the second time I liked it, I don't recommend the wrap, it's expensive, a small wrap costs 7€ and it's not tasty, I recommend getting the wings, they're tastier, 10 wings for 12€

01/01/2026: By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Waiting 2.5hrs for food and when it arrived first all the order was wrong and when it eventually came it was stone cold. Paid almost €500. Absolute robbery.
