27/12/2025: Very average food, waited 1.5hr for it to arrive, spice bag chicken very thick and not crispy, chips undercooked and average, first time trying so was pretty disappointed

25/10/2025: Restaurant is so dirty. Rats around ally beside it. Food very undercooked I had to throw it out as I was afraid to be sick.

13/03/2026: Don't get the spice bag the chicken is so bad and way too chewy. I couldn't swallow so I had to spit in to bin. The chicken is just batter.

08/03/2026: Tonight will be our last time when ordering from Kitchen ledgend....we orderd tne big mega box nearly 30 euros,and when opening not even 10 picees of shreeded and then loaded with fries ...and this is not the first time,we always tell them before ordering not to load with with fires as we pay for the meat too....but they can not listen to their costumer....

03/04/2026: Great spot for an evening meal- I love their Thai green curry! They even have courgettes in it which is my favourite vegetable. The atmosphere is always fantastic. Their most recent renovations have brought it to another level! I also recently discovered their lunch menu which is Devine- they have this open chicken sandwich with melted cheese, I can’t remember the name of the sandwich but it is so delicious! I would recommend this place for couples, families or groups of friends. 10/10

22/03/2026: Everything has every allergen in it?!? Somehow steak and club sandwiches have peanuts in them? We then asked and were told that it's because all the food come from the same factory and they can't be sure of anything. How can you be charging those prices for food packaged in a factory? Outrageous. My entire party declined on dessert then because of how ridiculous this is. Would not recommend

26/03/2026: Good college for learning, is local so access and traveling distance is no problem. However if travel is by car, you must arrive before 8.00 am in order to get parking. For those students that like sport, there is a good male and female rugby teams. The DKIT also has a good sports centre off campus, with access to the local swimming centrep and other sporting facilities.

07/11/2025: I have been coming here since 2004. Yes its changed ownership etc but I have to say that you're recognised, if you've a problem, they respond and try rectify it. Yeah, we all have good food , bad food but they respect you, listen to you, try to rectify the problem. That's,the counterstaff, as they're the only people you see. I had an issue and male counterstaff membe, in the past solved issue for me, sorted it out, to my benefit and probably everyone else. Another issue tonight and working together we worked it out. This guy, is amazing. We butted heads but we both worked it out. That guy is worth every penny he gets. Minimum wage. Front line staff make you the money. Reward them, let them share in the profits too. Minimum wage should be the basic, but if they drum up business, let them share in the profits too. Everyone like being at home with family but unfortunately for that to happen, shift workers need to keep company-Country going. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at all shops, takeaways, for the jobs they do.

29/01/2026: Hi. I am a regular customer of Europa restaurant and ordered a delivery tonight from you. Let me add, the gentleman, the delivery driver and food are always excellent. What an absolute let down tonight. I ordered the chicken fillet box, two sausages and a fresh cod. The food arrived quick and hot. Unfortunately when I checked the fresh cod, it was around 80% batter. I mean the fish inside was so small, my wife and I deconstructed the fresh cod, and the cod on the small plate was literally less than whats in a small can of tuna. (The 80 cent tins). I called europa and spoke to a nice man who took my complaint to a lady (possibly a manager, not sure), and she replied to him that shes doesnt make the fresh cods and its not her fault. I heard her replying back to him in the background and as he brought the phone back to his hear to pass on what she said, I advised him that I heard heard her in the background. No offer of replacement, refund, apology, nothing. Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered through Uber Eats and will bring this to their attention. Ordered on the 29/01/26 at approximately 6pm, and the call was made approx 6:50 pm. I have never encountered such disrespect and disregard for a customer with a valid issue with their food. What an absolute letdown from Europa.

11/01/2026: Some of the items we bought were nice found it a bit pricy and the place is very messy the si down part is now used as a storage area and is in full view of customers also man making pizza was not wearing any PPE hair exposed clothes grubby

21/02/2026: We recently dined here as vegetarians and had a mixed experience. The hot and sour soup was genuinely very nice — flavourful and served hot, which we appreciated. We ordered veg chow mein and vegetable satay for mains. The chow mein was average and the satay was okay at first. Unfortunately, while eating, I found a piece of chicken in my vegetable satay. When I pointed it out, the staff initially said it might be bamboo shoot, but I showed them that it was clearly chicken and they acknowledged it. They offered to replace the dish, which I appreciate, but at that point I had lost trust in the food, so we declined and asked for the bill. To be fair, the staff were polite and attentive at the start, but we were still charged full price despite the mistake. I understand errors happen, but for vegetarians this is a serious issue, not just a minor inconvenience. Overall: good soup, average mains, but a major concern for anyone ordering vegetarian food. I hope the kitchen improves separation and quality control.
