07/11/2025: Consistenly good. Spacious with plenty of different types of seating. Top service. Chilled background music at just the right volume. Decent coffee and breakfast choices. Egg and cress sandwich scores 60/100 on Yuka.

07/10/2025: I order chai latte, croissant, and ham cheese sandwiche, and all plugins is not working! I try to charge my phone, works for 1 min and turn off! I think someone like (staff)turn it off because i tried all plugs in the shop and no one works.. I never seen anything like that before!!

14/12/2025: Good Food, but Service sometimes slow. Noisy. Busy as usual. Lots of Fancy Cakes.Gets a lot of Regulars. Good Value.

25/11/2025: Nice busy little cafe with traditional food menu. Lots of cakes and sweet treats, food was very fresh👌🏻Small enough seating wise but cosy.

09/02/2025: So long waiting for food, it is disgusting pizza and food undercooked, my chips fell I went back in and asked can I get a replacement and they said “so what your not getting one” rudely. The service takes absolutely ages and it’s horrible.

07/11/2025: I have been coming here since 2004. Yes its changed ownership etc but I have to say that you're recognised, if you've a problem, they respond and try rectify it. Yeah, we all have good food , bad food but they respect you, listen to you, try to rectify the problem. That's,the counterstaff, as they're the only people you see. I had an issue and male counterstaff membe, in the past solved issue for me, sorted it out, to my benefit and probably everyone else. Another issue tonight and working together we worked it out. This guy, is amazing. We butted heads but we both worked it out. That guy is worth every penny he gets. Minimum wage. Front line staff make you the money. Reward them, let them share in the profits too. Minimum wage should be the basic, but if they drum up business, let them share in the profits too. Everyone like being at home with family but unfortunately for that to happen, shift workers need to keep company-Country going. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at all shops, takeaways, for the jobs they do.

Also waited 20 minutes for this simple order, had to wait another amount of time for my order to be rectified ( other customers coming in and getting served and their food handed to them while I am waiting) staff quite unfriendly and unwelcoming and No apology for the delay

11/11/2025: Hours listening to this on a sunday. Stop. Do you know how many castle ross residents had to listen to this. Its extremely loud. Would it not be fair or reasonable to power wash during the week when everyones in work??

08/12/2025: Called in here on Saturday night, nice atmosphere, good crowd but not overcrowded, enjoyed the band and great pints. We'll be back again.

26/07/2025: The Phoenix Park cafe is in a great location. The owners have the luxury of getting a captive audience due to the volume of people visiting the park and the lack of places to eat. I feel that the food has gone downhill. I’ve been consistently disappointed with the last few visits. My last visit was at the end of June. We all ordered lasagne and the food was dry and tasteless. There was a lack of choice of salads on the day that we visited. This restaurant used to be great. It’s a shame.

05/11/2025: Food was overall not great, and I paid 14€ but only got two of three burgers I asked for so I guess they robbed me a burger, wish I had the receipt 😿

30/10/2025: Have not ordered from europa in years. Recommended by a family member for the food. First time ordering online. Advertised as 20% off on website for 1st order.... ordered standard food order with meal deal 3 burgers and two sides with drink on meal deal. Didn't see any objections or pop ups to say this was not apart of the t&c... place order for delivery gave 10% tip.... order placed over 1 hour rang establishment after 1 hour to see if order confirmed. Was told order was being cooked...... Grand would be 15mins...... rang back to see why 20% wasn't taken off. was informed i placed an order that included a meal deal which eliminated the 20% first order again not suggested or populated while placing the order online. rang back to see if any compensation could be applied for late order....no compensation for late order as order was paid in full. All in all food was nice dont want to say much more as it was good..... but no different to any other chipper takeaway in dundalk that are definitely faster in delivery. We understand the busyness of a business but our order was placed on a Wednesday evening maybe not the busiest time but who are we to judge. just be mindful and we want to be transparent about the food being ok/nice but service/delivery/online service not great.

07/12/2024: The full Irish breakfast is one of the best I have ever had! Great creamy hot chocolate too (and I am a picky one!) The service was very friendly and we got served fast. Inside is very pretty and cosy. Thank you 🥰

26/06/2025: Finally, a really good Chinese restaurant in Ireland! I don’t often eat Chinese anymore, as it is really hard to find a decent one in this country so wait until I am travelling. So when I was invited to Jade Garden, it was a great little surprise. You always know if a place is decent by the staff behaviour and attitude, the outside, the glasses and the internal environment. If a good level of attention is given to those areas, you can be sure it follows through across the business. Jade Garden provided attentive and efficient service, decent wine, and very tasty, well presented food. I really enjoyed the duck!!! Worth a visit. Nothing to complain about. Very good standard. Been several times since!

03/11/2025: Food binned as instructions on keeping sauce’s sperately weren’t read ,, food was soaked in sauce very disappointing with the amount of money handed over for the food also very annoying when sitting to eat with someone and one is without their meal after ,, food did meet the standards required

04/10/2025: Went here for dinner on Friday night, staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the quality and taste of food was outstanding and by far the best I had in Ireland. The atmosphere is nice, the place very clean and you can see the owners as well as every staff member hold themselves to a very high standard. The pricess are also fair, we had a starter each, followed by a soup, a big main each, sides, desserts, coffees and a few rounds of drinks. Even the cadence in which the food was brought out was spot on! After the great evening we've had, we'll definitely become regulars and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thanks a million for a great night, we left with full stomachs and a big smile on our faces!

08/09/2025: We have to wait around 20min to someone come and take our order, at the end I have to go and find waitress to get our order. Food was ok, for that price could be better. Dessert wasn't the best, Pavlova was to hard and nothing special.
