24/10/2025: I ate there twice, the first time I didn't like it, the second time I liked it, I don't recommend the wrap, it's expensive, a small wrap costs 7€ and it's not tasty, I recommend getting the wings, they're tastier, 10 wings for 12€

21/09/2025: Editing my review as honestly the wait has become ridiculous. It takes more than 1hour to get it delivered and we tried to collect it, the website said 30min with an exact time and it was another 20min waiting in the restaurant…. It’s not good enough especially for the price. We won’t order again.

28/12/2025: I have been a regular customer of this restaurant for a long time, visiting almost every week, and I have always considered it a recommendable place. Unfortunately, on my most recent visit, I was deeply disappointed to observe practices that I consider unacceptable from a hygiene and sanitation standpoint in the kitchen area, specifically in the dishwashing area. The conditions I witnessed do not reflect the minimum standards of cleanliness and sanitation expected of an establishment of this type, nor those required by current public health regulations. To be more specific, I saw a new person working in that area, whom I have already seen outside using drugs. As a regular customer, this situation is of great concern to me and forces me, with great regret, to stop frequenting the restaurant until clear and verifiable corrective measures are taken. I hope this observation will be taken as an opportunity for immediate improvement and correction.

30/11/2025: I think they keep scrappy food for deliveries. This is the 2nd time I’m getting scrappy food delivered and I’m unable to eat .40uer wasted. Beef sauce is tasteless , rice is salty and old, king prawn too oily I have dine in several times here and the foods taste nice but each time I ask for delivery it’s rubbish.

30/11/2025: We had dinner in this restaurant last night food was absolutely disgusting,have been there many times before was a very good restaurant will never return again even the menu was in bad condition.

09/12/2025: Guys… never mention medium spicy!! Burned my mouth… staff told its a Chinese takeaway and that’s how it will feel like .. can’t imagine how spicy will feel like 🙏🙏🙏🙏

11/11/2025: I tried kebab over there. Waiting in the queue observing woman touching paying portal many things after and then with ber hands preparing food touching meet after her hands where god knows where. Meat very low quality with a bit of taste and aroma of old mop. Bit of lettuce with tomato sos from Lidl or Aldi for spaghetti. Absolute disaster. How people can eat that? 😅😅😅

29/09/2025: The new staff is really sloppy with service. Can't even wrap the kebab properly and serve them in torn bread half the time. Bring back the old staff!

27/10/2025: Rice's food is delicious, I consider this a great chinese. The staff are always kind and professional. I highly recommend them!

14/08/2025: Food was honestly horrible. Spent almost €30 for starters and couldn’t even eat most of it… Small spice bag was the smallest I’ve ever seen and more expensive than other places, the chicken tasted like not chicken and there was a bone in the shredded chicken which almost broke my tooth. Got samosas (assumed it was curry and veg and possibly chicken), no description on the website of what’s inside. My fiancée and I tried a bite and both spit it out, it was a strange tasting meat. One small sauce is €3.20 which is insane. The only thing out of €30 that we liked were the onions.

27/08/2025: We were the first to arrive (2 adults and 4 kids) at the restaurant. Order pizzas for the kids and starters and mains for the adults Waited 45+ minutes to get the starters. When asked how long for the mains and kids pizzas they said 40 min more... By this time the kids were starving. Paid for the starters and drinks and left. Plus they dont accept card payments...in 2025... We are really looking forward to try this restaurant but after this very bad experience we will not being going back.

13/07/2025: was told it was cash only at the door , then had to be let in and out of the restraunt by a gate only staff could open , then proceeded to wait 2hours ,yes 2 hours for our food everyone in the restaurant was also waiting for the same period of time , two of us had ordered the same dish and was served with mix matched pasta as a seems of a last result overall very disappointing experiance

27/10/2025: Nicest kebab around, fresh bread, fresh veg, 10 / 10 .... would be safe to say nicer than any kebab in dublin or belfast...

06/12/2025: Ordered the food at half 6 app said order would arrive at 7:30pm, food never came. We had to ring them at 8pm they told us the food would be there in 30 minutes with no apology on the phone for the delay. Food arrived past 9pm, 2 and half hours wait, we sent the food back and had to contact the app for a refund I would avoid this place terrible service

19/11/2025: the chicken in the spice bag is hard and impossible to chew, the sweet and sour sauce is too sweet

29/08/2025: Standards have dropped dramatically. Was a regular visitor to this hotel and would visit 2-3 times a year and brought family and friend regularly. My last two stays I have to say were terrible. We went as 2 adults and 2 children. First time people smoking in the rooms with the doors open I reported it and nothing happened the same the next night and was told its probably coming in from the balcony. People shouting and banging all hours of the morning and again nothing done. The quality of breakfast is probably a 3 at best where it was always 9-10 and then I was charged an extra €2 for a cappuccino at breakfast (never seen that before ANYWHERE). spoke to the waitress and was told there's a new chef and it's just been brought in.Got in touch with the hotel afterwards to complain and got 3 different people to email. Eventually the manager got in touch much with me and apologised and offered me a deal to return and to just contact him that he wants to prove it was a once off.. When I did eventually contact him for a return for 2 adults 2 children and returned it started on check in. First room we were giving was one double bed 1 single bed ,I went back to reception and giving another room and again it was 1 double one single. I went again to reception to ask was this a joke. The girl gave me keys to another room and told me to check the room first to see if it was okay. The room was downstairs and didn't feel like part of the hotel. There was plenty of beds but the double bed mattress was wafer thin and very uncomfortable. I rang reception and the other lady came and brought me to another room 512 and asked was it okay. It looked good and had the double and 2 single beds as required. The lady apologised and was very helpful. When my son sat on his bed he nearly fell off it as the base was broken, again I called reception and the lady came back and seen the bed and again apologised and went and got a base off another bed. We just accepted it as we Had Been through 4 rooms already at this stage. First morning breakfast was okay and fresh but the next morning we were waiting on bits to come out from the kitchen then got burnt breakfast and was served our milk in a teacup with not even an apology. I reported all this to the manager by email when we got home and his response was. ,thank you for your feedback.. So if that's the general managers response it says it all. Cannot see myself returning here anytime soon and can not recommend this hotel to family or friends.... Just seen this hotel is now up for sale so that explains why the management couldn't care less....

15/07/2025: The D Hotel is closed to tourists until 2027. It is being used as a Refugee Reception Centre until then.

10/12/2025: Staff was friendly we Ordered butter chicken lamb madras from here but it does not even resemble curry at all. I have no idea how this can happen haha. Its like meat in vegetable soup its baby food consistency. No spice or flavour at all I'm so shocked. So disappointed I could of made this myself at home in two seconds

18/09/2025: Rang to ask about food as it was nearly a hour since ordered. Girl that answered was lovely, when she asked whoever in the background was rude & swearing , i asked to speak to a manger “owner” and he spoke disgusting trying to say it wasnt said and it was, didnt even apologise for it either, straight up being defensive said “ i was beside her” then when i rang second time to cancel for refund because of how rotten they spoke to customers said “ i asked the girl what she said” so where you beside her or not? More lies from the buisness. you can hear it clear of how she spoke, so i dont know how i can hear it on the phone and beside her people couldnt, and then he tried saying she was talking about another order although i just asked about mine? Turned me off the place completely.

04/07/2025: Honestly bad food this place has fell off. Chips are disgusting. Who ever is in charge of putting sauces on the food must be paying for the sauces themselves because they’re so miserable. Food not cheap either will never ever order again
