23/11/2024: let me just get started. THIS was UNREAL!!!! i couldnt wait to dig in couldnt even get a photo of the food i inhaled it no chewing needed the chucken was that soft everything was nicely coated with a layer if curry i was delivered this by a young gentleman by the name of sizzles i always thought that he worked for new world he actually came to my house and picked me up before getting the food he said “ ill deliver u to the food” what a sweet man<3

22/05/2025: Food quality was good at a fair price. Staff member that served us had a terrible attitude and zero customer engagement.

18/05/2025: Much better alternative to McDonald's we need this in the north

05/04/2025: Ordered for delivery, as I have countless times. Got rang and was told they don’t deliver to my address (9 mins away) which is nonsense. Guy at the counter was apologetic and I’m sorry I was argumentative dude. It’s not your fault. Food’s good as usual.

16/03/2025: Extremely disappointed and not for the first time. Ordered sweet n sour chicken, no taste at all to it, chicken didn’t feel right worse one I’ve ever had. I didn’t send it back, I’m not one for trusting this action, only ate a small amount and told the waitress my disappointment. Woman (manager/owner) came and because I didn’t complain at the start and let them know she did nothing about it! She was very rude and not apologetic in the slightest and didn’t offer me anything in a way of compensation. Never going back again!

28/04/2025: Owner extremely rude on Monday night my wife went in to order takeaway and owner Tim was very abrubt to her 40 euro something he was bossing staff about answer phone it's ringing didn't deserve business and horrified to learn he takes full share of tips on staff they work very hard management should not take share of tips it's for STAFF only food lovely but would be out of going back in over Tim's approach to customers should not be front of house

26/04/2025: A little bit expensive for takeaway. But the food was good.

18/03/2025: The only reason I’m rating the food low is because I got food poisoning most likely from the burger as my fiancé had the same food as me apart from the burger and is fine. It’s been 12 hours of absolute hell, can’t even keep water down, I’m very disappointed as the food is always quite good but clearly the hygiene isn’t up to scratch. Physically will never be able to eat from there again, I’ve never been this unwell in my life.

29/01/2025: Excellent chippy - had the chicken and gravy and it was very fresh and tasty.

30/03/2025: Pre-booked table for us 2 adults 2 kids for mothers day at 3pm arrived bang on time and left unsatisfied 2 hours later, not that we were having the crack but the shocking service, this was for 2 kids sausage n chips, 2 starters and 2 diners and 2 cans of coke. They ran out of certain items (steak.. again only 3pm, HOW!) the food they did serve was really average (I'm been kind) at best either shite chef or poor quality produce, it was spread out like there wasn't enough of it to go round, (we were leaving we heard the server say they've run out of combo meals) missing things from the order, extra items added onto the bill we didnt order, they did put 10% discount onto the bill but only after we flagged the extra items on it...all in all a complete disaster. We'd be really hard pushed to go back!

26/04/2025: Just got my orders not great service for foreigners My son’s birthday cake’s were destroyed till I got home.

31/03/2025: It was crowded, very few sitting places available. Downstairs had smell of toilets. Narrow walk by the counters, people were bumping into each other, standing in a way with trays. Got Irish breakfast, dry puddings, all very flavourless, as I don't usually like rashers, here it was the nicest bit on a plate. On positive note the egg yolk was runny, and latte was OK. There's counter with sweet options that looked very tempting and fresh, but I would not recommend the Irish Breakfast for sure. We paid 15e each for food and coffee. Parked on paid parking away few minutes walk from the cafe.

23/04/2025: Meal for 2 for 25, 10/10 experience, staff super friendly, place clean.

06/01/2025: im back this time on the marshes kfc i have to say much nicer than kfc in muirhevnamor and staff was great too i purchased a 4 in 1 from new greatwall at this kfc.. it was scrumptious. All though its not even their own companys food it was delightful the man who served me was. a tall black gentleman and he had very gentle hands:)he works for both kfc and new greatwall if u ask for a 4 in 1 at this establishment they have them under the counte

02/03/2025: All I wanted was a drink…they carded me which was fine…when I showed them proof that I was above the drinking age the refused to serve me…1 star for ignorance and rudeness…also terrible music taste

31/01/2025: Way over priced for what you get. Food is mediocre. €50 for four pints, a plate of chips and 5 croquettes. Music is so generic…. Won’t be back anytime soon.

27/03/2025: Over an hour for fish and chips to arrive on a Thursday night? A joke. You’re always waiting at least 1+ waiting for delivery. Spend your money somewhere else.
