02/03/2025: I was looking forward to visit this place and taste Lebanese food but it was very disappointing and I will never be back. The only positive thing I can say is about very attentive waitress. The food was really bad and extremely salty. Ordered from the Lebanese part of the menu lamb dishes for starter and main and to be honest- Im not sure if it was lamb. My main tasted more like very old, chewy beef if anything. The main came almost cold, served on a defrosted and stone cold flat bread. I only ate little bit of it as it was over salty anyway. The food made me almost instantly feel nauseous, had to leave the place asap to get fresh air…I didn't feel good all night. This place has a very good rating on google which is misleading. The place itself is a bit confusing- you have Lebanese menu, European menu and pizza menu as well. Too much going on, too extensive menu, you cant be good at everything.

17/02/2025: Booked this restaurant via Groupon, as you can see the terms and conditions state 7 days a week, rang restaurant and booked in for Saturday, mentioned I had a voucher and he said he can’t accept this and it’s only valid for Wednesday and Thursday and refused to take me in! Extremely rude staff member said he only makes 6 euro from this voucher so can’t do it on the weekends, disgraceful! And then just hung up on me! Would not go near this place!! In response the laughable reply below, you told me to book through groupon as you knew the only days eligible to be booked were Wednesday and Thursday, hence why I called you directly. You claim you changed your terms and conditions with groupon however as everyone here can see from the picture I uploaded of the voucher this was not the case when I got the voucher, voucher was purchased on the basis it would be accepted at weekends and terms and conditions were valid at time of sale. You mentioned on the phone call you were not accepting this voucher on a Saturday not as you only made €6 from this deal and wanted to save your reservations for paying customers! Any decent business owner would have honoured the voucher as when I purchased it it was valid for Saturday evenings! Instead you said it was nothing to do with you and offered me 0 help! The second I mentioned groupon you also knew exactly what I was referring to so I wonder how many other people were ripped off like this! Also just a FYI after speaking with groupon they did not seem aware of anything you said in terms of changing dates and were very surprised you refused me service! Again VERY rude, VERY unprofessional and rather than honour the voucher like a decent honest business you refused to save space for paying customers! Would not recommend this place to anyone

05/01/2025: I love this place, the vibes, the tunes, the staff, iconic, immaculate! Updating this too cause I would highly recommend if one of your gang is the designated driver, as they've started doing mocktails and the Cuddle on the Beach was so good and very reasonably priced! Hoping they expand the mocktail range too but the cocktail range they have now is stunning should you be having a drink!

11/02/2025: Had the full Irish breakfast. It was just average. Tea is charged extra. Thought it was a little overpriced. Portion was just okay also.

25/01/2025: Had to wait over 1 hour for my order as they were short staffed in the kitchen. ( they have no tall chef's). I understand that it was the night after the big storm and most of the village had no power. However when I had to wait for over an hour, the least I expected was for my order to be correct. Alas it was missing a bag of chips. I didn't find out until I got home and we were all starving. I definitely wasn't going back to queue for an hour for chips. Disappointed guy's. Next time you're so short staffed please hire some taller staff. 😎😁

07/03/2025: Lovely traditional Irish pub in Carlingford ,great atmosphere and live music Eoghan Murphy was outstanding!!! Great pint of Guinness and outside beer garden small but lovely . Well worth a visit

24/01/2025: Had an engagement party here, and it was an excellent venue! We had a private room to the back of the pub, with our own bar! The food was delicious and was excellent value for money.The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We then got the move to the front bar later that night to enjoy the music! Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely recommend!

30/03/2025: For 1 sausage 1 rasher and 1 runny egg and 2 pieces of toast €7.20 to dear and if you wanted beans was an extra €1.60 for a hand full I have to say ma Brady’s is better value for money

02/03/2025: Staff are great. Food is very nice. Good options for kids too. Small kids get free ice cream which is lovely touch but it's completely undone by the unnecessary and greedy charge of €3.25 for a jug of blackcurrant cordial for kids.

22/02/2025: Gorgeous pub/restaurant with loads of parking spaces. We had food in the lounge. Arrived around 3pm, and it was very quiet. Good variety on the menu, really tasty food and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

18/03/2025: The only reason I’m rating the food low is because I got food poisoning most likely from the burger as my fiancé had the same food as me apart from the burger and is fine. It’s been 12 hours of absolute hell, can’t even keep water down, I’m very disappointed as the food is always quite good but clearly the hygiene isn’t up to scratch. Physically will never be able to eat from there again, I’ve never been this unwell in my life.

02/03/2025: The girl serving us was so lovely, but the older woman at the counter was so rude and cheeky, they had also overcharged me for my meal by €2. The only nice thing was the chips.

17/10/2024: Very very unhappy booked for a party of 12 rang 2 times that week to make sure everything was ok with the booking as there was a diabetic and children in our party.When arrived there was no chef not one staff member rang to notify me. This is not acceptable for a business and I wold not recommend this place to anyone. Will definitely not be going there anymore.
