03/05/2025: Absolutely fabulous place to stay,from start to finish. Excellent staff, friendly and efficient, and the room was very clean and fresh on arrival. The breakfast was fabulous, too.

05/05/2025: We are regulars to The Break and always enjoy the food. On Saturday evening, after a long drive around the Cooley peninsula with friends, who were visiting us for the weekend, we wanted them to experience a lovely meal in The Break. Four of us had seafood platter and one had steak. The food was served very quickly, and to say it was absolutely delicious is an under statement. Great staff, friendly service, fantastic food. Needless to say our friends were very impressed! Thank you to you all! 😋🥰

04/05/2025: I was meant to write a review from my first visit 5 years ago. That review would of been 5 stars and it still remains after 6 more different visits. Possibly one of the best restaurants in the country. The food is spectacular, simple ingredients but cooked really well with so much flavour. The ambiance is perfect, great outdoor and indoor seating. This really is a hidden gem amongst so many food business in Ireland. I would travel a long distance to get a table here. We had our wedding dinner last year and the service/food still remained so high. Staff on each occasion were very accomadating and they really cater for kids too. The kids menu even has quality about it compared to other establishments. Highly recommend this place for a quick lunch (which has very good 3 course deals) or a family function. Credit to the chefs and staff for doing a brilliant job.

15/01/2025: Its the best chippy around, pizza is amazing with free chips or dip! Battered sausage is definitely a must! I pass other takeaway just to go here 😄

01/12/2024: One of the best chippers in the country. Chips are real spuds and cooked to perfection. Pizzas are great and tasty and they do great deals. If you want chips come here, you won't be disappointed.

25/04/2025: Very lovely place with amazing food! We arrived 30 minutes before closing and we were not expecting them to serve us, they were so nice and warm with us. Totally worth the experience and you will have plenty of food! Definitely a place to come back once again.

13/04/2025: There were 26 of us attending last night. We were made so very welcome. The service was excellent and the food just as good! Such a friendly atmosphere. Nothing fancy in the decor but it’s all about the service and the food. Very tasty Lebanese food. It’s a BYO restaurant and no corkage fee. Chef came out to talk to us and the main maitre D was very friendly. Lovely girls waitressing. A lovely warm and friendly evening with great food.
