06/11/2025: The Mariner is a nice pub, I dropped in during the late afternoon after being out and about and caught a local football game on one TV and a rugby union game on the other. The staff were good craic, very polite and helpful, the service was excellent and the Guinness was delicious. Well worth the visit.

Called in a family order explaining my request and 1 minute later was told that was fine.
First time in 4 months that I was acommodated .

07/11/2025: Love the atmosphere here, very decent pint and dinner was gorgeous. I would definitely recommend the Chilli and garlic prawn starter. Pizza was fabulous and all very reasonably priced. Wonderful front of house. Would highly recommend.

Good location for the town. Lovely, cosy atmosphere inside.
The staff were excellent. And as for the food…. It was very good indeed. Everything we had was spot on. They even brought a candle out and sung Happy Birthday.
23/11/2025: Everything was good! I cannot fault this place! 6 stars. Liz, John and we met the cook Vlad outside, top marks guys!

28/09/2025: Went for Sunday Dinner, asked for a table waitress just went off never confirmed if she was getting a table ready. We ordered half Dinner it was small portion but to our surprise it cost €16 considering full Dinner was €17:95 this felt very over priced. Food was just okay service was a bit slow, not really value for money.
