The best restaurants in Louth

07/07/2025: Haven't been in almost a year, all remains the same thankfully. Spacious with plenty of different types of seating. Top service. Background music at just the right volume. Decent coffee and breakfast choices.

24/04/2025: Nice gentleman and lady with glasses, it's been a long time since I drank a better matcha in starbucks

15/08/2025: Rip off €16 for 2 coffees and 2 scones. Staff were not very friendly either. Tried to squash us into a table when the rest of the place was empty.

10/08/2025: Visited Dundalk Stadium for the first time for dog racing and had a great evening! The atmosphere is amazing — lively, exciting, and full of energy. There’s plenty of free car parking, which is a big plus. On the ground floor, there’s a takeaway café — handy for a quick bite, but the food was quite plain, with no seasoning or much flavour. Upstairs there’s a full restaurant with panoramic views of the track; we didn’t try it this time, but it’s definitely on the list for our next visit. The stadium is clean, well-organised, and offers both greyhound and horse racing events. Great facilities, bars, and plenty of seating. I hope that next time we’ll have a bit more knowledge about dog racing itself — for now, we just enjoyed the spectacle!

15/07/2025: Me and my Family had an absolutely fantastic experience at Dundalk Racing Stadium! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine care. A special mention has to go to Laura—her communication in the lead-up to the event was second to none. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and her attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. On the night, the floor staff were outstanding. They couldn’t do enough for us—always on hand, friendly, and going out of their way to make sure everyone had a brilliant time. It really made the experience even more enjoyable. The stadium itself is a great venue, and when it’s matched with this level of service, it makes for a truly memorable night out. Highly recommend for a night at the races!

29/06/2025: This place was recommended to us and it did not disappoint, the toastys are like nothing we had eaten before! My kids can be hard to please, but they really loved the food! It's Run by nice people and it's a cool place! Remember everyone, it's street food! Don't go there expecting Michelin Star table Service! Just good quality grub on the street!

08/09/2025: Great food and pints. Seafood chowder right at the slipway and beach. Hard to beat. Kids menu also available
