04/09/2025: 4 of us recently dined at the Bay Tree on a Sunday evening. Immediately struck by the genuine warmth and friendliness of the staff which was then following up with faultless service. Food for all of us was excellent. Standout starter dishes were the Korean Chicken and Duck Samosas. For mains, the Whole Sole on the bone and Pork Belly dishes were beautifully presented, cooked with skill and full of flavour. First time dining at The Bay Tree. Will be back

met the manager and he asked was delivery we got ok was staff OK was food hot.
told any problems at all to ring him right away .
food is delicious 😋
05/09/2025: Lovely place, lovely staff, lovely food. Not too expensive with a touch screen kiosk you can order food from (which I always love to see) and it got here nice and fast too. Absolutely no complaints!

08/09/2025: Called into last Sunday morning for breakfast. Very nice spot with wonderful floor staff.
We got breakfast and coffee and the food was delicious 😋 . I only dropped a star on the food as I wasn't mad on the coffee. (Personal taste )
But all in all would definitely recommend this place 👌

07/09/2025: My first time in this place with my partner. I can say I will never be returning back. After being seated down by member staff who then took order of drinks. Then to be seated for 20mints while 3 members of staff walked in and out and never took are order. Then to take other customers order is terrible service.

07/09/2025: I cannot recommend Carlito’s Way enough - from the amazing and artfully presented food to the attentive and helpful staff, the experience is spectacular from start to finish. I was even given a loan of an umbrella in the rain! Carlito’s Way deserves nothing less than the whole five stars.
