26/11/2024: Our new lunch location in Waterford City. Have been generally disappointed with cafes in Waterford, although there are some decent ones. But this little gem is different. They bake their own bread and would be insulted if you asked them to toast their sandwiches. Don't. It is gorgeous and toasting would ruin it. They also baked their own pastries. I'm not a great fan of sweets, but these are just different and I enjoyed it. And to top it off they make artisan chocolate. Feel free to ask for an explanation of how they do it. And the coffee is super.
20/11/2024: Always love a visit to Berkana. Excellent baking and coffee. A real Italian experience. Great chocolates too. Lovely location on the quays in Waterford.

23/11/2024: I can see why people like it, but the creamy pasta is just too rich for me. Maybe I’ll try some of the other non-creamy option next time. Service and atmosphere is tip top nonetheless. Perfect restaurant for cozy time with family
16/11/2024: Wow what a treat, mind blowing delicious Italian food, best Italian outside of Italy or even then better so! Tried variety of dishes and desserts and everything was amazing, and we are demanding eaters. Highly recommended, will be back soon! Thank you!

02/12/2024: Whilst we love coming to gingerman everytime we are in waterford and food has always been excellent and staff 10 out 10 today food was not to point i had the fish the batter was rotton. bones in fish my potatoes or lack of them were dryed out i had half a cabbage and and a bag of carrots on plate. My family had beef and guiness and potatoes very same. Understand that it was very busy but was very disappointed and doubt ill return even thou staff are brillaint

The food is 5* The taster menu was a real treat for 100euro. The wine paring was fantastic but we did feel for 70 euro each it was a little bit steep for what we got. Nevertheless,it was a amazing! Luis has a great team and you can see he really cares about that he does! Will definitely be back again if we can get a table

09/10/2024: I recently dined at Le Mara restaurant and am excited to share my experience. The cuisine is simply succulent, each dish prepared with care and quality ingredients. Additionally, the service was impeccable thanks to our waitress, who was both attentive and very friendly. She was able to advise us on the menu and make our meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Le Mara to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

29/11/2024: Very bad service. We ordered for delivery and they came after more than one and a half hours (6 minutes of car distance). They promised me that we would have 30€ of discount in out next order as a compensation even though our order cost was around 21€. We tried to order again and only offere 9€ discount. Don’t trust them and careful with the delivery times.
