26/11/2025: Chicken Cloud on Dublin Road, always hits the spot. Their pizza is delicious, with a perfect crust and plenty of toppings. The chips are always hot and crispy, and the kebab is full of flavour with generous portions. The zinger burger is another favourite—crispy, spicy, and incredibly satisfying. Every visit, the food is consistent, tasty, and served with great customer service. I highly recommend trying it—you’ll definitely enjoy it!

26/11/2025: Chicken Cloud on Dublin Road, Athlone is one of my absolute favourite places to eat. Their chicken wings are always perfectly cooked and full of flavour, the chips are crispy and fresh, and the burgers are juicy and satisfying. The spice box is another highlight—packed with delicious seasoning and generous portions. I go there regularly because the food is consistently excellent, and the staff are friendly and quick with service. Whether you’re craving wings, a burger, or a tasty spice box, this place never disappoints. I highly recommend everyone to visit Chicken Cloud and try it—you won’t regret it!

03/08/2025: I had such a terrible experience in this bar and I’m a local to the Mullingar area. The owner Ross was so rude and mean to me, and didn’t even do anything wrong. So please don’t go here.

19/12/2025: I got a spaghetti carbonara takeaway last night, 18th Dec 2025. After a few bites, which were so tasty, I found a very dark hair along with a grey hair. I am absolutely disgusted and sickened by this. I will never go there again

08/12/2025: Once a week I always get a 16 inch special it’s fantastic value comes to the door within 20 minutes and always good quality and piping hot so happy they are making it work in the scenario the industry are in and doesn’t taste generic like other takeaway joints taste real and you can taste the compassion and care

17/03/2026: Went out for my friends birthday all you can eat we had went to the main course i ordered a beef and black bean sauce with cow main but it on the big plate there was a big long blonde hair in my food I went up to the young girl that was waiting on are table an showed her she accused me of putting it on my food when there clearly was camera's just over our table i told her check the cameras and she wouldnt i have red hair my other friends had red and black hair

30/10/2025: Visited from abroad a couple of times and food and service are good for a super busy cafeteria. It is clear the staff is trying their best in keeping tables clean as soon as they empty and food was prepared quickly and brought to the table. Never tried the baking but it is a good spot to sit and grab a quick bite.

06/10/2025: We went here for our breakfast. I ordered a mini breakfast and my husband ordered scrambled eggs. The lady charged for it and was 13.90. The other lady notified of the scrambled egg and accused me of not saying it when i clear as day said the order. Even my husband said i said it. I found this quiet rude and embarrassing as their was a queue behind us . When i got my food, it was okey, however my husband found shell in his . He thought maybe it was just a once off and continued to eat some more until he chewed on more which really turned his stomach. He couldn't eat it. I brought it back up and notified the two ladies behind the counter of which one was the lady who made it. She just gave me a look, didnt apologise or acknowledged that this shouldn't of happened. I walked away back to my table. Very unprofessional to let a customer walk away like that . When I looked back up she was on her phone and the other lady was doing the dishes. No offer to substitute it for something else or refund . Very poor unprofessional service. Wont be thinking of going here again.

26/11/2025: The girl who served me was exceptionally rude. Refused to smile. I was made to wait 15 minutes for my coffee only for the wrong coffee to be handed out and when I explained that this wasn’t my order the girl with blue hair who had taken my order just scowled at me.

02/04/2026: Very poor quality food. The garlic sauce was watery, and the kebab tasted like it had been reheated in a microwave. Very disappointing experience.

15/11/2025: Have been coming to this place for years. I don’t know what happened wheither it’s new management or what but the food has gone completely downhill. We keep re trying it because it was a place we used to love but it has failed to impress us. We ordered a large doner kebab tray and we got a tray with a few chips and meat no salad or anything with it and it was drowned in sweet chili and garlic sauce. The kebab had barely anything in it either I was still hungry after it. Safe to say we won’t be coming back anymore

07/02/2026: Really lovely spot. Loads of character, always a good sign when all the locals are in here. Had a lovely breakfast would highly recommend.

22/11/2025: It’s been a long time since 8 of us went in together and all got awful food but that happened here today The food was atrocious and the place was absolutely freezing If I could give a zero star review I would Avoid and go elsewhere

09/12/2025: The food is awful. Like nothing good about it. The chicken is like slimey and soft. Crispy chicken is not crispy at all more like slimey stomach churning chicken. The menu has multiple spelling mistakes suggesting its either not open long or a AI Or google translate job. please do not go here. nothing is nice. taste of sweat off the chips, rice is fine just hard. noodles okay skinny and greasy. curry like a instant curry powder job from aldi. genuinely. go hungry than come here. chicken balls taste like sweat and mould.

22/11/2025: Was very happy with my order 👍 Asked if they had steamed dumplings and they said not usually but could prepare in that way! Very good food and kind staff 😁
