The best restaurants in Cork

07/11/2024: Have been here on multiple occasions. My wife really likes it so it’s our go-to for any celebration occasions or to have a night away from our baby. As much as this is a really nice food spot, we have both said the same thing the last 2 times we dined there. The menu is always the same thing, nothing really changes and it’s getting a bit boring! Would really like to see a different cut of meat on the menu like a porterhouse to share or lamb chop like you get in the chop houses in New York! That in my opinion would sell really well. Other than that the ambiance is really nice and the staff are really sound! Sometimes the high tables are a bit cramped but that depends on how much food / wine you order :). Hoping to see some new flare / variety soon on the menu.

10/11/2024: We were left disappointed with the menu. The portions were quite smaller that the ones shown in other reviews, and we left the place still hungry. Additionally, some foods were sharing similar sauces, and the flavors were good but not mind blowing given the price. I would say Paradiso is not a good value for money, considering other vegetarian options in the city.

21/10/2024: A perfect night out. Service was excellent. The six-course set menu simply delicious, with staff explaining each course. A wonderful experience.

16/11/2024: Had a gorgeous meal. Risotto and Funghi were beautiful and then came a stunning tiramisu. The staff were so nice made us feel comfortable and we will definitely be back

16/11/2024: After 11 years in Ireland and testing restaurants,diner and other food location's, I have to say ,this restaurant is a benchmark in Italian food. Fresh modern and clean location. Outstanding menus and kitchen. A flavourful taste explosion from the starter to the desserts. Family friendly and a lot of space. If you look for authentic Italian food,this restaurant should be on the top of your list.

09/11/2024: the atmosphere of this cafe is really lovely and the staff are really warm. i came here twice during my stay in Cork and both of the drinks i bought (camomile tea and oat latte) were yummy. i'd definitely be a regular if i lived in Cork ! to the gentleman with pretty dragonfly tattoos: thank you for chatting to my friend and i yesterday. i appreciated the conversation and i liked the sound of your voice. i hadn't the confidence to say this with my own mouth. i wish you happiness !

16/10/2024: Beautiful Italian restaurant in central Cork - good food, beautiful cosy vibe & such good service. Prices for what we had were really reasonable too. We had mentioned in our booking notes that we were vegetarians and the wait staff were so accommodating of this. Thank you!

12/10/2024: Wonderful experience, gorgeous food and great service. We had lovely carpaccio, monk fish, pasta with pesto, and the best panna cotta we ever had. Also the focaccia is stunning. I recommend it to everyone who visits Cork.

19/11/2024: My daughter and I were in Cork for a break. We came across nosta. We had lunch and it was delicious. I had a pasta dish, my daughter had a pizza. We loved the restaurant so much we went back the next day. The atmosphere, service and price we couldn't find fault with. We will definitely return if in cork again.gem in Cork city

29/10/2024: One of the best breakfast places I’ve tried in Ireland. Came to Ireland to run a Dublin marathon and been dining in lots of places. This place stands out with large menu, affordable prices and excellent service. Tomasz is cooking everything himself in the back and everything tastes delicious. Would highly recommend this place!

01/11/2024: One of the best restaurants with great food and wine in Cork. The restaurant offers boutique style fine dining experience. You have the option to do their tasting menu. The food, specialty the oyster, the lamb are memorable. The oyster is fresh, with the shaved ice, it adds an additional layer to it. The lamb is tender like a fish, yet with the crunchy crispy skin, with a bit for chard. The service is excellent, the staff are caring and friendly. Definitely need to make reservation ahead of time.
