29/04/2025: A cruel and unusual punishment to make their staff work today, and keep their deli open, with drain cleaners working right next to the deli and an awful smell taking over the entire premises. People were visibly gagging leaving the place. Disgusting keeping the place open.

19/05/2025: Delicious pizzas, incredible dough. They offer deals on drinks and sauce. I didn't like that I removed the blood sausage from my pizza and substituted pineapple, and they charged me extra.

19/01/2025: First time going here. Just wanted chips and cheese and 2 cans of coke. When I got my order I left and opened it outside. It was Garlic cheese and chips. Went back in 2 minutes and they said they'd make me a new one. Instead of binning the order I brought back in they stuck it in the microwave and gave it to another customer. Portion size of chips was small. First and last time going here.

20/12/2024: Avoid Avoid Avoid! They pretend not to speak english but can well. I caught him trying to charge 25% more than advertised and when I pulled him on it he grinned and all of a sudden he couldn't speak english so I showed him the menú to make it clear my order was 15 euro not 20 euro so they gave me half uncooked chips and the wrong sauce in a kebab so I couldn't eat it once I got home because of the amount of chili they put in it and the smallest portions I've ever seen. It's a scam take away that prey on every customer especially when using card payments! And they make most there money from unaware drunk people especially. Most if not all positive reviews are fake and the food doesnt look anything like the menu pictures. The place should be closed down, they are thiefs and just want your money. Beware and avoid at all cost!

12/05/2025: Ok shop - buy tea, coffee food etc but they have no toilet. I will go to a service station in future where they lnow what service is.

20/02/2025: Petrol station with plenty space, very good service and is very handy this petrol station be around here very closed of hospital where make a huge difference for the customers going into hospital others going work and they can have a breakfast here and a cop a coffee or tea, the community around the area sometimes take for grant.

01/01/2025: Had not been in ages ... now I remember why. Pad Thai was so terrible and spicy we complained. The General Tso's Chicken was basically a pool of soy sauce. The manager was so rude we declined his offer of a replacement meal.

24/05/2025: Was charged 4.50 for a croissant. This is a staggering price and it was tasteless. I complained to the girl working there and she said it was the correct price. When I contined to complain she reduced the price to 3.50 and gave me back a euro. At 3.50 still the worst value croissant in Ireland. Never again.

18/05/2025: Overly expensive and bad value for money. 4.40 euro for a small slice of dry cake. No prices displayed so they catch you out at the till. Coffee ok. Way better options elsewhere in the city

23/01/2025: One year ago, three girls and I started working for this company. All of us left our jobs to start there. After THREE WEEKS, they said they had a shortage in raw materials and we had to leave, but they were going to call us in four weeks to start again. We even asked if that was 100% sure, and they said multiple times "yes.". They never called; it was winter, and getting a job is difficult in that season. We sent emails and even went to the factory to know if they had any news, and they didn't even let us in. The HR manager went out and talked to us. How can companies be that heartless and offer a job for three weeks without letting you know in advance? make you quit your jobs, and then kick you out in the most difficult season of the year?All of us had a really difficult time, and some had to borrow money, and some spent all their savings to survive, all just because a company was extremely irresponsible. I wish all they knew how depressed and devastated we felt and all the harm they did. I hope its planning department could improve so this never happens again to someone else.

23/01/2025: I confirm Melissa's comment, I worked at Hassetts a year ago, I had a secure job at another factory and the manager at Hassetts hired me and everything seemed fine.... I left my job to work at HASSETTS and after 3 weeks they told us to take two weeks as a "holiday" they said they had shortage and we would be back to work ( they lied to us) they INSURED us and never mentioned they were firing us for no reason, they just used us and threw us away, they could have told us the truth, we lost time and money... we were out of work, unable to pay rent and no food, because of the lying people at HASSETTS They are bad and heartless people!

16/05/2025: Another joke of an Irish company. Left waiting months for a product, no update unless I contacted them directly. Always told it was on "back order". Every email you send them, they constantly ask if you want to "cancel your order". They don't give a damn. Typical Irish company.

06/04/2025: If I could rate it no stars I would. Communication is abysmal and that is being kind. I ordered a product on 7th of February. By 20th of February there was still no sign of the item being delivered and I had heard nothing from them other than the fact that they had taken my money. So I got in contact with them. At that point someone let me know that the item that had been in stock on their website was actually on back order and was not expected to be in their warehouse until the 28th of February. On 14th of March I had heard nothing more about the item being delivered so I emailed again. They emailed me back to say that it had only been dispatched then from their UK warehouse. Today I received my item, over 8 weeks after I ordered and paid for it. There was no contact with updates unless I reached out. Surely there is a way to let customers know that their delivery might take a bit longer. Very disappointing service and I will NOT be ordering from them again.

26/04/2025: If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. The staff are not one bit friendly. "Breed" was one of their names he was horrific to deal with very rude and abrupt. Appalling behaviour. My daughter 3, wanted to use the toilet and we were told a customer had just broken it. How convenient, also saw someone else complain on the reviews about it. No sign up to say so. It is the law if there are surving food to have a working wc. There should be a sign on the door take away only. I asked to speak to a manger and I was told he was off. The food was sickening. Just don't waste your money

17/05/2025: Bar staff run off there feet , floor staff , shocking , clearing tables , not cleaning them with cloth and cleaner , had to sit a dirty table for 2 hours , really bad service , all very young .

14/05/2025: Extortionate prices, can't believe how much of a rip-off this pub has become. €9.30 for a bottle of Kopparberg is a disgrace, nevermind €7.50 for a Murphys. Won't be having a pint before a flight in Cork airport anymore

08/05/2025: We chose this restaurant for ease... we really regret it! Ultimately it would have been quicker to go to Cork to eat and come back! Everything was incredibly slow and yet there were no crowds... 15 minutes just to come and take an order and another good 30 minutes before we got our plates.

07/12/2024: Not a great place for a nice meal. The price was standard but the quality of the meal was a disappointment. I ordered a carbonara and it was penne pasta floating in cream with half cooked bacon lardons and the ratio was 1 pasta to 3 bacon bits. My partner ordered the chicken supreme and the portion would barely feed a child, the mash was more cream than potatoes and the whole dish was as dry. Wouldn’t recommend the restaurant unless your standards are incredibly low… would definitely find much nicer food in Cork city…

08/03/2025: Went in with my friend to help to pick up a delivery. The owner was very rude. Was very disrespectful due to my friend not having his pizza bag. The owner refused to give it to us. The he started to threaten my friend. Very disappointing. Would not recommend. Unless you want the head eaten off you for no reason. 0/10

25/01/2025: Worst bagel I have ever had, inedible. Stars and Stripes which is supposed to have crispy bacon but was basically lumps of fat. The bagel was soggy. No avocado on it. Absolutely disgusting
