28/12/2024: I went up to order and asked the lady behind the counter for advise about my order. I was promptly told that the menu was over there if I needed information. You could not see the menu from where you order so I would have had to leave my place in the q. She then pointed to the man behind me to prompt me to order quickly. I ordered three pepperoni pizzas and it was 42 euro in total! I had them before and they were nice but not this time. Mine was burnt which is crazy for the price. I will never return and waste my money again.

16/11/2024: Ordered 2 pizzas. 28 euro for 2 10 inch. At window. Ready to collect. " oh I just gave your oder to someone else. That women there. Go get her!" Me , like ??? Had to chase a women through market. Tap on shoulder. Ask come back. Get to window. Staff asked. What you order . 1 chicken pizza she replied. !!!!! So ya too much hassle for a doughy pizza with very little toppings. Also the guy was cursing when dressing pizzas. No love in the food. Very important! Can taste it!

17/11/2024: I recently visited The Corner Flag and was thoroughly disappointed by the customer service. A staff member named Steven handled our group with a shocking lack of courtesy. He was not only dismissive but came across as both ignorant and arrogant. Simple requests were met with irritation, and it seemed he had no interest in making our experience enjoyable. We chose The Corner Flag for a relaxed evening, but the unprofessional and rude behavior turned our night into a frustrating experience. It's disappointing that such a popular spot would employ staff members who lack basic manners and respect for customers. We hope management addresses this, as a friendly, welcoming atmosphere is vital for a good night out.

15/12/2024: This place is gone to the dogs food is rotten over charged n tastless 48euro fr beef curry n munchies box won't be returning here again this place used to be lovely food 👌💯 now whoever took over has ran it into ground again stsy clear horrible overcharged tastless food

30/11/2024: I waited two hours for food that’s really annoying it’s upsetting me how long I have to wait that’s why the service is so low

09/11/2024: Was told delivery would be between 30-45 mins and it took almost 2 hours to arrive. The food is decent but would not recommend delivery

30/09/2024: Got 2 fish and chip(cod) 2 curry, 2 sausages and 2 cheese and onion pies, it cost me €40.40 and honestly the fish was horrible certainly not fresh,with what I payed we could have sat in a hotel, very disappointed, the sausage was for the dog, chips and pie’s were nice, but won’t be getting the fish again

29/09/2024: Worst service station I've ever experienced. Staff have terrible attitudes as if they really couldn't be bothered. Place is absolutely filthy as well. They better shape up if they want to stay in business

21/08/2024: got a sandwich a while ago .the guy that made it for me never changed his gloves he just wiped them with the blue roll. the sandwiche didn't taste right. I brought it back the guy at the till didn't understand what I was saying so called another guy. I got a refund but with a false apology won't be getting food there again

17/11/2024: Hi everyone, Just stay as far away from this restaurant as much as possible. This is an honest review. I am writing this review for the welfare of people of Cork. This restaurant is the worst among the restaurants I visited in my life. And it’s the same after 3 years I visited again. Nothing changed. I went out with my friends for dinner, ordered few different curries with beaf and chicken, along with chapati and naan. It was difficult to order because the guy tried to force us to order things according to his choice not ours. Now the order arrived and story started. The food is literally 0.1/5 in taste. I asked the guy to change the chapatis as they were literally burnt. Not eatable. The guy gave his first argument that (we sell chapatis like this, you have to eat them burnt as it is) Then his arrogance kicked in and he stoped serving us, we left the restaurant with worst experience and spoiled night. As I am an asian guy and I know what they are selling to people of Cork on the name of Indian food, Absolutely nothing. Pretty much same curry thing with hundreds of names. You won’t feel a difference in any thing. Long story short. Please stay away. And now I realised that there are loads of reviews of same kind as I am giving. I regret I would have read those reviews before I had given them chance to spoil our night out.

08/09/2024: It was absolutely terrible to be honest when I was hoping to say otherwise. The food was shocking for what you pay and wasn't edible. My taste buds are still in shock and trying to recover. Spent over €50 and never again will we be ordering from here. Very disappointed.

28/07/2024: Fui a almorzar el domingo. La comida era agradable y el servicio solo ok. Plato principal 23 euros. Media porción de 20 euros y mucha menos comida por esos 20 euros. No es rentable

19/07/2024: The food is medium. A lot of the times everything crispy is overcooked but even then it does taste nice. Delivery driver and times are excellent. Customer service is a HUGE zero! Initially I tried to order from their take out meno. No. Go online. We don't have time. I was then charged twice for the same meal. After a lot of aggression rom the manager I finally got refunded. I tried phone delivery just now and I am fuming. She couldn't understand me and then the manager (same one who didn't refund me) said we don't have time for you, go online. I said the whole menu isn't online, I just need my order repeated ( she missed one) he said, we don't have time for this, take what we're giving you or go online! We have other customers! Aggressive nasty horrible man! Even for medium food I'm not ever giving them money again. AVOID! P.S. Whilst typing this our food turned up in 10 minutes. So they obviously don't have that many customers! 😡 P.S. Food turned up while I was typing. Tasted good. Not burnt. The only sour taste in my mouth is the manager. I'd rather give my money to Wah Yung or 4 star pizza or Plaza or Dino's or Heavens pizza or sliced etc.

20/12/2024: As one of the only cafes in the shopping centre, Misto Cafe is a letdown. The food and cake options are limited, and the coffee making skills are poor. We were served in paper cups despite sitting in, and both our coffee and hot chocolate were lukewarm. After asking for the hot chocolate to be reheated, it was returned boiling.. an overcorrection that showed little care or attention to detail. A place with potential, but as it stands, it does not live up to even the bare minimum.

17/10/2024: Very bad service. I ordered a coffee drink in Caffe, and I've got it in paper cup. When I asked why I've got my coffee in paper cup, lady said they don't have a large mug. But people sitting around had mugs.... Another thing coffee was extremely hot, I burnt my tongue. Definitely avoid this place, is there many better coffee shops around with better service.

08/10/2024: Togher sub way it cost 9.80 for footlong sub with chicken and cheese a bit expensive I think as I got the same one in subway wilton and was charged 6.30 not happy at all won't be going back have proof as tap with phone

28/09/2024: Always friendly. My son enjoys this with Tika chicken, cheese and lettuce. And the rainbow cookies..expensive enough when getting a fairly plain subway.

25/11/2024: After 25 years as a loyal weekly customer, I have had enough. Repeated late, cold deliveries with items missing have broken any trust I had with this business. Save yourself the disappointment, there are plenty other options available locally.

19/11/2024: Just an edit to say. They ALWAYS Read the notes. Which is great when you have picky eaters 🤣 Food always nice. Cannot fault the chicken curry. A favourite of ours. And delivery is fast. My first choice for a Chinese takeaway 😊

14/12/2024: This shop look like ghost of bakery cake have minimum 3days no comment about mince spice because in any supermarket you find better and cheaper I saw something suppose to be croissant but never see so bad things .The girl who was behind the counter was unable to say hello and just turn back and went behind and let me alone in front of shop…. Better go anywhere else you can find very easy better and cheaper

24/11/2024: Absolutely awful bakery, everything seems to be stale. We bought a brown bread and French seeded stick and Jesus you could have used the French stick as an actual weapon....I wouldn't even say it was yesterday's bread,it was older....terrible terrible bakery, will not return.
