20/12/2024: Good quality food, coffee is excellent and the staff are really friendly

11/10/2024: Fui a desayunar el miércoles, me dieron un croissant muy quemado, tuve que enviar de vuelta, sorprendido de que incluso pensaron que estaba bien, para darme en primer lugar. Mi hijo pidió panqueques y fruta, recibió un panqueque muy pequeño, una fresa picada en tres, y tres bayas azules. También pedí una tortilla rellena, bueno tenía huevos en ella, tenía que pedir mantequilla para la tostada. Todo cuesta 32€ , impactante lo pobre que era la comida, a estos precios se puede ver por qué los lugares están cerrando todo el tiempo.

30/12/2024: An item from my order was missing. If I didn’t check no one would’ve bothered to tell me. Employees said it was out of stock when I had to ask them about the item. Which first of all is ridiculous considering if you knew about it why not tell me the second you hand it to me. It’s your responsibility. It’s also basic kindness. No one would give me a refund nor did they bother apologising for the inconvenience. The Two employees that I talked to couldn’t care less. I don’t care if it was busy or if it was just one small item. Not everyone is made of money. The least they could do is take the item off the touch screen machine to avoid this. As small as this issue is-customer service is everything. Very poor service. Gonna make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this McDonald’s.

27/10/2024: Food was okay. One member of staff particularly rude, really no need for it. Other staff were pleasant but honestly wouldn’t bother going here unless you’re ready for an eye roll and someone pointing to things grunting rather than responding. You’d be better off driving for 20 minutes somewhere else for a more decent Chinese for less the price. I work in retail and i understand dealing with the public can be shite but there’s a bare minimum level of customer service you should have.

10/09/2024: Got my order wrong, food was luke warm , staff were uninterested, curry was the best bit about what I got and it was just ok 1/10

09/12/2024: oat milk cappuccino and a baklava for the price of a cheap lunch (€9.20) - never again

06/10/2024: Have been customers for years, unfortunately one time they got our 70e order completely wrong, food was cold and not eatable. They lied about a discount for the future , even though they promised . Very disappointed will never order again

06/10/2024: We were using this ocean house quite a lot in resent years but, after last order couple months back we received and order, and beef creamy garlic was too thick, other dishes also were only small amount of meat and a lot of vegetables, order was mixed up as well , so we were not happy at all about food quality, we rang and we were promised the 80% discount, and today we tried to order food, by using same phone number, but we did not get any discount at all that was promised. So sorry, but we wont be ordering again, as this take away not looking after put customers at all. Advice: stay away and order somewhere else!!!!

16/08/2024: Heads up to anyone ordering delivery from here, was walking towards the shop today when their delivery driver came out to get into his parked car, harassed two girls walking in front of me then proceeded to harass me. Wouldn’t want a man like that showing up on my doorstep with pizza

01/10/2024: In my own experience the shop is always tidy and it is highly maintained. I had an amazing experience at Apple Green! The staff here are incredibly welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you’re well taken care of. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and helpful attitudes, but what really stood out was how involved and attentive the manager was. The manager not only made sure everything was running smoothly but also took the time to personally check in with customers to ensure they were satisfied. It’s rare to see a manager and assistant manager so engaged with both the team and the guests. Their professionalism, leadership, and genuine care for both the staff and the customers are truly impressive. You can tell the entire staff, assistant manager reflects the positive and customer-first attitude that the manager promotes. If you're looking for a place that makes you feel valued and welcome, Apple Green Glanmire is the place to be. Highly recommended!

23/10/2024: Useless, ruse and inefficient is the way this place should be called. Arrived with family and friends at around 3:30 pm on Sunday 20th. A non-irish “guy” looked at us expecting us to say what “we were doing in a restaurant”, we greet and ask a table to “if possible” eat or order coffees. He made the “pleasure” to give us a table in an empty restaurant (maybe 3-4 tables used). 5 minutes later an Irish tall girl with glasses came and said: “just coffees right”😂 geez! Anyway, order some coffees, pizza and went to the bar to order a drink were a short fella full of tattoos with the same stupid attitude. Anyway is the last time we go there for sure, now I understand why always this place is advertising promos on the food😂. Your service is disgusting! 🤮

03/11/2024: Very disappointed, one of my friends told me to not buy a deli anymore, because one of the staff said they are using leftovers the next morning. I couldn't believe it, so we drove this afternoon, see pictures attached

17/10/2024: Very bad service. I ordered a coffee drink in Caffe, and I've got it in paper cup. When I asked why I've got my coffee in paper cup, lady said they don't have a large mug. But people sitting around had mugs.... Another thing coffee was extremely hot, I burnt my tongue. Definitely avoid this place, is there many better coffee shops around with better service.

06/10/2024: Terrible espresso. We were drawn in by the nice espresso machine, but when we tasted it, we couldn't even finish it. I'm sorry to say it but It feels like the staff hasn't been trained properly. A below-average espresso should not cost €3.90, come on!

02/12/2024: Complete disgrace. 40 euros for two pizzas that smells like old ham and not even the proper shape(I got triangle shaped pizza😂) with folds underneath of dough that is not cooked through. I've ordered 2 piccante pizzasl. Have ordered in La Tana in past but in last year the quality has gone down terribly. Last time i had similar issue. Unfortunately i have, but can't post it picture here it is probably not allowed
