15/07/2024: We were hungry, we were loaded, we took a detour to grab a bite to eat, we walked, climbed, sweated, we arrived at 10:45 p.m. at this snack bar that was supposed to close at 1 a.m., it was closed. Correct your hours or better, given the other comments, change jobs.

22/11/2024: I’d give a 0 star if possible. Pizza is decent enough for fast food, but if something goes wrong with the order and you try to call in to the shop they’ll either pick up and not listen, or just hang up on you. They’ve gotten the order wrong (missing or incorrect items) a couple times, and on two occasions pizza never arrived and I had to cancel via my bank account.
04/10/2024: I asked for the student deal today. He said 10 minutes I went to buy some things I was a bit late but hey nothing affecting them. I went back he gave me the pizza and asked for the drink. I said the deal says there’s fries included. He LIED and said it’s inside with the pizza. I trusted him and didn’t open it until I went back home to find there’s nothing inside but the pizza and he scammed me. So don’t ever trust them they will scam you and for me I will never again deal with them.

15/07/2024: I haven't tried the food so I cannot comment. But I went there today at 8:40 am, they open at 8am supposedly. There were other customers already there, but the baristas were nowhere to be found, and I waited more than 5 min.
09/06/2024: I cannot rate the food, but due to it being 4:20pm and they close at 5pm supposedly, I went it and queued to order and pay, only to be fobbed off and told sorry their appliances are all shut off for the day?!? So no one works for the last hour of the day?!?

24/11/2024: Ordered via just eat. Gave eircode and directions to where it was to be delivered. Driver rang me once via the just eat number, I'm outside he says , so walked outside and couldn't see anyone. Waited and he disappeared. Had to contact just eat and get a refund. Won't be returning.

If you are younger than 23, do not ever think about going in there cuz they say over 23 lol. The most funny thing is they dont ever check id of non asian people tho but only check id for asians. This is very racist!

08/10/2024: Typical hotel restaurant bar. Pasta bolognaise was marvellous. The city could have been better. The deserts were delicious. I went to this restaurant with my family after it had poured in cork. I would go again.

23/11/2024: Filthy tired tables, dirty menus and the food is cheapest quality, maximum price. Disgusting. Staff are miserable. No matter what time you get there after 8pm, they are always rushing you as 'the kitchen is closing.' Imagine if this was your enduring memory of Cork culture and cuisine...
Still, not like they have to try is it?
25/10/2024: Food is worse than junk, cheap ingredients, that in some cases appeared to be reheated and all at an extortionate price. Takes full advantage of the limited options you have in the airport. Airport authority should be taking customers feedback into account the next time this location is up for renewal.

17/12/2024: I made an order on the 4th of July, rang them every week to follow up as they just don't communicate and I was told my item was out of stock so in my last conversation with the dreadful customer service I asked to cancel my order. I got my item from a decent provider. NOW I HAVE BEEN CHARGED BY NISBETS FOR THAT AMOUNT!!!! 166 QUID!!!! THE WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!!! AND I DIDN'T EVEN HAD AN EMAIL to say the item was being dispatched or anything at all. THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED!!! WT???!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!
26/09/2024: I wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order (a gift). In common with other reviewers, no notification was issued that my order was in process. When I contacted them after one week, I was advised that it was on back order in the UK with a lead time of two weeks. Three weeks later, I contacted them again to eventually request a refund as the occasion for which the gift was ordered had long since passed. My email was acknowledged but no explanation given or apology received. This seems to be a standard issue if the scant reaction of customer service is anything to go by. Shop around!

07/12/2024: Not a great place for a nice meal. The price was standard but the quality of the meal was a disappointment. I ordered a carbonara and it was penne pasta floating in cream with half cooked bacon lardons and the ratio was 1 pasta to 3 bacon bits. My partner ordered the chicken supreme and the portion would barely feed a child, the mash was more cream than potatoes and the whole dish was as dry. Wouldn’t recommend the restaurant unless your standards are incredibly low… would definitely find much nicer food in Cork city…
