23/06/2026: Definitely the best burger I’ve had so far! Chips were crispy and well salted. Done quickly as well.

30/05/2026: Homemade chips, real meat! 18€ for a double Burguer with extra ingredients, drink and loads of chips. 5min time waiting, nice staff!

08/07/2026: Its only ok. The food was nice but felt it was over priced. The quality was good but the flavors were not sensational. I would expect more given the price and vibe they are trying for. The service was very friendly but sadly incredibly inefficient and ineffective. It took almost over 30minutes to be served our first drinks. The food was a little more prompt however our last drinks never came at all even though we waited for them over an hour. We asked for a second bottle of water twice and it never arrived. It was a super hot day and I feel like the service should be more attentive to this particular fact. We sat outside on thr terrace on one of the lovely couches which was very comfy and wonderfully appointed. Lots of cushions and blankets for when it gets chilly. The views of the city were also lovely. Its definitely a spot for older people - over 40s, 50s etc. Not a spot for younger people, the atmosphere is a bit stale. The music was boring but I feel this is the vibe they are going for. Definitely not a fabulous place to enjoy a wine or a cocktail unless you are well into your middle age.

06/07/2026: Both the indoor Bistro and outdoor Terrace are fantastic. The servers are friendly and courteous. Inside Bistro: A little fancier, the meals were superb! We started with Irish Scallops and Triple Cooked Chips both of which were fresh and flavorful. The O'Farrells Lamb Rump was so moist and tender I think I will order that next time. The Pan Roasted Cod was light and the leeks really made it stand out. The Dover Sole Meunière was hearty and perfectly balanced by the capers. Outside at the Terrace: Fantastic view! We really enjoyed the crab toast. We thought the toast might be too much but it was mostly air and the crab was solid crustacean delight. The wings were also good but the burgers really shined. They were juicy and full sized - beef done right! The drinks: The Lavender Haze was our first place but only by the slimmest of margins. You will not be disappointed by the Secret Garden (tastes like a fruity dessert), Spicy Poloma (definitely spicy and awesome), Gold Rush (honey is there but very subtle), or New York Sour (colorful and bold).

11/06/2026: I enjoy this Starbucks a lot. It’s busy but not usually overcrowded. Although if you want to work on your laptop for a couple of hours it can be hard to get a table as it’s very popular for that. Lots of space. Great staff. Car parking available. Close to retail parks and shopping center.

20/05/2026: really loved this place 😍the portions are huge and the food was sooo good, everything tasted amazing!!!!! also the staff was incredibly nice and genuinely cared about helping us choose the food, and the girl working there was such a smiley sweetheart

There's a semi-covered outdoor area, which is very comfortable; during the week, it can be a quiet, intimate space for long conversations over a good beer. On weekends, there's almost always live music, with guys singing and playing guitar, and everything takes on a country vibe. Recommended!

01/05/2026: They will take joining fee then you have to stay for 3 months if you want to try the gym. Then they will lie about cancellation fee when asked to cancel the membership (possibly due to lack of their own policy knowledge). Took them 2 months to fix the leg extension machine. Staff is friendly but misguiding. The gym itself is mediocre.

05/07/2026: The worst experience in a round of eighteenth World Cup EVER!! They only showed the video. They’d rather play a really loud musical quiz in the speakers Also not prepared to it, they’ve ran out of bier being a chaos to have a single bier to drink

15/06/2026: We had the pulled pork and the lamb, and both were awesome. We were there at lunch time so not a huge crowd and could just ha g out for a while and have a drink in the sun.

19/07/2026: Ricky was amazing! He was very enthusiastic and cheerful and explained all the donuts in great detail. He could not have have been more helpful on this lovely sunny day. He made these three cork cailíns day so much better !

17/07/2026: The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful but the worker on earlier this afternoon was especially lovely! Unfortunately we never got their name, but many thanks from the two girls desperate for a donut!

24/07/2025: The coffee here is very good, along with some very good snacks. Although everything is very good – breakfast, lunch, and snacks – the competition is very high here in Cork regarding cafes and snack bars. A few years ago, you wouldn't see a cafe like this anywhere else, so to speak! Now they're everywhere. What I mean is that this cafe, called Noir, needs to create its own brand, its own specialty, so that people become interested and identify with it. I hope it stays open for a long time and I wish it the best of luck in its future endeavors.

24/07/2025: Very good coffee is drunk here with some very good snacks, although everything is very good, breakfast, lunch and snacks, the competition is very fierce here in the city of Cork in relation to cafes and snack bars. A few years ago, you didn't see a cafe, so to speak!!! Now they are everywhere. What I mean is that this cafe called Noir has to create its brand, its specialty, so that people are interested and identify with it. I hope it stays open for a long time and I wish you the best of luck in its development.

29/05/2026: Horrible service. lazy and grumpy waiters. The lady didint even want to bring the menu, she just said what they have by heart 😅. nice food tho.

18/04/2026: Really disappointing experience at Suttons Bar & Bistro. We were told they would provide plain pasta for the kids, but what arrived was just bland, unsalted boiled pasta with no care or effort put into it. When we asked for a sauce to go with it, they brought out chilli sauce — completely inappropriate for kids. We were also told the burger would come with cheese and sauce, but instead it was just bread with a few chicken tenders. Completely different from what was described. This was supposed to be a special dinner for my son’s 7th birthday, and it ended up being a real letdown. €95 spent on a meal that didn’t match expectations and spoiled an important evening. I wouldn’t recommend based on our experience.

26/09/2025: We loved to go to Dashi and it was our go-to takeaway in COVID times. I ordered for collection on a Thursday evening at 7pm, half of the sushi options were gone and the curry and udon noodle dishes (or at least parts thereof) were heated in a microwave, and it still took them 25 minutes to put the order together. The dishes lacked veggies and where mediocre at best, and I couldn't finish the seaweed salad. Very disappointed.

18/09/2025: Visited the place just for the first time, as I saw they have a lot of great reviews, and variety of options, but unfortunately were disappointed, as many of the ingredients weren’t just included. They show in the menu that the sushi has variety of ingredients, and a lot of interesting stuff like: asparagus, chive, chilli powder, and so, but unfortunately they just used instead of the asparagus the curcumber, and we had no chives or chilli powder, although we should have had😟 Also the trout sushi we had was half raw/and half cooked👀
