13/11/2025: Cute little place with good coffee and good food. Service is fast and efficient. I love their overnight oats dish.

22/10/2025: Wonderful scone with a very tasty (probably homemade) jam + fresh orange juice!

19/11/2025: Super bar. Came down from Belfast and a friend recommended this place - did not disappoint. Pints were great, staff were sound and I could have stayed for hours more for the music alone! Will absolutely be back again.

17/07/2025: Super place for a match, a chat, a laugh and one of the best pints of guinness in Cork! Great staff too!!

09/02/2026: I was here recently and I have to say that the service is poor quality, very late and sometimes grumpy waiters, I won't even talk about the food because the taco they served me was a pasta with cheddar and fries, which soon made my underwear dye brown.

04/02/2026: Nice bar with usually good bar staff. But watchout for south American bar boy with black dreadlocks and glasses. If you leave your drink on the bar unattended, when you return you will have a different drink in it's place and god only knows what he put in to it. It won't be what you originally ordered. ASK FOR ANGELA! Get bouncers and management to Check the cameras.

15/09/2025: After leaving west cork early this morning and in need of a light snack 😋 I had a spiced beef sandwich on gloriously fresh bread. The native Barry's Tea to accompany my sandwich. Lovely little seats at the stall so ate and watched the world go by. Absolutely delicious food and a huge selection on display. I highly recommend. It's located within the historic English market which was rather busy so it was good to see that too.

28/08/2025: Lovely open air deli sandwich stall, seating included on the end comfortable cozy bar stools and foot rest. Wonderful staff caring attentive to orders and all ways ask how you’re doing. Would definitely come back again and again. Best sandwich’s in town 🥪🫶🏼

17/02/2026: Small portions ,they charge you more money than they show in the Menu ,you tell them and they only apologize. Quality /price is expensive

30/09/2025: I felt in China or Korea sorry I don’t know much to differentiate, I went with my girlfriend and it was amazing, very happy for the night, the food was wonderful. Impeccable service

23/11/2025: Don't go here if you're hungry. Went here during the week, was met by extremely small plates, very expensive for what you get, zero presentation and little to no flavour. The place itself is lovely and has a lovely vibe, but we had to go elsewhere for food after we left. Won't ever be returning for food.

29/08/2025: I've been a Costa customer for many years, especially this one. I often compare going to Costa for a coffee, or espresso, to going to church on Sundays. The difference is that it's become a routine here to go every day in the late afternoon, catch up with colleagues, and spend a couple of hours here at Costa. It has a beautiful terrace, and inside, there are many tables. The staff are all professionals, but they don't wait on tables. You can use the Wi-Fi, after all. It's a place to have a good time and a meeting point. I wish you the best of luck and many years of success.

08/06/2025: The most slow service bar I have ever experienced.In my life.Across continents.They clearly serve locals first,even locals acknowledged it.And it was not even busy.Dont waste your time going here.I only went as at a party.The service is REALLY slow.

25/01/2026: Staff members unable to respond to hi, bye, thank you. Delivering food to the table without a single word and just walking away. Place is filthy and toilets are the best example of it. Was there few times over past few months and this filthy toilets are signature to the whole „restaurant”. Benches screwed to the floor unable for tall people to seat comfortably. Material on benches with number of damages, bins to empty trays full. That was last visit to this place…

28/09/2025: Great bar fantastic down to earth staff. Great place to go for a pint on your own or with friends.

01/09/2025: The bartender is a sight to behold! Effective and highly professional. We stopped by because it was on our way home and thought we'd have the "second to last" one. The atmosphere was masculine and, above all, older... But it was worth it.

23/11/2025: Saying it's the worst coffee of my life is a compliment because I call it coffee.

16/11/2025: I really like the coffee and the pastries. I am in love with the lemon pie and the pistachio cone. The staff is always cheerful and polite, which makes the experience even better. The only thing I would point out is to be a bit more careful with special requests. More than once I asked for a cappuccino with oat milk and received regular milk instead. Even so, I always come back because mistakes happen and I genuinely like not only the coffee but also the people. 😊

15/10/2025: Do not go here for breakfast. Can't vouch for the evenings here or the pints. The breakfast was shocking, unfortunately one of the few places open on Sunday morning. Do yourself a favour & go Tara's instead. Everything was under or over cooked, asked for some tomatoes instead of mushrooms. They brought me a cold sliced bit of tomato. Service poor, didn't clear our table. Pumping the diddly at 10:30am, come on. The worst cup of tea I've ever been served in Ireland

13/10/2025: Staff were excellent. Bacon and cabbage was top notch. Never waiting for a pint. Beamish was exceptional. Bravo
