21/06/2026: This is one of the hidden gems in Cork. It was a place that I was recommended by a friend. I had never heard of the place. When I went it has a chill atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable. A must visit for a nice glass of vino.

25/06/2026: From the minute I walked into The Address Hotel Cork, I knew we had made the right choice for our wedding. Everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff were unbelievable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they accommodated every request I had with a smile. My son has autism, and the care, kindness, and understanding they showed him meant the world to us. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our whole family felt comfortable and looked after. I had some unique ideas for the day, from Stormtroopers and Darth Vader to lighting and smoke effects, and the team embraced every single one of them. They made everything happen flawlessly, and every detail was spot on. The food was absolutely divine, the décor was stunning, and the service was exceptional throughout the entire day. Since the wedding, so many of our guests have commented on how incredible everything was—from the delicious food and beautiful venue to the fantastic staff and the overall atmosphere. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue. Thank you to everyone at The Address Hotel Cork for making our day so special and creating memories that we will treasure forever. I would recommend them to anyone planning their wedding without hesitation.

05/06/2026: I recently stayed at The Address Hotel in Cork and I can't praise it enough! It's a beautiful, typically Irish hotel, full of charm and in a fantastic location in the heart of Cork. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and offer all modern amenities. On our first evening, we had a minor technical issue in our room, but the hotel staff were incredibly helpful. We were immediately given a different room, and from then on, everything was perfect. We also spent an evening in the hotel bar – it was really lovely, the atmosphere is simply wonderful. And from the balcony, we had a breathtaking view of the city. An absolute 5-star experience – I'd love to come back!

11/09/2026: Had such a lovely experience with Sultan Cork! ❤️ The food is absolutely delicious, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. Everything I’ve tried has been amazing and you can really taste the passion that goes into the food. Sultan is a great guy and but honestly, the food speaks for itself! 😍 Highly recommend giving Sultan Cork a try you won’t be disappointed! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

07/09/2026: Sultan of empty tables! Very disappointing experience. From the moment we entered, we didn’t feel welcomed—the greeting was “how can I help you?” !. The food didn’t seem freshly prepared and was not particularly tasty. We were also told that certain dishes had to be ordered as two portions for two people, with a strong push to order more than we wanted. After the meal, nobody asked for feedback or checked how our experience was. Overall, not the dining experience we expected and unfortunately we wouldn’t return.

13/04/2026: Very sad that this cafe has now closed down. Breakfast here is excellent quality and value. Very good quality food and at a good price. We will definitely be back here again. It was so nice I had to eat it before I did this review, as you can see from the photo.

21/02/2026: Genuiely the best royal toast in cork. The salmon is excellent, supreme, poached eggs amazing, the potatoes are nicely toasted. It is just my favorite, At one point I kept ordering it everyday for nearly a week on deliveroo. Their Croissant is great too ( coming from a french) its crispy and has a nice buttery flavor. The chocolate muffin is marvelous too. The french toast are.. well. Not everything can be perfect but if other people like it, thats good for the place. Anyway. Best toast.

19/06/2026: The staff was very friendly anf accommodating. Our room was nice and clean. However washcloths were not provided and neither was lotion. For the price I found amenities lacking

03/06/2026: Not great. First family room we were put in did not have a functioning air conditioning unit. The tv also didn’t work correctly. The next room was better but still seemed like the quality didn’t match the price. The restaurant downstairs needs a lot of work. The food was poor and the service was even worse. Thought the 2.7 stars it was rated on google was an exaggeration but I would say it was close to 2.5. Won’t be staying again.

02/09/2026: Absolutely disgraceful experience. I bought tickets online DAYS in advance, only to show up and be told I couldn't get in because the venue was “too full.” What is the point of selling tickets online in advance if you can simply refuse entry anyway? The worst part was the attitude of the manager/security staff. When I asked for help, I was literally told that it was “not his problem” and that I should just try to get a refund online because there was “nobody there” who could deal with it. So apparently taking people's money online is their responsibility, but actually honouring the tickets or helping customers when things go wrong suddenly isn't. Completely unprofessional, incredibly rude, and an absolute waste of my time and money. I will definitely not be coming back, and I would strongly recommend thinking twice before buying tickets for this place.

14/08/2026: Fun atmosphere for events and super attentive staff

25/08/2026: The food was good but the portion was very small. The worst part was that my hot chocolate was extremely hot, scalding, it burnt my mouth and I had to spit it out. It was so hot I couldn’t even hold the paper cup in my hand. The toilet lid was broken and would not stay up, kept falling down.

11/08/2026: I couldn't be happier with the gluten free chocolate biscuit cake I ordered for my 60th. It was absolutely delicious and the colours and details of the decorations were exactly what I had I mind. The cake was a huge hit on the night and I received so many compliments. It was and still is a talking point. I would 100% recommend Caroline and the team at The Floury Apron. The communications via email along the way were great. Thank you again for making my cake 😀

08/06/2026: I had a lovely experience at the Haven Cafe Cork. This spot has a really nice atmosphere, the food was good and the staff were incredibly pleasant and welcoming. Great spot to relax and enjoy a coffee, I would definitely recommend! Thanks guys!

04/06/2026: Wonderfully friendly and kind staff Charlie's Chocolate Cake was delicious! Prices are affordable and kind to your wallet! Felt it was a real sanctuary! Brilliant place! Thankful for it!

21/07/2026: Update 1st December 2024 Thankfully they have improved their ordering method and if you would like you can order at the till to avoid their scan and order method. Unfortunately I was disappointed with my order today. I ordered a spicy rice bowl with two chicken thighs and I was served spicy rice bowl with a flavourless chicken breast. At very first day (somewhere in July) their food was nice, but later we felt that they are not as ,good as it was. Their online ordering system is a hassle. Nandos free WiFi is very slow and it takes more than 20mins to place an order or impossible to place an order via their online system. We get to starve before we get our food everytime we visit there. So, we try to avoid this place now.

11/07/2026: Ive been to Nandos a few times now and I usually have good experience with the staff. There is a lady with black hair and glasses and she comes off as rude to the staff. There is another man Noham I think, I only got a glimpse of his name tag and he is passive aggressive. I hope they can fix this as Nandos is a lovely place.
