03/07/2026: Little gem of a place. Worst thing is, making up your mind on what to have. Lucky I don't live near it. I'd be there every day.

17/06/2026: The best bakery in town, hands down!The sourdough bread is absolutely top-tier—perfectly crusty on the outside and airy on the inside. You can really tell they use traditional methods. Everything is baked fresh, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming.It is the perfect spot for a morning coffee and a treat. Cannot recommend this place enough!

14/06/2026: Avoid if you can. This is below "no frills". No A/C in all rooms. No hair dryer. No refrigerator. No coffee machine. A small room with a small TV. Bathroom is functional and well stocked.

03/06/2026: Right in the thick of downtown Cork close to great restaurants and pubs. Excellent staff & fine restaurants in the hotel. Lovely art throughout & many art coffee table books.

18/07/2026: I was denied entry as I was wearing inappropriate shoes which were a flat sandal (sandals in 28 degree heat in July) and my niece also had sandals on, bear in mind there were people in there with runners on. A homophobic reaction by the staff in my opinion. I will not be returning and I will be spreading the word. Avoid

07/06/2026: This pub used to be one of my favourites in Cork and the management changed, now it looks like be running by teens, poor service, very awkward behaviour, basic unwelcoming environment. This pub is not as busy as used to be and people probably is avoiding to be there.

29/05/2026: Superb pizza, thin crust, excellent toppings - will definitely visit again. Cold drinks not massively cold but they serve wine, have some seating, a bathroom and service is friendly. Would definitely recommend 👍

23/05/2026: I came in here with my gal pals after a few beveraginos. We came in for a slice but the staff and atmosphere were so lovely and welcoming we couldn’t resist getting a table and a glass of vino!! Highly recommend. Truly wonderful 😻

25/03/2026: Nice bar but the young fellas behind it could learn how to serve people properly. I waited to get served for about 10 minutes. They kept serving others who had come to the bar after me. Tunnel vision. I pointed it out to a barman..got a shrug, and he still went & served other people.. he finally came back and took my order 5 minutes later. Very poor service. Chicken Burger I ordered arrived with about 6 chicken goujons inside it...wasnt a burger at all.

08/06/2026: I came in here to try enjoy myself and relax. I was told this was a nice place but I know now whoever said that is really wrong. I was well behaved all night sitting across from the bar at a table on my owe. Near the end of the night I saw a guy order a drink. I decided to go straight up and order one too for myself. The guy who looks only like a student probably likes to look the part told me I had enough and not been served. I could not believe it. I told him I had not much but he said get out. I was not one but happy about it. So I wanted to stand up for myself a prove he was wrong. He got the security and they were very aggressive for no reason. I was walking away when they forced me back in and tried to attack me. A group of them and only me. It was very bad and they should be brought up for it. I told many people and it's not good for yer city . We won't be traveling up to this city again in a hurry. It's very bad the way I was treated.

12/07/2026: Was in Mr. Bradleys for a friend's birthday and said I'd call into La Tana to get some pizzas for my partner and I. I'd never had anything from La Tana but had heard great things and was excited to try it. When I got into the shop, I went up to order, but the person at the till cut me off and asked if I had cash, i said no, she told me to order online. So, WHILE IN THE SHOP, i had to download an app and order off of that. I watched this happen to several people after me. It would have taken less time for the person at the till to take my order than it did for me to download the app and pay through that. I understand if it's a cost saving measure, but given the price of the pizza, it doesn't appear to be having an affect. To the pizza itself, it was fine, but €23 for a 12" pizza is crazy. I justified it as a once off but to be honest, between the experience ordering and the price, I think I'll just be deleting the app again, because I won't be rushing back.

22/03/2026: First time dine in, the food was amazing the service was a bit behind. Complements to the chef and team. My wife and I had a dish with tiger prawns and lamb. Everything really tasted good. Very impressed with the size and I ended very satisfied.

15/07/2026: Busy location with plenty of car parking outside. Great range of food options, nothing hot and cold, inside with seating areas on the ground floor and upstairs. Polite, efficient and friendly staff on site. The seating area has been extensively upgraded recently, nice layout, well done.

28/06/2026: Have no idea had to leave again a woman was using the bulk return as were we she had loads of bags (as you shoul) but each one was also jammed with plastic glasses paper straws blue roll the metal parks of the drinks bottles blue roll. The machine kept breaking down obviously and the worker just kept fixing it for her instead of explaining not to be putting that stuff in. So we left id prefer to manually put my cans in 1 by 1 then deal with that level of stupidity.
