20/10/2025: A friend of mine once told me that when he worked there, the oil in the fryer was black, smoking, and definitely needed to be changed. He asked the owner to change it, and he said he was the boss, and they changed the oil two days after he intervened. It's disgusting 🤮 People complain about the pizza, which is understandable, no one there has a clue about making good pizza.
17/07/2025: I had lunch today curry wasn't bad we decided to have dessert a crumble
It was slopped into a bowl with cold custard presentation was scandlous.!!!
Desserts are so expensive now it would need to be better... would definitely never have again

24/09/2025: Absolutely love this coffee it is all I drink with years and this morning I found a stone in my whole beans. My sage machine nearly broke over this. A terrible noise coming from the grinder and I took it all apart to find a stone that looked just like a bean must have been put through the roast also as it has that coating to it. Not a great way to start the morning. Could have cost me a fortune also if I kept trying to grind the beans.

13/02/2025: Típicamente un lugar encantador y uno que tendría nombres de una de las mejores pizzas en corcho, pero gracias al gerente (Ciara) nunca pedirá desde aquí de nuevo. Tono grosero y terrible la comida se enfrió incluso que viven a poca distancia y no hay satisfacción solo un gerente que no conseguiría un trabajo para la peor empresa de servicios al cliente que existe

09/09/2025: To be honest, I didn’t feel welcome here as a younger foreign visitor. The atmosphere felt very closed-off, with most of the crowd being 40–60 year old white locals or American tourists. Tourist and people are in here are friendly, however service from the bartender(maybe the owner) was unfriendly and included microaggressions that made me uncomfortable. I was deprioritised and even looked down on when served a beer. I felt quite sad when I leave here and ruined my trip in Kinsale. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you already fit that demographic.

09/08/2025: Probably the best bar in Cork city! Great atmosphere and the staff are sooo sound! We came for the dart board but stayed for the friendly staff, unreal service and bang on customers!! Pleasure to have a few there!!

27/09/2025: Staff are nice but the food is absolutely shocking. Definitely the worst boojum I have ever been to. Freezing cold, inedible, I threw it away because I felt sick eating it. Expensive mistake going here. It also took absolutely ages and the staff were in a bit of a faff because they were working on deliveroo orders. They handled it as best they could but I do not recommend this place to anyone anymore. Shame because it was good at one time!

05/10/2025: My order was cancelled because they don’t deliver to the city centre which if fine. Even though it’s 2km from the restaurant. I called to check why it was cancelled and the man who answered was really rude and hung up on me even though I was not pushing back at all. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to trying out their food. Absolutely no need for it!
23/09/2025: Such a bad experience, the waitresses here have no manners. Days ago when we tried to order, the waitress was very impatient, even though her English was a little better than the other staff. She did not try to explain the menu to my friends and just said coldly: “You need to order quickly, I don’t have time, you Chinese why you let me explain everything to your friends you can read and tell them.”We felt embarrassed because we were doing our best to communicate
