22/07/2026: Great facilities and excellent staff, Food is always great and a pleasure to visit. Spotlessly clean

21/07/2026: The food was good overall, but the service could be improved. My order was mixed up a few times and was forgotten at one point, which made the wait longer than expected. I also noticed another customer who had been waiting around 30 minutes for his order. Even though I arrived after him, I received my food first while he was still waiting. Hopefully the restaurant can improve its organisation and speed of service, as the food itself was enjoyable.

24/04/2026: The King Dino burger was unbelievable. The chips were amazing. Very good value.

03/04/2026: Normally standrers are high got a haf raw burger and chips that weren't cooked wouldnt recommend at the moment

30/05/2026: Went in to this pub for the first time to watch a match with my partner and immediately i was treated with nothing but disrespect from one of the men behind the bar, after serving me my drink he said “one and done, if ur not 23+ u cant get a second round of drinks”. Instantly i was confused and felt unwelcomed…10 minutes later he came up to us and pointed out that my partner was wearing tracksuit pants and because of that we were to leave after our drink was finished…we immediately apologised and agreed to leave after the drinks, for the next 5 minutes hes standing beside us watching us. We were sitting there silently watching the match, causing absolutely no harm at all. It had only been 5 minutes since he had last spoke to us and he says “ive given ye enough time now, pack up ur stuff and leave” we still hadnt finished our drinks and we were being rushed out the door. Ive never been treated so horribly by a complete stranger in my whole life. But look if treating young people that way helps him sleep at night then okay. If you want to be discriminated and treated poorly i highly recommend this place. Im absolutely appalled by his lack of manners and still in shock over this.

28/05/2026: The bald bartender with glasses is the rudest person ever and a terrible ambassador for this spot. Making comments towards women isn’t a great look for business, completely ruined the experience won’t be returning 👍🏻

11/10/2025: there is one guy that works there and holds the whole place up. He's been there for a long time now and I've seen him be the only consistent face there in the last three years. he is absolutely lovely and can't do enough for you , that's only reason you get a second star. for him alone. unfortunately , He wasn't there today when I went instead two employees with their back turned to me completely ignoring me when I asked for something for my order it was a no no sorry we don't have it and no didn't bother to look just NO! I love my other Starbucks this one is trash. the rude guy there today ... just NO

26/06/2026: We had a lovely meal but I would steer clear of the Pil Pil dish. €18 and we got 5 prawns. This was also supposed to be a sharing dish so we made sure we enjoyed our 2.5 prawns each!

02/08/2026: The brunch menu offers a fairly diverse selection. My friends and I loved everything, but the prices are quite high. The tap water, like at other places, is nice because it's free, but it tastes like chlorine. Overall, we enjoyed it and might return.

02/08/2026: Some of the best pancakes I've ever had. Perfectly portioned, fluffy, balanced flavors and textures. The crumble, creaminess of the mascarpone, and flufiness of the pancakes themselves work very well with the bits of simmered blueberries and lemon curd.

05/04/2026: Beautiful surroundings but was very annoyed to realise I had spent €26 on 2 margarita cocktails only to realise they were a premade shop bought mix and not made fresh at the bar. I can buy the same bottle myself for 20 euro. Complete rip off and deception to your clientele

08/03/2026: This is a very comfortable bar just off the lobby, with further overflow seating adjacent. On the very negative side, Bar staff are not friendly or welcoming. I've never once heard any of them say Hello, Thank You. Never a smile. This is probably a top-down problem and their attitude screams "hate my job". Better staff in the lobby work hard to balance their colleagues inhospitable attitude, but it's disappointing. We only use the bar when other bars on McCurtain Street are full.

22/12/2025: What was not to love! Great choice of lunch items, hot and cold. Great personable staff. Comfortable and laidback vibe. Parking outside the door. Might move to 5 ⭐ on my next visit when I've had the chance to sample more than a tasty, toasted sandwich and checked out the toilet facilities. Dec '25 back again. Enjoyed a seasonal ciabatta. Lovely staff again. Toilet facilities ok, not great in terms of cleanliness but it may have been just before a mid service clean to give them the benefit of the doubt.

17/12/2025: One great place badly needed in the area. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant.. they do delicious sandwiches and homemade cakes. They sell their coffee by the bags. It’s got a nice atmosphere and they do great coffees .

08/06/2026: Food is lovely here and great portions sizes at reasonable prices. Staff are always helpful and courteous.

16/03/2026: Lovely experience! Through small talk got to meet the owner, Peter, lovely man who knows his business and treats everyone in a special way✨ they serve lovely food and coffee. Highly recommend to visit and try their Cajun chicken toastie🙋‍♀️
