02/10/2025: I was there last night. We didn't know they closed the door at 6pm there was still a queue, so we popped in to grab our coffee. The stuff didn't say anything they will close the shop. There were still a few ppl inside. Anyway, we grab our coffee and sit down on the table, and then the boy named Jose or a very similar name starts screaming "guys we are closing," in a very rude way. We were actually kicked out. The coffee was disgusting. Milk was burnt order were wrong. Was actually a very bad experience. I definitely will not go back there!!

19/08/2025: Outstanding service and very friendly workers all you want see, people full of energy and the customers not wanted wait to much time, it’s like a production line never stop or if something wrong happens only with machines a part of that Starbucks keeps rolling, Starbucks franchise is one of the best you can get is half away for success.

29/11/2025: We had brunch on Saturday for my friend's 40th birthday. The music and staff were fab and we did have a great time. There were a few things that needed improvement and to be aware of if booking that are not on the website and I found it hard to get the information before hand. If you have bottomless prosecco you have to eat, now some of our party have quite strict dietary requirements and didn't want food they ate before they came, this information is not on the website. I know it's brunch but on the website food looks optional. Some of our party don't drink prosecco they were told they were not allowed food, there was a complaint made and it was sorted quickly. Had the chicken quesadillas (wrap) nice but for 14.50 it could have had some chips with it, compared to the burger that was overflowing with chips and onion rings for an extra €2. If don't like chicken I wouldn't bother. The prosecco was decent and flowing, would recommend it, but do feel website needs updating with clear rules so people know before arrival.

13/10/2025: Great mid-week deals. Altough the quality of food has dropped in recent times, especially the chicken wings for the deal on Wednesdays. Hygiene needs improving also, the tables are sticky from dirt and poor cleaning, door handles are filthy, and the bathrooms are disgusting!

28/11/2025: Overall nice tasting food and made well and fresh. I recommend the garlic pizza bread. The service was fast but in in most recent visit me plus a number of other customers were left waiting for over 10 mins or more due to the new naming logic in their system which chaged to first name rather than surname. Staff could not figure out what order was for who. The app that 4 star offer was ok to use but the new app is terrible and extremely glitchy. The prices have gone up and some items are far to overpriced but they have some good value meal deals so pricing is very mixed. The chips and wedges can be hit and miss here and on numerous occasions they have given us the wrong orders or have failed to give everything you pay for in both situations at the store and delivery.

09/11/2025: Got asked at the food window about my order, I said "Yes", they gave 5 words of attitude in return. So in return they ain't gonna be getting my future money. Save yourself the hassle and just go to the Mackies in Midleton instead they got nicer staff anyway. just put my fries in the bag bro 💔🥀🥀

01/11/2025: My own experience of my local McDonald’s restaurant has been alright up until recently. It was then revealed to me by a worker there that, despite making assurances to the contrary, McDonald’s is involved both directly and indirectly in both ecocide and genocide. This has permanently altered my experience of dining here. The damage is done and I won’t be returning.

09/07/2025: Best burger around town ! The service was excellent and full of heart and soul!

08/07/2025: Staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Burgers are amazing!!! So tasty.

06/11/2025: Stopped in after visiting Blarney Castle. Was greated by an extremely rude young girl w red hair. Sat us at a table and said she'd be back with menus. Short time later she returned and literally threw the heavy menus down on the table which startled everyone sitting w us. Then she just turned around and walked away. We all looked at each other and said " we are not eating here" and got up. We then returned the menus by throwing them back on the bar. The owners should hire employees that want to work, they lost money because of this young ladies attitude

03/11/2025: We only stayed for drinks, they had a great selection, even got some lovely hot chocolates too. Staff were brilliant and there was a great atmosphere. Unfortunately there wasn't much in the way of vegetarian food options. The one alternative main I saw was offered at the same price as the premium meat option, I didn't really feel they were equal value meals so we went elsewhere to eat. A real shame as we were staying at the hotel and had hoped to have most of our meals here but it did make us explore a little further.

23/11/2025: Saying it's the worst coffee of my life is a compliment because I call it coffee.

16/11/2025: I really like the coffee and the pastries. I am in love with the lemon pie and the pistachio cone. The staff is always cheerful and polite, which makes the experience even better. The only thing I would point out is to be a bit more careful with special requests. More than once I asked for a cappuccino with oat milk and received regular milk instead. Even so, I always come back because mistakes happen and I genuinely like not only the coffee but also the people. 😊

03/12/2025: A tasty bit of food, cooked fresh n well, nice greeting n service. We've been on 2 occasions and would recommend it.

06/11/2025: I got beef Rendang from this place, and I could believe my eyes, it was basically like Thai curry or something. It wasn't beef Rendang at all! Very misleading and just tastes sweet and oily. No flavour whatsoever. Please don't put up items on the menu that you have no idea how to make.

06/09/2025: A small Chinese takeaway that's been in business for quite some time sends a lot of food to the North Side; some customers like it, others don't, but that's the case everywhere. I tried it and liked it; hit the spot: beef in black pepper sauce. The beef was good, and all the other sides were like fried rice.

15/11/2025: We will definitely eat here again to try more of their dishes. Really tasty & reasonably priced. Portions are pretty spot on too. Server was lovely and helpful as we’d not been there before.

15/10/2025: Even when it's busy (and it can be quite busy), the staff always take the time to fill the burrito to a high standard. Also, they are always friendly and at times I can see they're under pressure but they are very patient and friendly with kids. My 5 year old loves it, and he only wants burritos from Zambrero so I put that down to the friendly atmosphere the staff create. Also, I never had an issue with the food, they're generous with the fillings and we do leave full and satisfied and as my son says...."it's Delicious".

30/09/2025: Crazy prices for mediocre food. I got a large burrito with double beef, cost me €17 and I was struggling to find the beef. Absolute joke!
