The best restaurants in Cork

17/01/2025: Wonderful hotel and management. Well-established communication between the hotel administration and residents. Very tasty and varied food, comfortable living conditions. Also an excellent location within the city, close to bus stops.

14/03/2025: We were here at 0800 to get coffee and something to eat before our bus, but they were out of everything except one single pastry. The flat whites only came in regular size, and they were quite small for the cost. I was disappointed after reading the reviews.

11/11/2024: I went to Blue House Coffee 1 month and a half ago. I didn’t take the time before to leave a review but it was important to me to do it. I went there one early morning with a friend after a difficult night at a hostel, and we were extremely well received by the man who works there, who chatted and laughed with us. The atmosphere was very soothing, with a great playlist, the cafés and the pastries were delicious. I wanted to thank you again, for your kindness that day, which truly touched me. These are the small moments we remember. Wishing you all the best.

18/03/2025: The pizza is very good for a fast food pizza place, my only problem with them is that they got wrong the pizza base in 2 out of 3 orders… all 3 times I ordered the meal deal with 2 pizzas, each pizza had different base, and only once they got it right … besides that the staff was friendly and kind each time.

24/02/2025: You get what you pay for. Very clean I have to say. Beds first night you can feel it , however you get used to. Bar was also fine , spend few hours watching premier league games . Only thing I have to point is , 8.30 in the morning (Monday ) someone drilling somewhere next to the rooms. Even with my earplugs was loud as the building is old and walls are not keeping the noise . Apart of that , enjoyable experience .

22/02/2025: Not much more you could work from a hostel very clean felt very safe the entire time. Make sure to bring cash as to get a key card. You need to give a €10 deposit you’ll get back afterwards like breakfast just cereal and toast. Not much more you could watch it was really good.

11/03/2025: Coffee wasn’t really that hot and girl behind the counter was not friendly. I felt awkward even being in the cafe.

05/03/2025: Tienda de South Main Street Estaba muy decepcionado con la actitud del personal que se ocupó de mi pedido de 4 cafés esta mañana. Sentí que éramos un inconveniente para la chica que nos sirvió. Tal vez si ella aprendió a decir buenos días o incluso Hola y no solo te has decidido mi experiencia habría sido mejor No pude encontrar fallas con los cafés. Sería muy reacio a regresar.

27/03/2025: Extremely disappointed as I’m a regular customer for years I’ve never had a complaint until yesterday the girl who took my call was extremely unprofessional and rude answered the phone with a yeah !! Waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes for 2 cold kebabs nann bread was like chewing gum chicken and doner meat the same very small portion of chips only positive thing I can say was the delivery driver was like extremely nice and understood my point of view

29/11/2024: Como local siempre me ha gustado este lugar, pero tengo que decir que ha cambiado completamente en el último año. Si bien las pintas son un € 5 que es genial, la calidad de las instalaciones no es grande. La falta de mantenimiento parece ser el mayor problema, especialmente en los baños femeninos. Es una lástima ya que podría ser un establecimiento fantástico para todos.

13/02/2025: It went from 4 stars to 1 star! I went here on December 19, 2024, on my birthday as a treat with my friends, and my experience was terrible! I got a burger with cheese and onions and 7up, and it all came to €14, and after I ate here, and had cake with my friends, and went for a rest, I woke up vomiting after 2 hours and 9 minutes! The time it happened was from 15:56-16:04, and I felt sick that I had to cancel my visit to my friend's birthday on December 20th! The food was really bad, the fries were not bad, and the 7up was average. This was the worst experience I ever had, €14 gone after getting sick after having fun from 2 hours and 9 minutes! That's the last time I visit here, and I will not eat here anymore, I gave it 4 stars, but now it's 1 star! I'll avoid eating here for now on, and I will have burgers in McDonald's, KFC, Burger King, and more! Won't eat here again, unfortunately! 👎👎
