However, the last two Sundays in Carrigaline, I purchased chicken and it was not cooked properly; the bone was still red with blood. I wanted to bring this to your attention.

The staff are attentive, friendly, and create a welcoming atmosphere every time even if super busy. Our special compliments go to the store manager, Jay. He consistently notices the small details that others might overlook and ensures that everything runs smoothly while maintaining a warm and organized environment. His attentiveness and natural leadership are clearly reflected in the team’s attitude. What stands out most is his thoughtful and composed approach. He leads with confidence, fairness, and genuine care — qualities that are valuable. One can see that he takes pride in his work and sets high standards, not through pressure, but through example. It’s truly refreshing to see such professionalism combined with authenticity. Jay is a real asset, and his dedication does not go unnoticed. Thanks again Ramen.

15/03/2026: Food court area has 20 teenagers hanging around on Sunday evening. Place is noisy. Why are they here? It's unsuitable for indoor dining.

15/02/2026: 15mins waiting for food nothing said to us, taco chips left sitting there while waiting for burger which were cold by then not sure what took so long!

04/04/2026: I come here all the time and the food has always been amazing, which is why I keep coming back. Recently, though, I’ve noticed some changes, especially with the burgers and the pizza. The pizza base, in particular, seems soggier than before and has a slightly unusual texture. That being said, the staff are absolutely fantastic. They’re always so welcoming and make you feel genuinely valued, which really adds to the experience. I’m hoping the food quality returns to what it used to be, because this place has always been a favourite of mine.

30/08/2025: Very good coffee shop and very good for a morning stop for breakfast and to drink a quality coffee. I really liked the coffee. I'm a fan of good coffee and I know what good coffee and bad coffee are, and here you have quality. Congratulations on transforming this place into a very high-quality coffee shop, above average, despite the competition not liking it and trying to say otherwise, but time is the best thing to put to the test. I highly recommend it; you won't leave here unsatisfied.

06/06/2025: Cafe is small and seating cramped, decor a bit depressing. Coffee was OK though the cappuccino was very milky . There are better coffee shops around for the same price.

31/10/2025: I get fish and chips here and they are always very nice I got very over cooked Haddock with batter that I could not chew. I give it to the dogs. I got an extra few bags of chips with toppings that did not look burnt but no one could finish them as they were very poor. Hopefully this is resolved. The staff are very nice in there!

20/10/2025: Just bought a brat in a bun meal and the chips had the texture of a bag of toenails. You need to throw out the chips off they’ve been under the heat lamp for a while guys. Burger was ok, too much bread not enough breast. Disappointing

20/03/2026: my friend rang here to order a pizza for himself before and told me what he ordered and where from. so i rang here and told them to take everything off his pizza and just give him a plane cheese instead. forever grateful ye did that 🙏

27/11/2025: It was just okay for what I ordered, but there were other things that looked good, it was on my way, I might go back tomorrow and improve the review and the experience.

12/12/2025: Disappointing experience! I found a hair in my burger, the carbonara pasta was extremely oily, and I waited 30 minutes for a dessert - a simple ice cream with some fruit and whipped cream on top. The waitresses didn't feel like working...

04/03/2026: Ordered a large number of Pizzas, Drinks and Finger food for the IT Team at Laya Healthcare with Domino's and their job was outstanding! Sean gave me amazing, timely, responsive support from the initial quote request all the way through delivery - on time! All was perfect! Thank you so much, Sean for coordinating this large order, and to the Domino's Team who made our day a memorable day.

01/10/2025: All the staff were very friendly except for the manager, who was bland and rude. I went to ask her a question, and she treated me in the worst possible way. She wouldn't let me speak, and when she got tired, she passed the problem to one of her employees and left in the middle of the conversation. The music from the bar can be heard in the rooms at night, even making the floor rumble.

19/09/2025: Great pint at €5.50 on one of the most expensive streets in Cork City Center. With prices in the City reaching €6.50+ There is also happy hour and menu deals. It also has a hostel and bar with screens, also outdoor seating. In a great location for transport. If a visitor or a local a great place to check and enjoy.

31/03/2026: I was so disappointed with the sweet and chili chicken and the katsu kare, I don’t know if is there anyone in the kitchen who really understands about asian cuisine but it's very confusing. I've ordered a katsu kare and it had coconut milk in it... like, why??? It is a japanese dish guys, come on. The service is just fine but the food is just... I don't even know what to say. And also the rice, is it just basmati rice for all the dishes?? why tho?

22/02/2026: In a group of 10. One of our friends entered first through the open door in front of all of us 20 minutes after opening time. I.E. 4pm and was roundly and rudely told to get out. If the door had been locked or if it was before 4 pm we would have waited but we were all so shocked and hurt by the way our friend was treated. There was no excuse. The person could simply have said so sorry we are not ready yet could you give us 20 minutes...great! But obviousely the person must be dealing with rude clients or simply had a bad day who knows but i personally will not be going back. I would say this place lost about €500 plus tips plus good reviews. Who needs this. Ups Big mistake, Big mistake.

24/12/2025: The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, perfect for chilling with a friend or getting a bit of work done. Staff are friendly and efficient too. Definitely a solid choice for coffee in Cork! ☕😊

24/11/2025: Staff were very friendly but €4.95 for a flat white is INSANE. Although the barista did their job perfectly, the coffee itself was no better than something out of one of centra’s machines. How does one justify charging €4.95 for THAT is absolutely absurd. Will never be returning and would definitely not recommend
