19/02/2025: Rang up and ordered a pizza for 10 as I had guests arriving. It came at 9 with no guests. I explained it was 10 and was told I had to take it anyway. We rang the manager and he said he would bring hot food at 10. No food arrived, this is really bad customer service.

29/05/2025: Snack, no dining in. The two servers we dealt with made an effort to understand us despite their accents and our limited English. The fish & chips are delicious, I recommend them. 2 adults - 2 children / around €50 with a drink.

20/03/2025: by far my favorite take away,out of four take aways in an area where old people go to die,like salmon,there's usually Mammy's and Granny's that force feed,yet all do well,each has its own niche,but Papas is run by the sweetest people,the food is amazing,I went in to drop off sweets last night,it's nice to be nice,the Chef asked me why I hadn't ordered my food for a while,it's been a few months,I'm renovating my house,I wouldn't eat at my place at the moment...he knew what I ordered,so getting the fantastic Italian Inferno pizza later,I'll sit on the wall,I couldn't recommend more.

21/01/2025: Dinner box was mostly bones , very little chicken 🍗 Chips were practically raw Absolutely vile 🤢🤮 🛑 Never again!!! 🛑

28/04/2025: Coffee was delicious, around 2:30 p.m. there wasn't much of a selection of sweets left, the ambience - well - there are nicer things.

17/04/2025: Outstanding service and very friendly workers all you want see, people full of energy and the customers not wanting to much time it’s like a production line never stop or if something wrong happens only with machines a part of that Starbucks keeps rolling, Starbucks franchise is one of the best you can get is half away for success.

13/04/2025: I purchased a Pike and Cinnamon Roll both were terrible. The cinnamon roll was over heated making it rubber like and had no cinnamon flavor. The coffee was made fresh but ended up being just warm after I added milk (there was no half and half or cream).

30/04/2025: The chips are rock hard and would brake your teeth ... Maybe put some salt and vinegar on them and that will stop the crinkles on them by the time your back home .. burgers pure cheap .. battered sausages burnt .. potato pies the only edible thing .. won't be returning and will be telling everyone how poor the food is .. guess it's just like every other Northside chipper .. pure dirt

21/05/2025: The food is good, but it comes out on paper plates & there’s also no knives, little bit of my noodles got stuck to the paper plate ! but service was good & atmosphere is quiet and nice.

25/02/2025: I’ve ordered Domino’s all over the world, and this is the best one I know. How blessed I am that it’s my local Domino’s! Order is always correct, and it’s always delivered hot and fresh. Literally 10/10 no notes.

15/12/2024: I ordered home delivery. The pizza came super quick. The food itself is amazing. Super soft na crusty dough. You can feel the freshness of the ingredients. Pizza made with care.

10/04/2025: Sat 2nd of November roughly 14.45pm I drove to the drive thru in Ballyhooly rd in the Top filling station in Ballyvolane. This was my 3rd time visiting in a year and now my final time visiting. The previous 2 times I have waited over 20 mins for a Supermac and chips which is a disgraceful time to wait especially for a drive thru! Both times the chips were half cooked tasted raw and the colour of the chips were bone white not golden as a cooked chip should look like. I drove into the drive thru not to be greeted by the red communication station at the start of the drive thru only complete silence. After 7 mins I thought to myself maybe it is broken? I then drove up to the window to see if I could speak to a staff member and instead was met with a young male staff member who completely ignored me for 5 mins not even acknowledging my presence after 4 mins of him deliberately ignoring me I drove off. It is the managers responsibility that the restaurant they are operating is running at an efficient capacity, that it is providing well cooked food, polite customer service and an efficient lead time between order to serving. I will not be visiting this Supermacs ever again

14/02/2025: Very friendly staff and good service but food wasn’t good. Pasta al limone was inedible because it was so bitter and the tiramisu was frozen in the middle. Disappointing.

08/02/2025: recently visited Don gregorio, a fresh pasta spot in the city, with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was a mixed bag. I ordered the spicy pasta with guanciale, and I was disappointed to find that the dish didn’t include any guanciale at all. The pasta itself was clumped together, likely because it wasn’t loosened enough with sauce, and the sauce lacked flavor. For a restaurant specializing in fresh pasta, this was a letdown. On a positive note, the **mortadella focaccia** was excellent—well-prepared and flavorful. The **coffee and cannoli** were also highlights of the meal, and I’d definitely recommend them. One frustration was missing out on the **ragu special**, which is one of my favorites. I wasn’t informed about it by the staff but overheard the waiter telling other customers. It would have been nice to have been given the same opportunity to try it. Overall, while there were some bright spots, the inconsistency in the food and service left me underwhelmed. I might give it another try in the future, but for now, I’d recommend sticking to the appetizers and desserts.
