07/07/2026: Food is standard for McD , but service is poor for a disabled person as their not interested in helping to bring the meal to customer . Disabled Toilet Smelled bad and washing of hands facility leaves a lot to desire .

29/06/2026: Low portions of fries when you take the large size meal. Very disappointed… and I will never come back over there

13/07/2026: Incredibly slow service and an overall strange vibe. It took ages to order because the staff seemed more interested in staring around than doing their jobs. One employee was whispering while looking right at us/other customers, which felt very uncomfortable. Poor service and unprofessional behavior.

30/06/2026: Absolutely do not bring your children here. Twice we were here as a family, the first time a person who I can only describe as looking like a zombie came out from the back of the kitchen and very rudely grunted, "put manners in those children" the second time this same lady approached from the back of the kitchen grunting under her breath again while looking at the children. The children were no louder than other kids. The other guys working here were very polite. The food wasn't bad, slightly better than ok, try to get chicken just as they open as the chicken will be freshly cooked then. overall, I would not recommend this restaurant especially if you have young children.

08/06/2026: Had a small mistake in the order and was very hangry so maybe a little over reacted hehe but the staff were so helpful. Special thank you to Aneta who had such a smile on her face and couldn’t be more apologetic. Really good interaction. Thank you guys x

23/03/2026: We were looking for some food after the cinema and found here. The lady taking the order was really lovely and the food was excellent and very good value. The interior needs some renovation.

07/06/2026: Absolute misers. Paid 9 euro for chips cheese garlic.. and it was half empty. Never again. Go to hillbilly's. Spice route. Or mizzonis (poor enough aswell but better than this shite)

03/05/2026: finger lickin good, toilet facility’s are adequately set up to cope with the aftermath of the banquet of kings. Arguably the finest culinary establishment In ireland.

24/07/2026: Charred Flatbread was amazing and fish and chips looked good. One member of our party had to send vegetable curry back as the vegetables were hard and undercooked, and the Summer Eton Mess wasn’t fresh with dense meringues and a singular soft strawberry. Service was friendly and good though - shout out to Grace !!

14/07/2026: “Catch of the day” was a grilled hake which was stale and was obviously cooked the day before. Totally unacceptable for a €23 dish and had to send back. Also not much variety of dishes which is not good for a couple of days stay.

10/07/2026: Possibly the best refrigerated water I’ve ever had, it truly quenched my thirst like no other. It was kept at the best possible temperature, not too hot & not too cold where it attacked your throat. Great service from the woman at the desk and what a recommendation with the water (refrigerated edition). They had really nice prawn toast also.

24/05/2026: It was ok. Little bit underwhelming TBH. The guy seemed disinterested and very blunt. You have to order Egg Fried Rice separately, and the curry sauce (€2.50) separately. The disinterested guy serving didn't tell us that. All in all, It was okay, but Not sure how Nasti gave it an 8.8

06/06/2026: Went in with my son who is autistic. Ordered a happy meal with a plain burger. Went to a sit down tables were filthy and also and there was a smell of piss. I got out the burger that was a double cheeseburger and I went to get it rectified. The guy at the till looked at the receipt and burger without saying a word and brought out the manager who looked further I was watching that they weren't going to peel the cheese off. I finally got the plain burger that I ordered without any kind of apologies. This place is a absolute kip and shouldn't be called McDonald's. A place for kids. The staff were so unaccomadating I will never go in there again.

26/06/2026: I ordered scrambled eggs and toast. Miserly portion of egg. Person serving unfriendly and full of attitude. My wife had a diet coke as a drink. Not offered a glass and had to queue again for a glass while my pathetic portion of egg went cold.

23/06/2026: I had a really disappointing experience at your Mahon Point branch today that I wanted to bring to your attention. I ordered a turkey sandwich on a seedy roll. When I went to the till, there was a slight mix-up where my mocha and the sandwich were accidentally rung up as two separate transactions. The staff member at the till seemed visibly annoyed about having to process the sandwich separately, which wasn't a great start. However, my main frustration came with the pricing and the order itself. The menu price for the sandwich was €9.95. The server asked me if I wanted it toasted, which I agreed to. It was only after paying that I realized the price had jumped to €10.95. Charging a full €1 extra just to toast a sandwich is quite steep, but my main issue is that this "toasting fee" was never communicated to me. Being asked "Would you like it toasted?" sounds like a simple preference, not a premium upgrade. If there is a surcharge, staff should really state it upfront. To top it off, when I got to my car, I discovered there were no crisps included with my sandwich. Usually, if you don't take away, a side of crisps is included. It feels incredibly unfair to be charged an extra euro to have a sandwich hot, only to receive *less* than what comes with the cold version. Because the transactions were split, I also missed out on the benefit of a meal deal. I left feeling like I paid more and got less, all paired with poor communication and a bit of attitude at the till. I really enjoy O'Briens, but this left a very bad taste in my mouth. I hope this feedback helps improve transparency and staff training at the Mahon Point branch.

03/05/2026: I have bad experience yesterday I bought Thai red curry & red Tom kha gai soup & I could not tell difference between them. Thai red curry did not felt like curry & consistency was almost wali to soup. I most of the time eat here, but I was very disappointed with the curry standard. Hope you take this recommendation & improve the curry consistency.

19/07/2026: Me and my friend were here yesterday, we ordered a carbonara and chicken goijons. The carbonara itself was nice but the pieces of bacon mixed in with it were burnt black and not edible! Also my friend asked for the veg to be removed but they would not remove the veg so she changed her order. It seems like it’s not fresh food and it’s packaged from the freezers!! I ordered a smoothie which took until I was already finished my food to arrive but by then it wasn’t worth the taste. The unfriendliness from our waitress wasn’t normal. DONT RECOMMEND

15/07/2026: the service is disappointing, even when it's not busy, u can expect to wait around 15 minutes just to place ur order. the tables are often left dirty, and the staff seem to prefer chatting and laughing among themselves instead of paying attention to customers. when they do come over, they often seem irritated rather than welcoming. great food, but the customer service really needs improvement.

12/04/2026: I live near Dino’s and stopped going a few months ago because it was quite disorganized, the food was often cold, and the chips were undercooked. I went back last Friday and was really impressed with the change! The staff were confident and knew what they were doing, and everything was running smoothly even with a long queue. Big credit to the new manager, what a difference! Now I can finally enjoy my chips close to home again 😊
