19/07/2026: Had a lovely breakfast at Kay's yesterday. It was recommended by one of our tour guides and it didn't disappoint. The food was fresh and very tasty. Loved that the breakfast was flexible and you could choose which and how many items to have. The service could have been a bit better - for example I was not aware that with the breakfast I had a drink included and I would have appreciated to be told about it. Not the end of the world, realise that I probably should have looked around more, but new place in a busy establishment can be tricky. Anywho definitely worth it and would go again. Great value for your money 💰

13/05/2026: I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant today with my wife and 4-year-old son. We arrived around 4:30 PM and were told they would open in 5 minutes. We were happy to wait and returned 20 minutes later. After being seated and waiting another 10 minutes, we ordered two keema naan, a chicken saag, and a raita. We weren’t looking for a massive feast, just a pleasant family meal. A few minutes after taking the order, the waiter returned stating his manager insisted we order at least one more side dish or they would not serve us. When we explained we weren't hungry enough for more food, they flat-out refused to take our order. It is baffling that a business would turn away a family with a young child over a forced "minimum side dish" rule that was never mentioned upfront. To be treated this way after waiting patiently for them to open is completely unprofessional and unwelcoming. If you are looking for hospitality or a stress-free family dinner, I would suggest looking elsewhere in Tallaght.

22/06/2026: This place is filthy, not to mention the bathrooms 😵‍💫🤮🤢 I went because it was the only place open at 10 pm. I wouldn't go back.

13/06/2026: Ordered a cup of tap water with my nuggets. Was really looking forward to quenching my thirst. They gave me a cup of HOT water with a three solitary ice cubes. I told them about their mistake. Instead of using the cold water tap, the enlightened staff instead topped it up with three more ice cubes, and for extra flavour they included a human hair. I emerged from the O'Connell street McDonald's a changed man.

01/07/2026: The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. Customer service was good, specially the girl serving us was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

15/07/2026: €17.90 for a beer and chicken burger.. the burger is tiny and does not come with fries.. seems overpriced .. chicken tenders in the burger tasted OK but the presentation needs improvement!

15/07/2026: Came in because I was craving some chicken tenders. Now it's been a good while since I was last in any sort of Rockets but they must've done something to their tenders recipe because they have to be the most bland chicken tenders I've ever had. I kept adding salt to them because there was just no flavour. Couldn't even finish them

16/07/2026: Waited 2 hours for food to be ordered, mad stuff tbh. Don't order the spicy chicken balls (10), there's only 8 halves in the portion (so 4 chicken balls....). Spice bag was good but not as good as before (2015 era).

02/07/2026: My food arrived cold and I mean cold it took 1 hour 20 minutes to arrive I was told when I complained nothing to do with our service will never ever use them again if u pay 58euro for food and I'm not joking u should get a proper service please don't use this Chinese it's not Chinese food it's a frustration to Chinese food 🤣🤣🤣🤣can't emphasis enough please don't order any more food out of this place you're better off finding crap on the ground plenty of more places to order from around Rathfarnham just saying you will be very disappointed with the quality of food and service hope you find this useful.Just to add I ordered plenty of times and it arrived late more or often than not 👎👎👎my friend rang me lives in willbrook told me it took 1 hour 40 minutes for delivery omg come on it's a joke 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 why are people ordering from this place it's your choice if do but don't tell me I didn't warn you so be happy what you get 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

04/05/2026: The customer service has been one of the worst I've experienced and orders are constantly wrong. This is a new problem and the route cause is the same employee, not the kitchen and in fact this one employee is bring the level of service below the previous standard. When placing the order she would repeat it perfectly but then between the time of ordering and her ringing it through the POS its gone wrong. Everytime I would bring this to her attention she would blame me , she would refuse to take responsibility and refused to call the manager. We had enjoyed our experience until now and will take our business else where which is a shame all because of the behaviour of one employee and the inability to fulfil the role she's employed for.

11/04/2026: Ordered the veg chow mein twice (just to be sure) in the last month, and they've changed the noodles and the sauce. Very sad, noodles are thick and the sauce has a ketchup taste. Ive always loved it but its not good now. Their curry sauce is lovely though, thank god that hasn't changed. The prices have also gone up a lot recently.

14/06/2026: Avoid. I have never experienced such a level of rudeness and lack of culture in my life. I ordered one simple cappuccino to go, the barista guy who claims to be the manager served me coffee with chocolate sprinkles. As a coffee lover who knows most coffee shops in the area my experience is that baristas would always ask customer first if they want any extras. I told him this that I haven't ordered chocolate sprinkles on the coffee and that he should have asked me, he replied "we don't do it here" . Well. so you just serve the client product they didn't order??? With a big sulk he made me another coffee, on purpose in a quick and sloppy way. I didn't take it. Just left and will never set my foot there again.

28/05/2026: Went here for the first time. I received an extremely milky iced latte and a deadpan stare from a barista with glasses that appeared unable or unwilling to speak. Very uncomfortable and rude service. While sitting down with my coffee I witnessed him bark at a man trying to order, it seems he does speak!

14/06/2026: Every single time any order take ages, even if it's ready will wait at hot counter for at least 5 minutes to be picked and given to the customer.

04/06/2026: Absolutely amazing staff but DO NOT GO HERE TO WORK. The furniture is disgracefully uncomfortable, I was there 30 minutes and my neck and back was killing me so I had to leave, I was planning to stay for lunch too but I physically couldn't - tables are way too low and the chairs are too high it feels like you are at a little kids tea party and its so obvious they just want you in and out as soon as possible which is a big shame. Won't be back unfortunately

16/06/2026: My family and I used to really enjoy Green Mango but it has definitely changed since the inclusion of Summer Inn. The girls at the counter used to always be friendly and helpful but word going around is that they were all let go under the new management, and their replacements do not have anywhere near the same level of customer service. Quality of the food seems to have gone down too. After a string of visits with long waits and a terrible atmosphere, we've decided it's time to give up and find a new spot for Thai food. Very disappointing to see what used to be a lovely place go downhill the way it has.

04/04/2026: Made a mess of our order three items wrong then charged us extra for there mistake wont use again no customer service food arrived cold aswell.

14/06/2026: I had a problem with my order, and not only did they sort it out as quickly as possible, but they also compensated me for it. Thank you for the service; human errors are normal, but what matters is how we deal with them.

31/05/2026: Guys your kebab is worth 4€,no way it’s 9€ for that little kebab
