30/07/2025: We dropped in for a quick breakfast since we were walking by. The coffee was delicious and so was the morning bun and the almond pastry. We got some seats by the window which was nice. The atmosphere is that of a coffee bar and service was friendly. Good for a small tasty breakfast

20/04/2025: I went to this coffee shop a few weeks ago and I ordered an iced coffee and handed over my reusable KeepCup. It says on the menu that you get 15c off when you use a reusable cup. When I went to pay, the 15c was not removed from the total and I was told that it does not include iced drinks. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive as I enquired as to why this was the case. I used to be a frequent customer of Bear Market but have not been back due to this negative experience.

10/07/2025: The chips were terrible, soggy and just warm. The chicken in the spice bag was like rubber and the chicken balls were huge but are so greasy it makes you feel sick. Never ordering from this place again.

23/10/2025: I ordered a meal deal from this establishment. The pizza was great! Good flavour and crispy. I cannot say the same regarding the fries!! They were like soup with how much sauce was used absolutely unnecessary and ruined the whole side. I’ll attach pictures to back up but needs to be reviewed

22/10/2025: Great service, extremely friendly staff that can't do enough for you. Great food and not a long wait for food of the highest quality. My go-to most weekends and I will never stop recommending it to people! Beautiful food made with quality ingredients. Will be ordering again this weekend and every weekend 👍 -Joey

18/08/2025: I've ordered pizza here before and gave it 3 stars, but today I'm giving it none. The pizza was okay, but the person who answered the phone spoke so fast and in poor English that I couldn't understand anything. When I asked him to get someone who spoke better English, he hung up on me, very arrogant and rude. I don't recommend it.

06/10/2025: Was there hundreds of bras in here?yep. Was the price good? Yeah. Could I read the menu? Barely. Did the pizza taste good? Yeah definitely. Could I see the pizza at all while I ate it? No. Was the music consistent? Absolutely not. Did the pizza come out of a trap door behind the bar? Maybe? Was I satisfied? Absolutely. Note: pool table has been removed.

07/06/2025: Hemos sido visitantes regulares a la hora del almuerzo de este lugar durante un par de años, pero lamentablemente, la calidad ha estado disminuyendo. Los precios están subiendo, mientras que las porciones se están reduciendo. Nuestro reciente almuerzo del sábado fue un fracaso. El ciabatta BLT era una mitad y estaba increíblemente empapado, desmoronándose y literalmente goteando por todo el plato. Las alitas de pollo con salsa picante eran una broma - sin calor, seco, y parecía microondas. La salsa de queso azul sabía más a mayo con un toque de queso azul. El sándwich de coronación de pollo también estaba apagado, con sabores que no encajaban. Es una lástima, ya que hemos tenido alguno - fuera de percances antes (como encontrar un pelo en nuestra pasta de gambas) , pero esta visita fue la peor. Con suerte, renovarán su menú y servicio.

26/10/2025: Myself and a friend called in for a bite. Place was absolutely spotless! Food was fresh and hot and the ladies were amazing! Perfect spot just off the motorway, Cannot recommend enough.

25/10/2025: Place looks nice since being renovated but new design completely hides what's going on when your food is being made...wonder what else they are hiding? I liked this McDonalds, until last night, when the level of service last night was totally inexcusable and means i won't be going back because i can't be sure what will happen to my food if staff are unhappy with someone challenging when you don't get the correct order. Bought a double quarter with cheese, got a single quarter pounder with no cheese. Went back in and staff looked at me as if i shouldn't be doing that. Got another (in photo) which is makes you wonder should you even bother going near the place...got 2 burgers and a quarter of a single slice of cheese It wasn't that it was thrown together, they purposely took a quarter of a slice of cheese to say "don't be coming back" After going back in yet again, this time asking to speak to a manager, i got what i ordered because and he said he doubled checked it himself So for anyone going to this McDonalds, these are a few tips... Check all your food before leaving the counter, including opening the burger box. If there are any issues, go straight to the manager to be sure you get what you paid for. Just go someplace else to save yourself the hassle and the risk something isn't right with your food

02/08/2025: I ordered a bag of spicy chips no veg they put veg in the middle of the bag then I went to ask them could they change it for me. This would’ve been an easy fix by just giving me a new bag with no veg. But the woman was so stubborn and woudlnt change it insisting it was my mistake then the staff proceeded to shout at me saying I didn’t order no veg because they didn’t write it down but she could’ve just misheard me and the customer is always right and they also would not show me the recording so I could prove I ordered no veg. Then more make staff came out of the back shouting and had a whip and bladed and a wok in there hands and proceeded to chase me and my friends out after them making a mistake I woudlnt recommend this Chinese to anyone unless you want to get chased out by some crazy Chinese people.

05/09/2025: I visited this week, pizza was good, the service from my waiter was excellent but the place is rather dirty. Especially upstairs where I was sitting, lots of old crumbs on the benches (and I was the first one in on the day, so the dirt must have been older?). The dirtiness made it very unpleasant unfortunately

24/08/2025: Terrible service, I don’t particularly feel like begging restaurants to take my money. They would not serve us outside, quoting a litany of issues, including that they didn’t have staff to service their 3 outdoors tables, all the while having people already eating at one of the tables. No amount of asking nicely or suggesting alternatives could persuade them to provide us with a pleasant experience on a rare sunny day! No thanks!
