06/09/2026: Honestly the food is really banging 🔥 just the staff and cashier are always rude as hell.

14/08/2026: Food is muck. Ordered a beef curry it was slimy beef in water. The place needs a whole revamp. Absolute Kip.

29/05/2026: I went on a quiet lunch period. Service was quite friendly and despite the location the prices were actually quite good relative to other places in Dublin. Salmon salad was perfect in every way and was quite tasty and desperately needed after a long flight to get there. Service was very friendly and careful and they did check up on me several times and poured my water.

09/08/2026: Food was amazing and staff are so accommodating & friendly. Had called ahead to see if the pancakes could be made dairy free and the chef hit it out of the park, they were fantastic and just as good if not better than the original.

30/09/2026: I visited this Subway today, September 5th, at around 2:10 PM with a friend to grab a snack. The store was completely empty, but the staff member serving us was incredibly reluctant and seemed to have no interest in helping us. Her attitude was sarcastic, dismissive and simply unpleasant. I’ve spoken to other workers around the RDS about this, and they said this is unfortunately a common issue with this store. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but customers shouldn’t be made to feel like they’re an inconvenience just for placing an order. Really disappointing service.

23/07/2026: Staff nice but slowest service. Saw loads of people come after me and get given their sambos before me. My lunch break is not long enough to wait this long for one bagel 😭😭

05/07/2026: No atmosphere, service is terrible, eventually left without ordering, not much of a system unless its just rude patrons that get served first.

12/08/2026: Driver delivered my pizza to another place. Rang shop best they could do was wait 1 hour for my food. Crumlin branch needs an overhaul will never order from there again

18/07/2026: Great experience at Domino’s Crumlin. The pizza was fresh, hot and delicious, with generous toppings and a perfectly cooked crust. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, and my order was ready quickly. The place was clean and well organised. I’ll definitely order from here again!

24/08/2026: Food is bland and staff is rude. I have no idea what i paid because they just shoved the card reader in my face and said nothing. An absolute unorganized mess. I sat and witnessed them be rude to every foreigner and over the top sweet to locals. The sign out front says "good vibes" (but only if you're local) This place sucks.

10/03/2026: Absolute kip of a place!!! Came in with some friends and was immediately turned off by the man behind the counter. He did not smile once or even greet us as we were paying at the till, he looked at the girls making our orders and asked them what I was having after I just told him. So rude and just turned me off the place altogether

31/08/2026: Worst chocolate milkshake in the city. The taste was too sweet and it was more vanilla than chocolate.

30/08/2026: The worst quality of food, it does not even taste like McDonald's in Poland. Not recommend.

03/09/2026: I asked for garlic cheese tips three times, and the employee still brought curry tips, even after correcting and reaffirming that it was the other type.

09/07/2026: placed an order approximately 13.00, with an estimated time. While I understand that delays can happen for various reasons, the delay in this case was excessive. We waited an additional 15 minutespast the estimated time and then check on the status. We were informed it will be don’t shortly. However, by 35 mins there was still no sign of the order, which was quite frustrating. What concerned me most was the attitude of the female employee Anna who answered me .she was very rude and stated that the order will be ready now “when it needs to,” which I found unprofessional and inappropriate. Is this the standard of training provided to your staff? I believe this interaction should be reviewed, as the employee clearly requires further training in customer service and professionalism. While I understand that employees may not always be able to resolve delays immediately, there is no justification for speaking to customers in a disrespectful manner. I strongly recommend reviewing your staff training processes, as experiences like this will make sure you start losing out customers.

25/07/2026: It was all good I’ve never had a problem until today, I ordered a prawn spicebag for collection. Collected it and brought it home just to realise I had been given chicken. I rang and said it to them but they have there sons friend answering the phone and he hasn’t a clue. Keep the girl to answer the phone or someone who can actually take a order.

03/08/2026: I ordered my food for collection today Aug 3rd for 8.25pm. ( prepaid)I was 5 mins late. Which I presume my food would be ready . I was told a few minutes more. A man received his food order before me. I left at 8.43pm. I would rather leave with nothing than have to wait for it . It's ridiculous. The blonde woman is always rude, or does seem friendly too

21/06/2026: Dirt Update Decided to give another chance after 2 years and still slow and manky ordered for collection and she told me 15 mins was here exactly15 mins later with one family and two women and two men in the chipper and she says oh yeah that’ll be about another 10 mins. 45 mins later I got handed my food got home and it was dirt Won’t be back Exactly 2hrs wait for food for the delivery driver to roar across to her mates to get change because I didn't give her the change as a tip

20/09/2026: Disgraceful service, waiter didn’t know what celiac disease was , husband ordered spare ribs and was told they don’t have any , in a Chinese restaurant 🙈 plus place was empty so not as if they were sold out 😂

05/09/2026: Absolutely shocking service I should have read the reviews before going here we had 12 people here today we had missing starters and not sending out mains there was only 1 member of staff there taking orders and also he was taking phone deliveries never again and also there were 15 ladies who booked tables ended up walking away as they were left sitting there for 30 mins without any help
