01/11/2025: Coffee is okay and sandwiches are actually quite good.

21/09/2025: Really not a good coffee shop or representation of Costa at all The coffee is always bitter, they don't have basic things such as cinnamon that you would need to cover up the taste of their bad quality coffee. People only come in here to get out of the rain. The staff don't really seem to care about the quality they serve anyway, so complaining doesn't go far.

21/03/2026: I've been living in dublin for four years, i've eaten a dozen times to ferrari. For the first time, an employee, old and small threatened me and refused to serve food to me and my friends because we're french. The entire staff looked speechless when it happened. He looked drunk. I respect their work but i'm never going to come back. Shame on you.

15/04/2026: I've eaten hundreds of spice bags from all over, and this has to be one of the worst. Chicken was hard and not battered properly, chips were not nice and barely ate half the meal. Only thing that was ok was the curry sauce.

18/05/2026: DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL EVER !!! I’m not a picky person ever, I’m the type to not send food back even when it’s inedible or ever put a complaint in but I am genuinely in shock over how awful this place is. 1. A €50 deposit PER PERSON is utter nonsense and absolutely ludicrous and to not have any clear indication about this until arrival is disgusting. 2. Since arriving I had not met one nice member of staff, I work in hospitality and know how hard it can be however I was utterly appalled by how nasty and rude they where and it wasn’t a stand out member of staff but instead every employee we had interacted with (minus the cleaners) 3. Considering we had a €50 deposit thrust upon us as soon as we arrived you’d think the rooms would be up to standard but no, the room was shocking…hair stuck in the bathtub and a window that doesn’t close, we spent our stay freezing due to this 4. Granted we where informed that this hotel is above a nightclub (which btw is an awful idea in the first place) but with the music blasting non stop all night coming through our broken window it became impossible to sleep and all we where given was cheap earplugs that do absolutely nothing.

12/05/2026: Booked this hotel as it was literally the cheapest I could find for room on a Thursday night in Dublin (€136). Arrived to check in, receptionist couldn't care less, asked if I had a second guest arriving later which I had, very insistent on them also showing their ID which of course was no problem but made feel like a criminal. Asked for a pen and paper as I needed to jot down some things for a gig I was playing- they had no pen and paper?! Room was tiny, walls paper thin. Very clean and bed well made- cleaning staff doing a fantastic job. Requested a late check out (happy to pay extra for same) denied this and staff knocking on the door at 11am sharp not want you want after being gigging until 3am. Then the fire alarm went off for approx 30 secs to 1 minute THREE TIMES between 5.30 and 6am. Asked at reception the next morning what happened, zero explain or even apology offered. Really poor customer service wouldn't stay again

15/11/2025: No Vegan options in pastries, cold temperature due to door permanently open and alarm that got off killing everybody's ears.

20/10/2025: Honestly , chips were cold , the chicken was tasteless the barbecue sauce ??? I don’t know what that was but definitely not BBQ, everything was so off .. I’m so disappointed, it used to be a great place , the spicy bag NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

21/09/2025: Dirt! Got a spice bag, chips had no seasoning, soggy and under cooked. Chicken again no seasoning, dry and pink in the middle... I'll never eat here again

22/04/2026: I came to Dublin as a tourist from, and I was directed to go eat at this place, I bought the beans and the jollof rice and took back to my hotel hoping it’s the best according to what I was told, but the beans smells like it’s been stored in there for weeks, felt stones inside, the jollof rice is nothing to write home about, worse food I’ve eaten in a very long time.. I can’t recommend this place to anyone visiting Dublin, there’s nothing “Best” about their food.

11/10/2025: Asked for a mocha with soy milk and watched the barista put regular milk into it, before denying that he did so. Plus, service was rude and place was dirty.

01/10/2025: THE WORST PLACE IN DUBLIN! First of all, they delete all the bad comments you put on them. As for the site, the workers are very rude, especially the blonde manager and the teenagers who work, they laugh at you and do nothing to understand you apart from being racist! They try to scam the tourist so BE VERY CAREFUL! In addition to the quality of the food, it leaves a lot to be desired, they keep the food trays for two days, health should go to check the hygienic measures. IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.

25/12/2025: The Lemon Tree Edenmore fall off needs to be studied… went from one of the best chinese takeaways around to the worst around! Actually insane how much this place went to the dogs yas should be ashamed giving people food poisoning everytime they eat it

28/04/2026: Have been buying food here for a number of years and have to.say the last 2 times the food has been very disappointing. On the last purchase a very simple 2 trays of curry chips, nothing complicated but yet the chips tasted half cooked and at most there was a tablespoon of curry sauce. Given the ongoing price increases its terrible that now even the sauce is being cut back on. Very disappointed
