The best restaurants in Dublin

17/07/2025: Not gonna lie I don’t eventually want to write this review. We waited 50 minutes for them to bring me the wrong order, I ordered chicken roll with sweet chilli, corn and lettuce but they gave me bread and chicken, there was some kind of seasoning in the chicken and it was cold. Had to vomit in the bathroom for 15 minutes afterwards. For €20 each this is ridiculous!

14/07/2025: AVOID. AWFUL OVERPRICED FOOD AND TERRIBLE SERVICE . Ordered vegetarian breakfast burrito. It was cooked in same pan as bacon. When I queried this it was denied by staff member. Fortunately I could see food being cooked from my table only a few feet away. When I asked the staff member she blatantly denied meat and vegetarian food cooked in same pan. I had to walk her over to cooking area and point it out to her which seemed to leave her speechless. My son ordered Irish breakfast which was inedible. No apology from staff or manager. Very disappointing. When I asked for the bill the waitress asked me if I wanted the burrito taken off bill?! Shocked at how bad this was.

17/04/2026: Soo your staff have absolute 0 manners.... One of your guys was shouting and talking to a customer stating, "Mera staff saal mein 1 baar naha ta hai" translation,"my staff takes a showers once a year" I mean how unhygienic is that... You guys need to train your staff to be hygenic first...

08/02/2026: I usually have an excellent experience in this Subway. Today however, this changed. I arrived to the Subway a whole half hour prior to close. I was met with locked doors (despite the fact there was a customer inside) (safety hazard?) When the customer was eventually let out, the subway worker was clearly trying to ignore us, and told us the shop was closed. No explanation. Why aren’t the hours advertised as closing at 4:30? Confusing.

27/07/2026: Went in this morning and ordered a breakfast bagel and tea, the woman took the order, gave me the tea and told me to take a seat and she'd send it over. 25 minutes later and a cold pot of tea it still hadn't arrived so I went back in ,got a refund and left. It's not as though it was busy , they just forgot to make it

27/06/2026: Walked in and ordered a Mexican melt and a cappuccino. The lady said you need to order over there and pointed at the floor tile beside the one I was standing on. Then a man came in behind me and ordered a sandwich and they started to make it. I was skipped even though I ordered first so I just left. I think the man who came in after me but was served before me was the same nationality as the ignorant woman behind the counter. I walked out without being served and I won't be back. I buy nice rolls from the deli in SuperValu beside this shop and they're much better than O'Brien's sandwiches

22/06/2026: The pioneers of the spice bag… THANH CONG, All caps when you say the Chinese’s name… has unfortunately long long gone downhill and it’s a real shame cause I often find myself reminiscing of your old food, take me back.

22/04/2026: I left a review for this chipper over 4 years ago with 5 stars. The service has continually gone downhill; cashiers are rude, food reaching worse quality. Today I had my order missing items, I called and was offered no apology. I then went to eat the chips and half of them weren't cooked through to the middle. I called again and was hung up on. Wildly disappointed with the chipper I used to tell everyone was the best in D15

07/04/2026: Would leave 0 stars ,Waited over an hour for 2 milkshakes and rang and they said it was on the way, only got here 20 mins later,disappointing I would of collected if I knew it was going to be that long

18/06/2026: We were guided by the positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. When we arrived, I asked at the bar if they had lemonade. The bartender said yes and immediately opened a Sprite. I didn’t have time to react, so I ended up keeping it. Then, we ordered something light, some cheese fries, and they took about 20 minutes to arrive. When we finally got them, the fries were cold (I think they may have forgotten to call us when they were ready). The supposedly melted cheese had already hardened on top, which was not pleasant at all. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience. I’m not sure if we’ll come back, as I was looking forward to trying the bar because of all the great reviews.

22/07/2026: If I could give 0 stars, I WOULD! Stopped at the bakehouse by Samuel Beckett Bridge, two weeks ago. It was a busy day in Dublin but does not excuse the service from the staff. Upon seating indoors, we ordered our drinks and when wanting to order sandwiches we were told we could not change something in them due to them being already made. We accepted this, but when our drinks arrived they were all the wrong drinks. There was only one staff member working the floor which was too much pressure for any one staff member, so again we gave benefit of the doubt! After our drinks were changed we patiently waited for 40mins. As there was no sign of our food , I went up to the counter and spoke to the staff and they informed me they didnt know anything as they were only new, they got their colleague who told me we would be 3 more orders until our food would be with it. All we ordered were general basic sandwiches. As I was at the counter so was a woman at the table beside me who informed myself and the staff she had been waiting an hour for her food without being told she would have to. They told her she would be required to wait another 15mins. This type of service is inexcusable and not considerate of people and their plans and days. We were also not told how long we would be waiting until I approached them. What was worse is there was no apology from the staff team!

26/06/2026: They closed 30 min early and while everyone is still around can’t even give a bottle of water due to private event

12/07/2026: Every time I come here the bathroom is out of order. People can't even wash their hands. The staff would not allow people to even use the sink. That is not higenic. Also the service is not good. I would not recommend this place.

10/07/2026: I live in the U.S. surrounded by SBUX and the standard of service in this branch is worthy of review by leadership. There was only one person serving when we arrived so there was a long line. A polite woman in her 50s placed and collected a large order. She then returned and said a drink was missing. Rather than simply make the drink, the female dark-haired barista chose to fight her. The woman had a slight limp and she made her walk out and retrieve the order. She then said she would be checking the security cameras. Just make the drink - even if she’s wrong, it’s not worth the bad feedback and lack of return custom from that lady and all the people she (and I) will tell. Eventually the barista conceded reluctantly that she had to make the drink and did so, with snarky comments to the customer (who to be fair, was telling her to ‘ off). Thrilled the three children I was with got to experience that :s

23/05/2026: I went to the shop to order food on 23rd May 2026 around 3 pm and the person at the counter was rude and very arrogant. My friends have also experienced the same rude and arrogant behaviour from the same staff. We have decided to stop going to the shop anymore and ask our friends to do the same. It's pity that the staff are not trained to provide basic customer service. The shop is not clean as well.. Had to think twice before ordering something because of the condition of the shop but the arrogance made me realised I should have never gone near the shop

17/05/2026: Stood in the place for five mins with nobody in the queue in front of us. For some reason the two staff members ignored us. Puzzling.
