10/08/2025: I was looking forward to trying an açaí bowl from this place as it was my first time ordering from them through just eat, I left a note for the delivery person to call when they arrive, I never got a call and unfortunately I never got the order :(

22/09/2025: Delivery drivers are the rudest ever. They call you 2-3 min before reaching your place asking you to hurry up downstairs. If you’re not fast enough, they leave because they won’t bother parking their car and walking to your door. Be prepared to walk to the street in your slippers and collect the pizza from their car window.

09/04/2026: I had high expectations for Macari in Inchicore, especially since the place itself has a nice ambiance and looks like a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy a meal. The seating area is decent, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant enough for a casual visit. Unfortunately, the food did not match the setting at all. The pizza was very disappointing. It arrived cold and did not seem properly cooked. The base felt underdone, and the overall texture just wasn’t right. The taste was also quite off, and the cheese in particular had an odd flavor that I didn’t enjoy. I had ordered a chicken pizza, but the chicken toppings didn’t seem properly cooked either, which made the experience worse. I also ordered chicken wings, hoping they would be better, but they were equally underwhelming. The flavor was lacking, and they didn’t taste fresh. For a place that looks inviting and comfortable, the food quality really needs improvement. It’s frustrating when the ambiance is good but the main reason for visiting, the food, falls short. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the pizza or wings here unless there are noticeable improvements in quality and consistency.

15/02/2026: We ordered from here and food was lovely. I had the vegetarian pizza and my partner has the Donner tray and chips. Both decent meals for the price. Service was good and delivery was quick.

24/12/2025: Simple requests and they look at you like you asked for their firstborn. Absolutely love it when minimum wage workers give you more attitude than the owner of Starbucks himself. Never stepping my foot in this coffee shop.

02/12/2025: The hot chocolate in Starbucks here should not be half cup with foam, like the elder lady does it in the morning on 2nd of December, they dont get proper training for them to understand that a late, a hot chocolate doesn't have foam and half cup empty, shame because we dont pay 1 euro, we pay near 6 euros, because we add bigger size and additional straps. Shame Starbucks that your staff doesn't get enough training

02/05/2026: Spent a whopping €350 on 1 starter, 4 mains, 3 desserts, tea, coffee, water and a €47 bottle of wine. Totally underwhelmed. I won't go into details as I don't want to be too unkind, suffice to say 5 star prices for basic food and experience. We were treating a couple to dinner and had to apologise to them later, did not raise it with the manager as that would have been extremely uncomfortable in the circumstances. I am writing this as a warning not to go to this restaurant and to spend your money elsewhere.

14/04/2026: Poor service and even worse food and prices. Steak was rubbery and fish was overcooked. Mash potatoes gummy and dry. Breakfast was decent however

15/09/2025: Had a takeaway for 2 items - the raspberry polenta cake and the vegan sausage roll. Both were delicious! The polenta cake had a strong raspberry flavour with milder than expected sweetness, as I prefer. The vegan sausage roll was slightly peppery and it was warmed up for me and placed in a heat friendly bag. The ambience of the place is lovely and I wish I had more time to sit and dine.

08/03/2026: Staff was friendly but got Severe food poisoning from one of their burgers. Was sick multiple times that night. Would worry about their food safety standards.

10/05/2026: Ordered online for delivery. Accepted for 20:55. I called at 21:20 and the food hadn’t even left yet. Told me to they’d redeliver and it would be another 15/20mins, not even an apology or an attempt to offer anything on the house after I’d been waiting an hour and 20mins already. Terrible service and the guy on the phone didn’t even seem to care.

25/03/2026: They just stole my money and called me and ended the call before I could answer. They gave me one solitary second to answer. I will be getting my money back and more once I go in there and demand my money. I am beyond angry. edit: i never got that refund btw lol

30/05/2026: I don’t usually complain but just spent €40 on McDonald’s for the family….place was empty but took forever for food to be ready. The chips clearly were cooked in oil that wasn’t clean and the burgers were overcooked. None of us finished our food. If you ever need your stomach pumped you’d be better off coming here and trying their food.

28/05/2026: Quick service despite busy. Friendly service. Need to request everything one by one 😬. We ordered a salad, they provide only the dessert, we had to request cutleries and serviettes separately.

01/05/2026: The service is awful; it seems like they're tired of taking your order. I understand that after working with so many customers it's difficult, but there's no sign of them even trying to provide acceptable service. It's like walking into Karen's restaurant where they treat you rudely.

11/04/2026: The toilet was filthy and disgusting. The service was abysmal. You were rudely kicked out an hour before closing time.

29/08/2025: We ordered off of just eat, very over priced and ths food did not match up to the descriptions given. Tenders were cold and soggy with little to no seasoning, told we would recieve crinkle cut fries but instead recieved oven chips i could have made myself for €1.50 Was very suspicious when i called the fast food restaraunt i was informed that i was talking to someone who was working in eddie rockets which leads me to believe this place is most likely a 'dark kitchen' probably using leftovers. Save your money and dont buy this absolute muck.
