02/08/2026: There was a hair found in my food, now I’m going to go gag this is utterly disgusting,tell your chefs or whatever to wear hair gear or shave their hair bald,I am very disappointed now I don’t know if I can finish the food

30/06/2026: I went in here yesterday to treat the kids to a kids meal 1 chicken nugget meal (4 nuggets)1 cocktail sausage meal a separate portion of nuggets €24.50 and to make it even worse €3 for a tiny pot of ketchup, these are kids portions! I understand costs have gone up but that’s a disgrace, chipper down the road €6.30. I didn’t pay I cancelled the order.

06/07/2026: Ordered a coffee to have here but they made it to go. I mentioned again it is to have at the premises. The barista just dumped the whole thing in a cup and handed it to me. Kind of regret getting off the train in Connolly just for a coffee here. Definitely won’t be visiting again. Disappointing morning coffee.

14/05/2026: Perfect coffee, you get it incredibly quickly. Great for having coffee before work. Amazing croissants. Stuff is incredibly nice and helpful

12/07/2026: Really disappointed with this chipper now. I’ve been going here for over 30 years and always liked it. Unfortunately the quality of the food has gone way down. The chips are not great at all and the prices are ridiculous.

15/05/2026: I had a very disappointing experience at this Krispy Kreme. I had already paid for my order online, but when I arrived the app they are using had an error and wouldn’t show the order for pickup. I showed the staff a screenshot with all the details, but they refused to give me the order. I drove 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back for nothing. The staff member I dealt with was rude and unhelpful, telling me “don’t worry, your money will be back” instead of trying to resolve the issue. Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience.

03/07/2026: Food is definitely just reheated, ordered a spice bag and the chicken was similar to chewing gum along with being cold, chips had next to no seasoning so would definitely avoid, I would suggest reducing portion size and concentrating on quality of food, no wonder its 3.2 stars......

03/07/2026: Ordered 2 spice bags, crispy trigons and duck spring rolls. Got vegetable spring rolls instead duck spring rolls! The chicken in the Spicebag looked and tasted like it was cooked this morning and reheated as did the chips, chicken was tough and food was clearly not cooked fresh! Spent nearly 50 euro! Ridiculous!

15/07/2026: Really lovely smoothies. Staff are always super nice and kind. For adults complaining about their smoothie taking too long cop on. What do you expect when you have to prepare the ingredients and blend with limited space and blenders? Staff are so nice and I’ve seen them be verbally abused over the wait which is ridiculous, grown adults impatient on their little smoothie.

14/06/2026: Placed order through just eat they said never received the order but yet on my end of it just est the order was received the money was taken from my account I had a horrible person speak to me because she was getting annoyed at me even though the order never arrived I’m never coming back to this place as it’s absolutely shocking customer service worst I have ever seen do not order from here as the staff treats people horrible I’m ver annoyed and frustrated

22/04/2026: I placed a phone and when I g When t home with it, it was wrong. When I called the girl said it was my fault because I ordered incorrectly. I asked would she change it she said no. I returned the order to the shop. STAY AWAY, shocking service and awful attitude.

09/07/2026: placed an order approximately 13.00, with an estimated time. While I understand that delays can happen for various reasons, the delay in this case was excessive. We waited an additional 15 minutespast the estimated time and then check on the status. We were informed it will be don’t shortly. However, by 35 mins there was still no sign of the order, which was quite frustrating. What concerned me most was the attitude of the female employee Anna who answered me .she was very rude and stated that the order will be ready now “when it needs to,” which I found unprofessional and inappropriate. Is this the standard of training provided to your staff? I believe this interaction should be reviewed, as the employee clearly requires further training in customer service and professionalism. While I understand that employees may not always be able to resolve delays immediately, there is no justification for speaking to customers in a disrespectful manner. I strongly recommend reviewing your staff training processes, as experiences like this will make sure you start losing out customers.
