The best restaurants in Dublin

18/06/2026: We were guided by the positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. When we arrived, I asked at the bar if they had lemonade. The bartender said yes and immediately opened a Sprite. I didn’t have time to react, so I ended up keeping it. Then, we ordered something light, some cheese fries, and they took about 20 minutes to arrive. When we finally got them, the fries were cold (I think they may have forgotten to call us when they were ready). The supposedly melted cheese had already hardened on top, which was not pleasant at all. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience. I’m not sure if we’ll come back, as I was looking forward to trying the bar because of all the great reviews.

28/05/2026: The music was so-so, the food was really bad but the drinks were reasonably priced

25/07/2026: Got god-awful food poisoning from it yesterday :-(

03/08/2026: Very good amazing smoothies extra

15/07/2026: Really lovely smoothies. Staff are always super nice and kind. For adults complaining about their smoothie taking too long cop on. What do you expect when you have to prepare the ingredients and blend with limited space and blenders? Staff are so nice and I’ve seen them be verbally abused over the wait which is ridiculous, grown adults impatient on their little smoothie.

07/09/2026: Just awful. The food was dreadful. All frozen. The prices are scandalous. Avoid.

23/08/2026: Margherita pizza was more of a cheese pizza than a margherita pizza. It had tons of cheese on it and the only basil was in the tomato sauce that was bitter tasting. Spicy pasta was good. Whole meal cost €41 which is a bit over priced for a cheese pizza and pasta with meat sauce.

25/06/2026: Very plane flavor, looks good presentation, but flavor is bad, lack of flavor, no salt, super plane, I don’t recommend and I am Mexican so very disappointed

21/06/2026: We ordered pork adobada tacos, chicken buldak tacos, and pork consume. It sounded good, but unfortunately spice and flavour were underwhelming. I appreciate the chicken was marinated (onion habanero xni-pek), but I personally didn't like the taste much. And it was missing fiery heat. Consume needed to pack more of a punch too, and was a little bland. Everything could have done with more seasoning. Service was good. You order and pick your orderup at the window. Atmosphere, well its in a pub which can be very full and loud. Depends on your preference. I do appreciate the food here compared to bar food.

11/07/2026: Being forced to pay cash whatever you have or not. That's not the way they make business!

03/07/2026: I wanted to buy a kebab at this street stall but the seller forced me to pay cash regardless of whether I had any or not, so I didn't buy anything. I don't recommend it.

16/09/2026: Very Very Bad , Dirty and Poor service and food

16/09/2026: Bellshill restaurant It's third time I place order for delivery and I have to wait 2 hours while the restaurant is literally 1 mile away from my house

06/10/2026: Its a great takeaway with very nice staff

04/10/2026: Food was lukewarm and tasteless honestly shameful charging people money for that absolutely no effort went into the food at all so disappointing wouldn’t recommend to anyone

17/09/2026: Very disappointing experience with Domino’s Lucan. I collected two pizzas at approximately 2:50 pm, and one was badly burnt, with large sections of the crust and toppings almost completely black. This is simply unacceptable for food that customers are paying good money for. I raised the issue with the manager, Yinga, but was extremely disappointed with the way my complaint was handled. The response felt unprofessional, dismissive and completely lacking in customer service. Mistakes can happen, but basic quality control should prevent a pizza in this condition from being handed to a customer in the first place. The attached photo speaks for itself. After this experience, I will not be ordering from this Domino’s Lucan branch again. Very poor food quality and very poor complaint handling.

25/08/2026: It took almost 50 minutes for pizza to arrive even though it is in the same area, only a few minutes away. Pizza arrived cold and it was the wrong order. Extremely disappointed.

19/09/2026: Above average take away go a good choice for fast food.

27/08/2026: Used to be a great place with amazing food; food was amazingly fresh but seems over the last year to have drifted into serving reheated crap. Fish was awful, tasteless and clearly cooked hours beforehand and heated up again. Was the same last time with the chicken. Reheated tasteless garbage. Done with the place now.

26/07/2026: Absolutely filthy, floor and tables disgusting and people openly vaping, avoid!

06/07/2026: No Toilets open in a McDonald's today while the Trainee Manager tucks into his Big Mac

27/09/2026: The big woman with the dublin accent kicked my mates out for sitting down, there was about 5 or 6 of us and 2 of us were eating. They kicked two paying customers out for trying to eat food. State of the place as well the restaurant itself is absolutely disgusting and the bathrooms are just as bad. The men's bathroom floors are sticky and covered in pee hire a janitor wallahi

14/09/2026: We were kicked out of here for having our dog. There's not a single sign on the door prohibiting dogs. The manager told me there was, but he obviously lied. This is the first time this has happened to us at a McDonald's in Europe.

25/08/2026: Good food nice staff worth a visit

03/08/2026: Tiniest kebab in Europe, all wrap no meat

17/07/2026: Its very dirty sitting area, chairs and tables greasy and fillty, food is cold

21/06/2026: It says it's open 24/7 but that's not true, it doesn't work 24/7
