The best restaurants in Dublin

07/08/2025: We dined in and the food was top notch. We ordered from the set menu (€21.95 for 2 courses) We ordered won ton soup & chicken satay skewers for starters. For our mains we had chicken & beef curry and house special in pepper sauce with rice & chips. The food was fresh and hot, the chips were crispy and the sauces were to delicious (especially the satay) There was a nice atmosphere even though it wasn't busy. €66 for all of the above, including a bottle of wine is good value indeed. I highly recommend the Lemon Tree. In the words of Arnie "I'll be back" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

19/04/2025: Another great insomnia shop. The team on duty were all great this afternoon. Some insomnia shops don't have any parking. This shop has plenty of parking and it's free. They also have ice in the water jug for the customers. Great job!

04/04/2025: It’s extremely calming for me tbh it’s small and it gives off one of those teen romance movie vibes where you can just sit and enjoy yourself Problem I have is the order isn’t similar at all to the pictures but that’s the only complaint about the drinks (the Food is fine) Services is well dependant on who but sometimes the woman at the front seems like she’s sick of customers coming and would rather spend her time chatting while I don’t mind that It’s kinda scary seeing the facial change from smiling to “Oh you.” But that’s just me Would totally recommend

20/02/2025: Extremely rude and food never came. I called to place an order. The man on the phone the whole time was rude from the start and uncooperative. I asked a simple question on the size options and the price for a kebab tray. He instantly was annnoyed and said “do not have time for this go order online or something” and hung up. I called again after a few minutes and this time they took my order. After 2 hours of waiting I realised they were never going to come. Never came across such a rude and disrespectful place.

25/08/2025: Just wanted to say the lady with the glasses is so lovely. And no, we're not related. Never met her before🤣

28/07/2025: Just had a lovely coffee and what I thought was the most delicious scone I've had in a long time. The team were very friendly and dropped the coffee and scone down to me so I could sit down while waiting. Was so tempted to have another scone lol

12/01/2025: Ignorant staff.. friends nannys funeral was booked and paid for upstairs, yet the room was freezing. No heating on while the temperature was -1 outside and inside. Not a good experience. Asked not to sing also hours after selling us alcohol all day at a funeral. Disgraceful reactions.

10/01/2025: No heating on upstairs after a funeral - 2 outside 9/1/2025 everybody sitting in coats rapped up freezing said it to the barman his answer do I look as doe I care if it were upto me I would off pulled everybody over to the shamrock and this was for a person that drank there most of there life Shame on this kip Refund and apologise to Susan You know who she is Rip Josie

29/07/2025: Was just served a sambo with very stale, hard bread. Usually look forward to a tuna and sweetcorn from here but deli staff need coaching on what is acceptable to serve and when to open a new pack of bread.

15/06/2025: Chilli spicy chicken wings are not what they should be.....just onions and very salty wings .....really poor and just served in a bag , no taste and no effort to flavor the chicken ....unfortunately the House special was bad aswell.....way too sweet .....it's my third time here .....next time it's beans on toast and nothing from this place......2/10....shocking lazy food 😡😡😡😡😡😡

19/04/2025: I ordered food tonight but specifically requested the curry to be extra hot but it wasn't very hot at all. Spicy chips are a little too sweet also. Beef was good and so was the fried rice. Delivery was quick.

29/06/2025: Staff steal pints when you go to toilet, First time it happened, I put it down to being my fault, But 2nd time ... it's a policy

04/08/2025: Made a Just Eat order, items were completely wrong. Called restaurant multiple times and they even answered the phone a few times before hanging up immediately. Just Eat customer service were able to offer a refund when contacted. Not the first issue, on a walk in order they substituted two items without saying anything to us and when I mentioned they just said they were out of the item I ordered.

06/03/2025: I eat here or get takeout reguarly. Always solid. Food great, portions great and value great, whats not to like

21/10/2024: I called to order a spice bag and asked if I could collect it the lady on the phone doesn’t seem interested in any way and immediately hangs up

30/07/2025: I placed 3 orders and paid in full in advance for the order snd all 3 orders were wrong … very hard to get service as the girl Seemed to be staying in the kitchen area and not at the order desk/ Till that you would expect .. The girl never listened to What I was asking for and got All Three orders wrong .. send back two Orders and got Refund after a long wait .. the middle Order served cold chips and a still Served the wrong type of chicken strips That was ordered.. we ended up just returning the food That we paid For and left And we all went to Burger King instead .. How a wow burger staff can get several orders all wrong .. and NO manager available to Make complaint .. plus it was extremely expensive for the food we ordered.. & a very misleading menu …

29/07/2025: Minus 5 .. awful service ,, orders were all wrong , food was served cold .. no manager available to deal with complaint.. staff were unhelpful..

13/08/2025: Great bar, reasonably priced for the location, great atmosphere with the live music and the bar staff were great too very friendly and efficient too

08/08/2025: Great atmosphere! Everyone is singing and dancing. A bit cramped when there are a lot of people... I recommend it if you want to have a great night out in Dublin!
