21/08/2025: Turn off their machines over an hour before closing so don't bother trying to get an ice coffee after 6pm. Rude and unhelpful staff.

10/10/2025: Eliska and Helder were fantastic, I couldn’t have asked for better service. They are not only asset to the WowBurger brand, but a couple of people who I’ve had the pleasure of having the chance to meet!

11/10/2025: The Satay Chicken starter was not good. I dont know what chicken was used but the coating was soggy and the chicken was jelly like. Horrible texture. The satay sauce was tasteless. The spicy Ribs were adequate but not spicy. The Duck with Blackbean sauce was very good, plenty of sauce and nice crunchy veg. Singapore noodles were also good. Maybe avoid the starters and just have the mains.

Waited a long time afterwards, just for the pizza to not arrive and also no one picked up when we tried to call.

My order was wrong, and instead of fixing it politely, she rolled her eyes and made me feel like it was my fault. Honestly, it completely ruined the visit. Won’t be going back.
Also the staff should wear hair nets

Every other pizza gives the drinks except this one.

I paid for an extra Fanta can, so I was supposed to receive two drinks, but I only received one.
Additionally, the French fries were missing from my order.
I am very disappointed with this repeated issue and kindly request that you address it promptly to prevent it from happening again.

15/07/2025: Waited 10-15 minutes for chips, no problem there, happy to wait for lovely fresh chips. Got them home (I live a 3 minute drive away) and the chips were rock solid, dry and clearly yesterday's chips. Rang them to see if they'd made a mistake and would be willing to send a fresh bag. Was told that they're today's potatoes and that they couldn't deliver a fresh bag. The lady was no help and didn't care about losing a customer of 20+ years. Its a real shame because that was always a great chipper but gone massively downhill recently. Prices have risen and quality has plummeted.
