14/09/2026: Ordered 2 munchie boxes, got bread,4 dry ribs and 3 spring rolls and two chicken balls. Asked for them to give correct order and they said no,was my friends 18th birthday

17/07/2025: Not gonna lie I don’t eventually want to write this review. We waited 50 minutes for them to bring me the wrong order, I ordered chicken roll with sweet chilli, corn and lettuce but they gave me bread and chicken, there was some kind of seasoning in the chicken and it was cold. Had to vomit in the bathroom for 15 minutes afterwards. For €20 each this is ridiculous!

14/07/2025: AVOID. AWFUL OVERPRICED FOOD AND TERRIBLE SERVICE . Ordered vegetarian breakfast burrito. It was cooked in same pan as bacon. When I queried this it was denied by staff member. Fortunately I could see food being cooked from my table only a few feet away. When I asked the staff member she blatantly denied meat and vegetarian food cooked in same pan. I had to walk her over to cooking area and point it out to her which seemed to leave her speechless. My son ordered Irish breakfast which was inedible. No apology from staff or manager. Very disappointing. When I asked for the bill the waitress asked me if I wanted the burrito taken off bill?! Shocked at how bad this was.

31/07/2026: Even though i booked a table days in advance we got told our booking was given to another group. Why do you take bookings if you’re just going to give the table to someone else ??? Seriously don’t recommend

06/05/2026: Ordered this evening the food came really fast delivery driver was great but the food came the chicken and chips were so hard had to throw in bin way over cooked rock hard rice and chicken balls nice tho

22/04/2026: I placed a phone and when I g When t home with it, it was wrong. When I called the girl said it was my fault because I ordered incorrectly. I asked would she change it she said no. I returned the order to the shop. STAY AWAY, shocking service and awful attitude.

27/06/2026: This is a first for me, as I never leave bad reviews but unfortunately my stay in your hotel was a bad experience. There were a few sour points with the stay , I booked a Deluxe double for a concert Tuesday & stayed in room115. 1. Bathroom was kitted out for a mobility spec which thankfully I don't need yet in life or did I book 2. On arrival no remote for TV in room so strolled down to reception & received replacement, my partner lets me know still no good as TV won't switch on.i realise no power going to TV, walk down to reception again who obviously knew the first time I went downstairs (hence no remote)that the TV is broken & told they will try fix tomorrow. 3. My biggest issue was the shower,it was great weather Tuesday thankfully & my partner goes in for shower but the water is cold so I go in to double check incase missed a switch or something somewhere. Again I've to go down to reception & asked if problem with the hot water in hotel. She starts telling me I'm not using shower head correctly as have to shake shower head to run hot water, then I asked if maybe there is a switch on the wall that I may have missed or something which she dismissed. I asked could somebody in maintenance have a look at the shower as it was just 3.30pm but was rudely dismissed & told nobody available until tomorrow.

13/06/2026: Where do I even begin? I was warned that it was a cheap hotel, but I didn’t expect it to be this bad. Relaxing was impossible, and the overall experience was far from comfortable. I understand that you often get what you pay for, but even at a budget price, I expected a basic level of comfort and peace.

11/09/2026: Ordered for collection 20 minutes before they closed and arrived 10 mins after I ordered my food. Only stepped through the door and was told it was closed, didn’t even get a word in. Told them I put an order in for collection and they told me that they didn’t get anything but as soon as I left I got a notification saying that my order was cancelled. If they weren’t going to take the order I wouldn’t mind if they cancelled it a couple minutes after but having me walk to the shop to tell them so they know that there was an order that they ignored is very unprofessional and the customer service… non existent. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

01/07/2026: The service was nice I was attended to nicely I never knew that the food is sold FROZEN!!!! So as I’m hungry now I’ll have to use electricity to defrost it I would have commented on the food I guess I have to find out later how that tastes

02/09/2026: I had a " any pizza for €10 voucher, collection only " . Walked a good distance to pick up the pizza , was told it only applied to delivery olders . Staff did not try to help me out to use the voucher . Place was full of flies too

09/09/2026: The staff is very rude! We were eating peacefully and a very rude lady came and told us to go wait outside for our food in a very rude tone and a very disgusting look. I do not recommend. Edited: I don't know what story you are making up but in my perspective this is what happend. Im Disappointed by the defensive response and poor communicationI am editing my review to address the owner’s response, as it feels like an attempt to distort the facts to make the restaurant look better online rather than addressing how we were actually treated. While at the counter, I decided to add one more item to our order. It is true that my child accidentally spilled a drink right before this—a genuine mishap which we immediately brought to the staff's attention so it could be managed. We completely understand that a wet floor needs to be cleaned, but the staff member responded with immediate hostility and a rude look, making us feel incredibly unwelcome.Mid-way through placing our additional order, the lady that was cleaning interrupted us and abruptly told us to go wait outside. When we noted that her tone was quite rude,we told her that and she defensively replied, "I wasn't being rude, I said please." When I asked them in person why we were being sent outside, the staff explicitly told us it was because they were closing and cleaning. Nothing was mentioned about a "safety hazard" until they wrote this online reply. The shop was completely empty except for my family, and there are only two tables in the entire restaurant. If they Had politely asked us to step to the side or move to the other table while they mopped, or even outside. we would have happily done so.Accidents happen, and I understand that shifts can be tiring, but using a public response to exaggerate a simple spill while ignoring the poor attitude of the staff is unacceptable. We were perfectly fine waiting for our food, but we were not okay with the hostile treatment. Do not recommend thank you for your time

04/10/2026: The staff are very friendly, the food is great, and the sitting area is clean and spacious. I left some personal items in the seating area, and the staff kept them for me until the following morning when I collected them.

20/09/2026: What a disappointing experience! I visited this Starbucks today, hoping to start my day with a nice cup of coffee. Unfortunately, the attitude of one of the staff members completely ruined my mood and what was supposed to be a lovely day. The employee who served me was an Asian woman with short hair, possibly Korean. Her attitude came across as extremely rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but that is no excuse for making customers feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. I wasn’t expecting anything special, just a little kindness and basic politeness when buying a cup of coffee. It’s truly disappointing that such a simple morning routine turned into such an unpleasant experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and reminds their staff that good customer service is just as important as the coffee they serve.

16/08/2026: I bought a Mega Box today, but the pork ribs and chicken wings were undercooked. I contacted the restaurant, but they asked me to bring the food back. Unfortunately, my kids had already eaten some before I noticed the meat was undercooked, and they were unaware of the issue. This is very concerning and unacceptable.I already been eaten, and my main concern is the potential health and food-safety risk to my children and family. I am extremely disappointed

01/06/2026: This is now the best Chinese takeaway in Dublin 12 and may include all surrounding areas. The food is excellent cooked by great chefs. Curry sauce is amazing and all other dishes are so good. It’s the freshest food to expect when going there to order.
