11/04/2025: Great Spot to eat in the Bridge Centre Tullamore. Food is Great. Flaked almond coffee Gateaux and an Americano is a Slice of Heaven. Well worth a visit and wheelchair accessible via a lift

09/05/2025: One of the worst Burger Kings I’ve ever been to is the one in Santry, Dublin. I ordered one thing — they gave me something completely different. I asked for spicy sauce — they gave me ketchup. I ordered a double cheeseburger — I got some cold, single, miserable excuse for a burger. I said “no ice” — of course they added ice. Every part of the order was wrong, as if it was a competition in incompetence. The staff were rude, slow, and acted like I was bothering them. And the so-called manager — a guy in glasses — was absolutely useless. Instead of helping, he just added more attitude. No respect, no manners, no clue how to talk to customers. Total disaster of a manager. And just because I’m not a native English speaker doesn’t mean I deserve worse treatment. Not knowing perfect English is not an excuse to treat people like garbage. If they think I won’t notice the mistakes or won’t complain because of the language barrier — they’re dead wrong. Respect should be universal, no matter what language someone speaks. Final word: This place is a joke. Disrespectful, careless, and totally unprofessional. Never again. The manager even spat there, I saw it myself.

09/05/2025: This Burger King in Santry is a complete disgrace. I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. The burger I got was barely cooked — the meat was practically raw in the middle. The cheese? Not even melted. Just a sad, cold slice thrown on top like an afterthought. The bun was cold, the whole thing looked like it had been made by someone wearing a blindfold and boxing gloves. It was disgusting. I couldn’t eat it — it felt like biting into a wet shoe. And don’t even get me started on the waiting time — they took forever. 25 minutes for a “fast food” meal that came out cold and undercooked. The staff clearly don’t care. They act like serving customers is a punishment. No eye contact, no apology, no basic decency. The atmosphere feels like a prison cafeteria, only with worse food and angrier guards. Absolutely shameful service, disgusting food, and zero professionalism. This place should be inspected — if not shut down altogether.

06/04/2025: Great to have this place back open! Had a fantastic lunch and coffee there this week. A lovely welcome and the room looks great. Looking forward to going back.

19/04/2025: Food arrived quickly - but was stone cold - it was only eaten because we were in a hurry and had a kid with us, ordered latte and received cappuccino which arrived late and as we were finishing the food and ready to leave. Very over priced for the quality. Won’t be back

07/04/2025: We had a lovely brunch here, service and food was great. A really nice place to grab a bite when shopping in Liffey valley. The only annoyance was the rude people behind us having their iPad on loud having a meeting I would suggest this not be allowed or just use earphones! as it was impeding on our chats over brunch. I’d defo be back next time I’m shopping there.

06/04/2025: The coffee and service were great as always — can’t fault the drinks or the atmosphere. However, the bathroom was a serious letdown. There was pee all over the floor, tissues scattered around, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Pretty disappointing and unhygienic, especially for such a well-known brand.

04/04/2025: The staff and everything relating to service was fine. Nice setting. Having a one stall bathroom for a whole coffee shop is absolutely criminal. I'm surprised it's even legal.

28/03/2025: We ordered a Kebab, the worst one ever tried in dublin. My review is only about kebab, may be other products are good. If my review hurts the organisation, I am extremely sorry about this.
