02/05/2025: Bad value for money. Took a while to find the chicken in the sauce!! Never again What a waste

09/09/2024: Toilets were an absolute disgrace, I have seen ones in better condition in nightclubs at 3am. Completely flooded toilet paper everywhere, bins overflowing weren't cleaned id say in weeks. Another review said the same 3 months ago! Would strongly question how clean the kitchen is if that's the pride they take in the bathrooms. The Restaurant is like something out of kitchen nightmares flooring is peeling off the ground my foot sank into a floorboard going to the toilet. Couldn't have spent a euro on the place in years. Prices are very expensive for the state of the place, McDonald's genuinely looks better. However the food was very nice and service was good.

06/09/2024: We visited this restaurant later on a Sunday evening and were quickly greeted, sat, and ordered. The food was fresh and tasty. The portions are fairly large as well. The butter Naan was super fluffy and great for dipping in our sauces! Two of our friends ordered the Mango Lassi and enjoyed that as well.

10/07/2025: I have to say, the restaurant itself was pretty impressive. Clean, well-organized, and had a fresh vibe going on! But man, what a letdown when it came to the actual food. Everything was just... bland? Like, completely flavorless. I thought adding some sauce might help, but that made things even stranger. The so-called "sweet and sour sauce" tasted nothing like what it should have! Even the spring rolls were totally tasteless. Such a disappointment. And get this: I specifically ordered just fried chicken with rice, couldn't have been clearer about it, yet our plates came loaded with a mountain of vegetables I never asked for! I mean, what's the point of being super specific with your order if they're just going to ignore it anyway? I won’t eat here again…

15/07/2025: I know 5 across the board seems to good to be true but listen the times me and my partner came to this place it’s always been a pleasant experience, staff are always very kind and welcoming, food is always tasty leaving you full, drinks are refillable and the vibe inside is great the seating is comfy can’t go wrong, now given We’ve only ever been when it hasn’t been packed but there is enough space you won’t feel claustrophobic if you do dine in on a busy day, and location is great right by the harbour and a short walk to an ice cream stall

15/07/2025: Went today to Rockets for the 1st time today....food was delish and do fresh and the staff were so nice and polite....Will be back

08/04/2025: Ordené una comida para llevar. Mi plato era un satay de pato. Suave. No hay sabor del plato en absoluto. El contenido de pato era miserable y le parecía una carne de baja calidad. El plato de Singapur era casi todo fideos sin apenas carne. No recomendaría, y sin duda no volveré a pedir en este restaurante de nuevo. ¡Mucoso sobreprecio!

14/03/2025: Hi. I’ve ordered several times from here. Now all of a sudden they’ve decided that they don’t deliver to this address. ??? I called them and they were also extremely rude about it. Makes no sense. ? And whoever that rude person was answering the telephone Re around 8.30pm on Friday March 14th probably needs to find a job that’s not in the hospitality industry. Anyway. Don’t mind their food was never that good.

24/10/2024: I just ordered through Ubereats a cheeseburger with no pickles and no onion, I add fries, a coke, and a cheese sauce. What I received, only a cheeseburger with pickles and onion.

31/08/2024: We really enjoyed our time at rockets this evening from the amazing food to the service it couldn’t have been better. The lady who served us with curly hair and glasses was very kind and friendly and made very nice recommendations. She went out of her way to check on us to see if we needed anything more throughout.

08/06/2025: Took my daughter here today I would never go back was always a good place for food and haven't been in a long while and it's gone very bad black pudden was absolutely disgusting toast was burnt on the back and looked good face up bacon was rock hard shocking for the price my daughters bacon was disgusting with her pancakes she wouldn't even eat it i tried it and no thank you 😢 the price of a can of coke was 4 euro day light robbery cost me nearly 39e for both of us shocking the prices for what was served never again

10/07/2025: Arrived and sat outside. The shop wasn't busy had to clear our own table. A staff member came out and said he'd be back. Eventually I had to go in and ask could we order some food and he says he'd be with me in a minute. When he did eventually arrive out he decided to serve someone who hadn't even sat down. Waste of time so we left to go somewhere else. Can't rate the food because we didn't get any or even to order a drink

20/06/2025: We had a shocking experience here on Thursday. It look over 30 minutes to get the food once ordered. The chips were lukewarm at best, the fish was undercooked, we couldn’t eat it. We tried to order a portion of chips and were told you there were not enough left for a portion, yet people after us got chips.

18/11/2024: Esta fue la peor experiencia gastronómica que he experimentado, tal vez nunca. Espantoso. Estábamos allí como rumbo a Hamilton. Pedimos bebidas y pedimos juntos. Dijimos que no queríamos tener menú pre-teatro ya que estábamos apretados por el tiempo, así que pedimos filetes del menú a la carta. Esperamos 20 minutos para una bebida, y recordamos al personal de espera dos veces para la orden de bebidas. Mientras tanto, parecía haber un problema con nosotros pidiendo filetes, ya que abiertamente, los gerentes nos estaban señalando como caminando. Parece que pensaron que estábamos reservados bajo un paquete de estancia, pero este no fue el caso. Finalmente, después de hacernos sentir bastante incómodos con el señalamiento y hablar sobre nosotros, se acercaron a nosotros y confirmamos que no estábamos reservados bajo ningún paquete. Después de 40 minutos llegaron nuestros filetes, salsa equivocada en el mío, y honestamente los peores filetes que he visto. Sólo podía comer la mitad. No tuvimos tiempo de enviarlos de vuelta o conseguir algo más, ya que teníamos un show y ya habíamos estado esperando 45 minutos. Galling desde el restaurante para luego cobrarnos 85€ por la experiencia. ¡NO TE VAYAS!

05/07/2025: Made a late-night trip to this location hoping for a McFlurry and Frappuccino, only to be told they don’t serve these after 10 PM due to machine cleaning. Nowhere on their website is this mentioned, which is misleading and frustrating. Staff casually told us to “come back in the morning” if we wanted to complain—seriously? That’s not customer service, it’s a joke. If you’re going to limit your menu, at least communicate it clearly.

28/06/2025: Every single time…..place the order at the drive thru, and get handed a different order of half an Oder at the window… should be called a McGump meal….. you never know what you gonna get.

22/10/2024: The worst Italian meal I’ve ever had in my life! We received our meals 5 minutes apart from one another. The aubergine parmigiana was likely microwaved as it was still cold with just a melted cheese top. The pasta sauce was like a watered down chicken stock and the pizza was worse than a freezer version. With so many nice options in the area such as olivetto, belli dentro and dolce italia, I can’t understand how they’re still open!

05/10/2024: We happened to be in the area a Friday night to our surprised we managed to get a table for 4, the place was empty. Kids ordered carbonara and it tasted like no other carbonara we ever tasted before, no flavored whatsoever and was so dull kids wouldn't even touch it. My husband ordered a sausage ragu pasta and was chewie I was the only that kinda enjoyed my meal, I had the Tiger prawn risotto. The starters were so overpriced for what we got it was ridiculous to see the size of the brushetta. After all the disaster waiter came and took plates without even asking how was the food, maybe she is used to collecting full plates .... as no one will enjoy their food. If you are looking to over spend on crappy food this is your place but if you are like me ...enjoy good Italian food don't go there.
