10/06/2025: The pizza was delicious. I especially liked the milkshake.

17/05/2025: Another disappointing experience at the apache newlands cross. Yet again they have managed to mess up an order leaving out items ordered or delivering the wrong item. When I called the store back to inform them and to have it corrected, they were very rude and were reluctant to correct it. I had to press the point for him to at least credit my account for which let's face it the guy on the phone was so rude I'm doubtful he has even done that. Do I have confidence they will improve their customer service, unfortunately No. Apache Head Office should really audit how franchises are managed and the quality of the customer service provided.

29/12/2025: When you arrive at Vela restaurant, the welcome is friendly and they have great menus.

01/12/2025: Vela is now Sheela's Palace. The place has a lot of potential and can accommodate large groups and big gatherings. The place also has plenty of parking, so that shouldn’t be an issue. The food was tasty, with plenty of dishes, especially from Malabar. The price was reasonable too. You get both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options for about 22 euros per person, drinks not included. The atmosphere was good, but the cleanliness, lighting and temperature need attention. The lighting was dim, the space was quite cold and a few of the dishes were cold as well. Overall it isn’t a bad option, and the experience could be much better if the points above are addressed.

12/03/2026: What’s wrong with you guys? The floor near the entrance was oily and slippery. I ordered three times, and twice the burgers were missing something. Is there no standard operating procedure (SOP)? Do the employees care about the quality of the burgers?

10/03/2026: Got a burger, fries and a milkshake, I asked for tap water from a the front staff member and the large woman manager jumped in quickly and refused, she gave me an empty cup, no lid or straw and told me to go find a water fountain somewhere in the shopping centre, unbelievably un-kind behaviour

20/02/2026: I hadn't been to the Borza in years, and called in last Saturday night. Is was about 9.30pm so well before the after pub rush, the service was quick, but the cod and chips was terrible, the outside of the batter was crispy, but there was a layer of raw batter between it and the fish, the single of chips wasn't huge, and the portion of garlic mushrooms was miserable, just eight small ones for €4. This was disappointing , what has happened to the Borza of old. I'll be heading to the Roma around the corner from now on.

30/12/2025: The chips are very good , and the chicken burgers are nicely crispy. However , I've noticed in the past few months the portion sizes ( especially for meals ) have become far smaller despite staying the same price relative to inflation . The employees are all very friendly , the premises is clean .

28/02/2026: Summer Inn in Blanchardstown has the potential to be our regular Friday takeaway, as my sons enjoy several of the dishes on the menu. However, the quality of the beef has become a consistent issue and is the reason we regularly choose to order elsewhere. In my experience, the problem is not limited to one dish. The beef used generally is tough, chewy and noticeably below the standard of other Chinese takeaways in the area, where similar dishes are prepared with much more tender meat. It gives the impression of a poor-quality cut and significantly affects the overall meal. This is disappointing because we order takeaway every Friday, and I would prefer to place one full family order with Summer Inn rather than split our business elsewhere. Unfortunately, until the quality of the beef improves, I will continue to avoid ordering beef dishes from here and will often choose another takeaway altogether.

19/02/2026: Order cost 41.49. only spice bag noodles and spice bag arrived. Shop now closed. I expected a refund tomorrow. Wouldn't recommend

08/02/2025: Index is gone. The security staff, who many people have mentioned before, were an issue. I was there with my girlfriend and had a bean bag with me. One of the bouncers jokingly called it a "lady bag" and kept laughing at me. I didn’t want to argue with him because I knew he wouldn’t let me in after, but honestly, some basic customer service would be nice. I paid for my ticket, which helps pay their wages, so a little professionalism isn’t too much to ask. I get that they don’t need to be geniuses, but hiring staff with at least some common sense and a professional attitude would go a long way. The security checks also feel more intense than at an international airport. And maybe try opening on time? We know you’re the only club in Dublin, so we don’t have many options, but this is Ireland—it’s windy, and it rains. Standing outside for an hour in that weather is enough to make anyone sick. I used to love Index, not gonna lie.

01/02/2025: Mind the bouncers, they will sack you for the minimal reason or not let you go in if you arrive late doesn't matter if you have the ticket already.

07/07/2025: In fairness I haven’t eaten in Andrews since Covid began. I checked the menu tonight to discover that for example Malaysian curry but no description of what’s in the curry. Just extras ie Boiled rice or fried rice. Yes you can pick your protein or veg but what else s as re they putting in. Also how hot is the curry

10/12/2025: Really Disappointing experience with Paramount hotel i recently visited in December 2025. The room had no ventilation and there was really bad smell in room coming from toilets like Urination, even after spraying perfumes and doing all possible stuff it felt like puking all time couldn’t sleep all night as bed was just beside toilet. The room was not so spacious it was bathroom sized rooms. Worst worst worst experience i ever had. I recommend everyone who is reading this review please consider booking another hotel as this will give you Trauma for life…

05/03/2026: chicken was absolutely peng, the hot wings had that crispy outside with the flavorsome chicken inside, the chips were seasoned to absolute perfection, the seasoning had me doing backflips it was too peng, the chicken breast was so juicy and too leng, with the cold pepsi oh my days 10 10

10/02/2026: We ordered a zinger burger meal and a fillet roll but it’s was not worth the price and I did not ate the roll at all as both of it was dry cold and dry and the cheap were good . We live in cork and the kfc over there is soooooooo goood but Srry this one is not worth spending the money on .

30/08/2025: Incredibile how a portion of chips is now 4.50eur. in there, they never give you a receipt and they also cheap out on the size of a single portion. I was literally able to count the chips in the bag.

14/02/2026: The man who is working at this Subway on Friday the 13th of February at 2:30pm is not able to do his job. I waited 20+ minutes to order, despite only 2 people being ahead of me in the queue. In other locations, 2 people ahead of you in the queue would be a 5 minute wait. He can not multi-task, he was incredibly slow at doing anything. The woman who I eventually ordered from made my sandwich very quickly and handed it to the man, who then put the order into someone else's bag. It ultimately took almost 30 minutes for me to get a *Subway*. I could've sat down in a cafe and got my food sooner. I have never left a review or complained about service before in my life, but this was truly a mindblowing experience.

26/12/2025: Very bad experience and never going back there. The staff is very rude and when i asked about my order they werent even trying to coperate.

07/06/2025: I grabbed lunch from this small but functional Subway kiosk inside the petrol station. Service was simple and fast. I would go again.

07/06/2025: Worst subway I've had in 20 years. The ham served here was not fresh at all, borderline out of date. Oily and tasted really bad. The counter was not clean at all and plenty of ingredients were all spilled on top of each other. I think the managers need to improve the hygiene standards.
