07/05/2026: Very poor experience with the manager, Nimna. I waited a long time to be served while he spent over 15 minutes talking to someone he seemed to know personally instead of helping customers. I couldn’t use the kiosk because I had to pay cash, so I was left waiting unnecessarily. The hygiene was also concerning, as he kept scratching himself and touching his trousers while serving. Very unprofessional service from a manager.
02/05/2026: This is a good place to eat. I honestly think that coming here on weekdays is a good idea because on weekends and on Friday's KFC gets very full here and all the seats are taken so you rarely be able to do dine-in here. About the food, very good, well-seasoned fries, chicken is a huge win here.

24/03/2026: We had a great time; the place is nice, clean, and well-kept. The food was good, and we had a 20% discount that allowed us to go up the observation tower. P.S.: The guy at the front desk didn't want to scam us, but we insisted.

17/07/2026: the room was quite small but no different from the pictures online. everything was compact but they were quite old. however, the location was great, merely a 5-min walk to the closest tube station, and the staff (there was lady who helped me to check in) was very sweet and helpful. good bargain for the price.
11/07/2026: Very basic hotel, excellent location 5 mins away a from Earls court tube station. One of the Staff seemed uninterested when we checked in, sat on their phone instead of looking at us to talk to us. Room is very basic, not very well kept, there is paint peeling in the bathroom, broken AC etc. It's a good place for one night due to location but I would not stay any longer than this

27/05/2026: Everything was terrible, especially the staff. She was very aggressive and super rude. She didn’t say hello, thank you, or anything. She looked very judgmental towards customers. I am very disappointed that she gets a salary.

They’re constantly forgetting items from the order and have a generally snippy mood when asked about missing items.

01/10/2025: THE WORST PLACE IN DUBLIN! First of all, they delete all the bad comments you put on them. As for the site, the workers are very rude, especially the blonde manager and the teenagers who work, they laugh at you and do nothing to understand you apart from being racist! They try to scam the tourist so BE VERY CAREFUL! In addition to the quality of the food, it leaves a lot to be desired, they keep the food trays for two days, health should go to check the hygienic measures. IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.

Ordered online and supposed to be ready in 10 minutes. We arrived 15 minutes after the order went in and we still have to wait another 25 minutes in the shop.
I won't recommend !

23/05/2026: As a coeliac and always on guard I was horrified to find the gluten free cakes all stacked with everything containing gluten. Not good enough. Average age of staff 18 years old. Not a clue of how serious this is.
