26/04/2025: I do not recommend this place. They scammed me. I ordered a Meal Deal from Pizza Hot. When I placed the order, there was no information or option about the size of the pizza. When I received the pizza, it was as small as my hand. It was very disappointing and felt like a joke. This is not acceptable and feels like a scam. The company should clearly tell the customers the size of the pizza before they order. Also, the pizza was very oily and the quality was very poor. It is not worth 18€. The delivery fee was not included in the price.

19/04/2025: Online ordering doesn't work; specifically address entry. Called to place delivery and employee didn't seem to understand the process.

31/12/2024: I bought a cake from the Phibsborough shop on Saturday, the 21st, and was assured by the staff that it would stay fresh until the next day. But when I opened the box on Sunday, the strawberries were moldy, and the cake tasted awful. We had to throw the whole thing away—it was completely inedible. I contacted customer service, and on December 30th, they told me they couldn’t refund me because I had thrown the cake out (as if I was supposed to keep a moldy cake in my house for over a week!). They offered me a free replacement cake instead, but after such a terrible experience, there’s no way I’d want another cake from them. In short, they sell moldy cakes, and even when you show detailed photos, they refuse to refund you. I wouldn’t recommend Thunders to anyone. There’s a Tesco right next door that sells fresh cakes for half the price—and they’re actually good!

30/05/2024: Drove all the way over front another county to try here, had been looking so forward to it and the opening time said 12/12:30, we arrived at 3 and it was closed? Searched all over google, no phone number to contact and nobody who worked around the centre seemed to know anything about it, sent a message over Instagram to the hot chix page too and no response, severely disappointed and it would put me off going back again, after driving over an hour I would expect the opening times on google to reflect when the shop is actually open…………

15/03/2025: Not one for bad reviews normally, but I think paying €9 for two half bag of chips is cat. Won’t be back

11/03/2025: Saw Ferrari's on tik tok,so I made the 12k journey hoping for the best.I got to the shop and on entry was greeted with a lovely smile from a blond lady.I placed my order for ray and chips,I had not had ray for year's. I spoke with the owner,a lovely cheery italian guy....we spoke of how popular ray used to be.I got my order and headed off to a spot facing the sea and tucked in to my food.It was like stepping back in time.....memories of days gone by flooded back.The chips were gorgeous with a nice amount of salt and vinegar,but the ray was absolutely excellent.The experience was superb and I will return to Ferrari's many,many time's in the future....... Excellent service,Excellent food

05/04/2025: Ordered yesterday online and specified 10pm delivery. Got a text at 8.30pm to say the order was left on the step outside my house!!. I was still in work at that stage. Got there at 10 to an obviously freezing cold takeaway. First and last time trying this place for sure.

29/03/2025: Food to love made by people to hate. Truly terrible service each and every time. Cheap and Cheerless. Would rather my nuts dragged through glass than interact with the rude staff of Capri.

27/04/2025: Very disappointing experience. I have just come to the restaurant and politely asked to use the washroom. However, the security guard was extremely rude. He told me that I had to buy food first before he would allow me to go, and he even questioned me about why I needed to use the washroom. I was about to order food anyway, but I was shocked because I had never heard of such a rule before. Being interrogated like that made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope the management seriously reviews this issue and trains their staff to treat customers with more respect.

23/04/2025: McDonald's has avoided the worst of the worst. And if it were possible I would have given it 0 stars McDonald's is very very dirty, does not warn that it is no longer possible to eat on site, asks you to leave because it closes the floors in 10mm when you have just arrived to eat..

19/04/2025: Was there today with my grandson. Standing waiting for my food and there was a lady standing near the tills writing on a notepad. It started to get busy so she rolled up her sleeves and start making big macs. No hand washing no gloves 🤢🤮 none of the staff had gloves

16/04/2025: We regularly order from Alpine Grill - good prices, good food and we always go back. I like the kebab tray, kebab wrap, good kebab sauce. The pizzas are always delicious, well cooked and plenty of toppings. Burgers are standard but good. Don't like the chicken burgers, but the other chicken is tasty. Delivery can take a bit too long for us, so we collect. The deals are great value.

26/03/2025: I got two fish and chips,the fish was not fresh,the batter was thick and soggy,the chips are bad quality ,such a pity,I will be returning or recommending it.

18/03/2025: Decent place that deserves a better rating, this is a local Chinese takeaway and everyone knows there’s some things you should get and some things to avoid in these places. I can’t speak to the other food but the spice bags/munch boxes here are some of the best in the city. Tons of veg, flavour, sauce comes in a foil container rather than the little stingy plastic ones a lot of places give you. Food is always ready very quick as well if you collect

20/11/2024: food is nice but delivery always takes between 60-100 minutes. Started ordering from Fu Moon which has delivery less than 45 minutes

25/11/2024: Food was ok but garlic dip is watered down and tasteless, chips weren’t fresh a paying customer deserves to get good quality food
