28/12/2024: We had a great entertainment program. The sound wasn't very good, though, and the venue could have been better, but the atmosphere was friendly, and we had a great evening.

28/03/2025: Ordered for delivery, firstly my order was 2 hours late, had to ring numerous times to see what the story was, when my food eventually arrived my order was completly wrong, i am a vegetarian and my pizza had meat on it but hidden underneath the cheese so i ate some without realising , this triggered me extremely as i dont eat meat for ethical reasons, they had the gall to raise their voice when i innocently inquired about their mistake, no refund was issued, do not order

28/03/2025: The staff are fine except one horribly rude lady and they were super late didn’t show up I had to ring them later and then when the order was messed up

11/01/2025: Fourth floor study hall worker, Caoimhe Ní Mhaicín, racial discrimination, abuse of rights. On Saturday, we were studying in the self-study room we had already booked. However, when we exceeded the appointment time and forgot to renew the reservation next period of time, she came through the door and yelled at us angrily, saying we would be kicked out if anyone else had booked it. I explained that we had forgotten to rebook because we were focused on our studies, and it was a very quiet Saturday, we weren’t disturbing anyone. (We would have left if someone else had booked.) This worker could have reminded us to renew the appointment calmly, rather than yelling at us Asian students with such an aggressive attitude, which made us feel disrespected and aggrieved. I feel disappointed and indignant that NCI employs such a rude and impolite staff member. I hope NCI will address this issue and talk to this employee about her discriminatory behavior.

16/05/2024: the worst customer service, phone broke, don't empathise with the customer issues, ( i ordered a vegan pizza, they dont have the option to add extra vegan cheese but they have the other ones, i added regular cheese as extra and called the restaurant to tell them that the vegan pizza with extra cheese is extra vegan cheese, but they failed with logic, added the cheddar, they didn't want to accept that their phone didn't work when i constantly called them after ordering, the guy was saying hello hello and hanged up the call, they finally got their phone fixed and got my call to tell me their excuses and forgot that i was the customer and tried to deliver something i didn't want to pay for and i did what i was supposed to to get my extra vegan cheese delivered) right after at 2am the delivery guy come to my street, the guy that got paid more than he should because the guy lacked empathy as well and never parked the car in a easy no way out street and made me without shoes, and pejamas with him in his uniform and with no cars around at 2 am in my no way out street but as he knew i was "a difficult customer " as i called them about the cheese and the guy played superiority to make me cross the street instead of him doing his job that is deliver at the door. very unsatisfied with customer srrvices which should be a good one atbany shop focusing on customer needs and requests but they are unhappy people working in a place that they dont care for their customers, so i decided never to order anymore this energy in my food , and tell all my friends that order with them my tonight's experience.

20/03/2025: Lovely pub but unable to get orders right have had multiple times where on just eat they can't get it right and have had to drive down to get the order taking an extra hour to get food on top of 30 minutes. It's not hard.

14/03/2025: Terrible service and food was cold, waited for an hour to get are food, won’t be ordering from here again. Would recommend McDonald’s instead

01/05/2025: Worst Chinese food I ever had🤬 .I did mention that I need thin noodles, not thick ones, but they ignore my message . Got my order, looking at the thick noodles was unappetising, I had to throw it away waste of money .Never again

01/05/2025: No student discount unlike the other store at Talbot street.Only Good snacks and excellent tea are worth the 3 stars. Store staff is friendly and helpful, but the lady at till isn’t quite welcoming - no respect to customers & orders the customers to put away the cart and hurried up with packing… Open up more tills so customers don’t feel rushed.

28/04/2025: The tea was really good last time, which is why I came back. But this time, it was terrible. I vomited after drinking it. I believe some kind of powder was added. Unfortunately, you have lost a customer.

04/05/2025: I'll start with the best part, it's really very good. The service is impeccable. The atmosphere is calm. Then I'll talk about the price, I had five small fish and chips with fries and a drink. The price is an incredible €25, so I had to savor my meal. The price isn't the same as the one displayed. So be sure to ask the chef before ordering.

14/04/2025: Big queues of people waiting for their orders. Food delivery sporadic with one guy questioning where 2 coffees were as his number came up 10+ minutes earlier. Took me 7/10 minutes as well to eventually get my order only to find 5 nuggets instead of 6 in my box. This is now not fast food, McDonalds is losing all credibility in being a place for nice quick food. Shame.

13/04/2025: Food was cold, service took aaaaaages and it wasn't clean

25/04/2025: This place is a sloppy mess! The tables and the area behind the counter are disgusting and the staff takes ages to clear out tables (which are all looking pretty gross). The staff is so unorganised; one person gives the food, second person takes payments and a third person operates the coffee machine - one’s cup at a time. Took me 10 minutes to get a couple muffins and a single latte.

18/04/2025: I love the coffee and muffins so getting time Good Friday morning I was looking forward to a little time out unfortunately the place needs to be cleaned badly. Coffee dock was visibly dusty with splashes on the back and sides where customers stand looking at a dirty machine they’re about to get coffee from. Tables visibly dried in stains on edges so not cleaned correctly, seating covered in crumbs and stains which need damp sponging to clean, floor not hoovered or washed. My visit was between 10:30am -11am so the premises should be clean for the day ahead. BBs please get on top of your cleaning provider so you don’t loose customers.

12/04/2025: Delivery order straight from the website - Chips were sadly bland and flavourless, definitely reheated (-1 star) - Hot dog was pretty good - Kebab pretty good - Chicken burger ok - Delivery instructions ignored & no tracking whatsoever even using their app (-1 star)

03/04/2025: Very disapointed, bum bum burger should be called like bum bum rehetead chips.. a 5 years kid would eat from that burger and he will still pe hungry. I payed 9 euros for nothing. To compensate the lack of burger they put a lot of reheated chips instead I will never go there.

03/02/2025: Great facilities. Kids love the pool and slides and wave machine. Good badminton and squash courts. Snooker and table tennis tables. Great soccer pitches. Everything you could want. Nice staff on reception. Membership is reasonable.
