17/09/2026: I visited KFC Dundrum recently and the experience was really disappointing. I took the food home, but even during my short time inside the restaurant, the hygiene was terrible. The toilet was extremely gross , clearly not cleaned properly, and it left a really bad impression about how the whole place is maintained. After eating the food, I ended up with diarrhea, which makes me seriously question the hygiene and food handling standards. This should never happen, and the management needs to take immediate action to fix both the cleanliness of the facilities and the kitchen practices. I won’t be returning until things improve.

01/09/2026: Terrible got this horrible bucket meal and a wrap which I paid 27 euro for which had one tender on the wrap I paid 8.70 for was the smallest wrap I ever got for that price, also horrible staff in this store should be closed

06/09/2026: I ordered food this evening from this place. There was a hair in my child’s food. My child didnt know there was hair in it until it got caught in his throat im blonde hair I told them that and all they did was give out to me never said sorry or apologise to me or my child they didn’t want to give me back my money everyone that had food from my house got sick I said that to them on the phone all the wanted was the food back and kept saying that it wasn’t and they don’t have that hair yes they do the women at the front desk is black hair the fella in the back has long hair to she made me feel absolutely like a fool. When the delivery man came here and took back the food and barely wanted to give back the change. Then when they decided to give me my refund he said that the manager said that they won’t be taking our orders no more we didn’t argue with them r nothing cause I have everything on record but I would highly recommend anyone DONT get food from there

21/06/2026: Not the first time this has happened me so raging I gave here another chance. Spice bag is literally chips and some tiny pieces of chicken, absolutely covered in powder, making it too salty and spicy to even eat. Not one onion or pepper in the spice bag. Majority went in bin as couldn't eat it

14/06/2026: I called to ask how much longer it would be ( it had already been an hour and a half) and I said it’s been over an hour and then they hung up on me, and then the food never came and they wouldn’t answer any of my calls. So I had to request my money back from just eat. DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE. They where so rude. I’d rather starve than give money to these people

24/09/2026: Had over number time ate sat chat in cafe , morning great breakfast,and community spirit,, tonight found myself hungry for fresh fillet cod chips ,was not let down as it was very late fish ,chips, unbelievable at the late hour 5 star

24/08/2026: STAY WELL AWAY If I could leave a review for zero stars I would We ordered trough just eat to be called by a delivery driver 50 minutes later after we ordered to tell me he cant get to our house due to roads been blocked off ,been very cheeky and he advised we cancel,I then told him its 50 minutes since we ordered that we should of been advised at this stage ,I told him id ring the shop , I called the shop and spoke with a woman ,she advised me of delays and she apologised for the manner of the delivery driver and told me that my food would be with me by 11.15 latest and that she was really sorry for this I was OK with that as things happen and I was understanding 11.20 came and I called them ,I got a male on the phone that told me it was been packed and it will be on the way It's now half 12.15 and we have received no food,no phone call,nothing just forgot about us ,I have rang just eat and they have processed a refund This is absolutely disgraceful to think that this place can do this to customers that has paid money ,they told me absolute lies repeatedly on the phone that the order will be with us and that it's on the way only for nobody to show up ,the premises to be locked up and be forgotten about In my view a company like this should not have any customers and they aut to be ashamed of themselves absolute cons to the highest!!!!!!

03/09/2026: Had the most amazing experience at obreins today. I was met with the kindest and most helpful staff who immediately made my day so much better. Especially isidora a member of staff helped me so much and gave me such good guidance on an issue I was having. Couldn’t have asked for a better locomotive experience

02/09/2026: Waited in line for 5 minutes, one staff member sitting on a box drinking from a cup, the other extremely slow and with no character of customer service whatsoever. Got to the top of the queue and he put a sign in front of me and walked away to chat to the girl sitting down with his back to me and all the other potential customers. The sign reads "back in 5 minutes". Both staff members on a break at the same time with no regard for business.

22/03/2026: Avoid this Chinese at all costs!!! Wish I could give this lower than 1 star. Used to order from here about a year ago and loved the shredded chicken, ordered again for the first time since and the chicken is completely different to before. It was disgusting, stringy, purple????and completely raw - it went straight in the bin it was inedible, I genuinely don’t know how they can serve food like that. Afterwards I came and looked at the other reviews because I actually thought I had made a mistake and ordered from the wrong restaurant by accident but unfortunately not, it just seems to be a common thing that they don’t cook their chicken for any of their customers now 🤷‍♀️

04/10/2026: Wrappos taste like sugared plastic. Dry inside, sauce provided on the outside should have told me what to expect. What happened the original big chicken wrappos that were full of sauce and flavour, crispy and fresh? These things taste like they came out of a microwave or something. Honestly terrible. Won't be ordering from here again. Took two bites each, threw them back in the box and into the bin they go.

07/10/2026: Extremely rude staff, also witnessed meatballs being taking back out of a sub and put back into the meatball container mid way through making a sandwich 🤢

28/09/2026: Nick just made us the best sandwich ever . nicest sweetest attitude ever . Subway are so lucky to have him. Genuinely made my awful day good
