05/02/2026: Every time order delivery the sour and ketchup always missing. Chicken is also dry feels like few days ago.

24/01/2026: Bileal at McDonald’s Blackrock deserves a special mention for his customer service. He was friendly, calm, and genuinely helpful from the moment I spoke to him. My order was missing sauce, even though it did not come as standard, and he went out of his way to sort it for me without any fuss. It might sound like a small thing, but the way he handled it showed real care for the customer. He made the whole experience easy and pleasant, and it is staff like Bilal who make a place worth coming back to.

11/12/2025: If you have a few hours to spare to wait for your pizza then fire away and come here. I decided to come during my work lunch break and it has taken an hour and I’ve still not received my pizza and will be late to work. This place isn’t exceptionally busy, in fact I would say it’s not busy given it’s lunchtime. There were roughly 4/5 people ahead of me, and we have all gone up to check if our pizza is nearly ready. The workers make a couple of pizzas, watch them cook, serve them, and then decide to make the next pizzas. Really don’t rate this place and don’t recommend it

31/10/2025: I was a little nervous to try this place with all the bad reviews, but decided to order anyway because the location is so close to me. I was not disappointed. Not only was I not disappointed, but I was genuinely surprised at the reviews because this spot is great. Thin crust was light and flavorful. Toppings were high quality and appropriately spread out for the style. I think this pizza is definitely designed to be eaten immediately while fresh. Two pies were ready in ten minutes for pickup, which is awesome. Worth the try for sure.

15/11/2025: Raheny Chinese used to be the best in the Area but over the past few years especially after covid their food portions have halved in size their chicken balls and skewered chicken satay are a disgrace tiny portions but prices have increased substantially . Meat and shellfish in their curries have shrunk substantially. Shrinkflation at its worst with prices approaching what restaurants charge.

02/11/2025: So, we ordered it for delivery… the food came relatively on time. But, instead of fried noodles we got probably the most plain fried rice we have eaten. The spring roll had nothing to do with spring and was fatter than the french fries at Mcdonalds. We could sqish the oil out of it. It would be nice if that has been declared. We got chips as an extra so that was nice and everything was packaged well.

15/09/2025: Had a takeaway for 2 items - the raspberry polenta cake and the vegan sausage roll. Both were delicious! The polenta cake had a strong raspberry flavour with milder than expected sweetness, as I prefer. The vegan sausage roll was slightly peppery and it was warmed up for me and placed in a heat friendly bag. The ambience of the place is lovely and I wish I had more time to sit and dine.

29/01/2026: Very disappointing experience. I went in knowing what kind of food I wanted, but not the exact dish name, and I asked for help choosing from the menu. Instead of helping, the staff member started taking phone orders, ignored me, and then impatiently asked if I had chosen yet. When I explained that I didn’t understand the menu and needed guidance, I was treated rudely and eventually told to leave the shop. Absolutely not customer-friendly. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is not already familiar with their menu, as you will not get any help or basic courtesy.

14/01/2026: I ordered fried rice, fried noodles and curry sauce, simple order right? Wrong because apparently to them it’s a super difficult order. When I got home I opened the food to find they gave my boiled rice, fried rice and the curry sauce, I rang them to explain what happened and the woman asked me to come back, she then rang me again asking to bring the food with me since the kitchen said they are very sure what they gave was correct. Went back and she gave the noodles and took one of the rice back, she took my fried rice I ordered and left me with the boiled rice I didn’t order and had to go back in once again. I’ve only ordered from this place 3 times now and both times my ordered have been very wrong. 0/10 never ordering from here again and wouldn’t ever recommend to anyone. Stay far away

25/11/2025: It is a takeaway but pricey. Portions were fine but the fish tasted like it was cooked in old oil.

15/12/2025: Breakfast is cheap not worth the money 17 euro . This is what you get, One Tomato burned and no taste left that on the plate small beans cheap ones again no taste. Some tiny roast potatoes what ever you call them. And toast extra for tea . Ripp off its a pity people don't review more on rip off places in this country name and shame them..if he asked me at the till.how was my breakfast I'll ask him to read this.

12/12/2025: Location is nice next to food court in Liffey Valley mall. It is quite spacious place. I ordered prawns taco. They were average. Instead of fries I asked for side salad. Salad was average but they served ketchup with this.(Maybe they forgot that fries were replaced by salad). Anyhow prawns were crispy and yum.

09/11/2025: Awful customer service on the phone, hung up on me 3 times when trying to order and never got back to me, also rude over the phone. Food is great nice staff inside

12/10/2025: Food is alright but has gone downhill. Service is terrible, delivery always takes hour plus for a 10 minute drive and have received the wrong order multiple times and have been harassed when tried to call them on the phone to get my actual food.

11/10/2025: Asked for a mocha with soy milk and watched the barista put regular milk into it, before denying that he did so. Plus, service was rude and place was dirty.

01/10/2025: THE WORST PLACE IN DUBLIN! First of all, they delete all the bad comments you put on them. As for the site, the workers are very rude, especially the blonde manager and the teenagers who work, they laugh at you and do nothing to understand you apart from being racist! They try to scam the tourist so BE VERY CAREFUL! In addition to the quality of the food, it leaves a lot to be desired, they keep the food trays for two days, health should go to check the hygienic measures. IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.

27/10/2025: Lovely staff but oh my gosh the food is dreadful! I’ve just been served a bowl of bland, gloopy white sauce peppered with tiny bits of unidentifiable fish, masquerading as seafood chowder. On the side was a dry white UPF bread roll instead of the brown soda bread promised. Other family members partook of, and left, the ribeye steak (36 Euro each for the ‘pleasure’). Both described it as ‘like leather’. Owners / managers of this establishment, you should be ashamed yourselves - offering this level of slop is not acceptable, even in an airport hotel where you have a captive market. I feel so sorry for your staff… we tipped them notwithstanding the awful food.

27/10/2025: Do not eat here. Food is terrible, overpriced and flavourless. Staff are lovely but the food ruined the whole place. The steak tasted like leather and was not worth €37.

16/01/2026: Took my money but never delivered, didn't get a refund either. (I wouldn't trust)

15/01/2026: Orderd from this place never received my order, they told me I had tge wrong address, but obviously I know where I live. They then refused my calls both restraunt and courier. I reckon this place is probably a scam, never got my food, refused calls. Not certain it's scam but based on my experience be weary.

31/12/2025: Ordered spice box zero flavour on the food a few onion thrown on the top it was stale and cold possibly the worse Chinese around

15/11/2025: Wouldn’t bother, I ordered food and got a half portion after ringing I was told the next time I would get the same food free and the second time ordering the food was burst in the bag and still a half portion… AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
