19/04/2025: We got an order from Summer In new store in Artane. Stay away! Not Chinese flavor at all, not only the chicken was dry and soggy but even the rice was dry. Fried rice not fried. Don't believe anything you see on social media, it's a lie
16/04/2025: Ordered summer inn for myself and my brother, we asked for no veg as we are highly allergic to it, wrote it on the notes and they gave us veg. I would’ve let it slide but it’s a reoccurring thing with summer inn, sick of ordering from them and it’s the same thing over and over. Won’t be ordering again

09/04/2025: The young girl who served me seemed completely uninterested in her job, honestly, I’ve had more engaging interactions with a brick wall.
I probably should’ve left the moment I saw someone fast asleep on one of their couches.
It’s a shame, really, because the coffee is actually quite good. But with so many great cafés around, I won’t be rushing back.
30/03/2025: Extremely expensive! €9.60 Euro for one chai and One americano! 😱 crazy!! I didn’t realised how much I paid until I was at home!

16/12/2024: For a little independent cafe in a shopping centre you're really not going to do any better. The food and service is generally great, and the tomato soup we had was simply fabulous, with top notch fresh home made sodabread. Delicious.

10/05/2024: Wow. Absolutely unbelievable food holy smokes. Pizza was 10/10 and sides were 10/10 which is unusual for a pizza place. The goujons and wings in particular were sublime
15/04/2024: I ordered yesterday mead plan for €16 from Just Eat, got chips and pizza and a can . Pizza was burned, couldn’t eat 4 slices because of burn taste and the pineapple in pizza was frozen I think didn’t taste good. 👎

12/01/2025: Ignorant staff.. friends nannys funeral was booked and paid for upstairs, yet the room was freezing. No heating on while the temperature was -1 outside and inside. Not a good experience. Asked not to sing also hours after selling us alcohol all day at a funeral. Disgraceful reactions.
10/01/2025: No heating on upstairs after a funeral - 2 outside 9/1/2025 everybody sitting in coats rapped up freezing said it to the barman his answer do I look as doe I care if it were upto me I would off pulled everybody over to the shamrock
and this was for a person that drank there most of there life

27/10/2024: I was disappointed with the lack of courtesy and communication at this restaurant. The server didn’t let us know how long we would need to wait for our order. A simple update on the wait time would have been appreciated, as it felt like we were left in the dark. Clear communication would go a long way in improving the customer experience.

15/04/2025: Ordered pizza delivery with a diet soft drink. The delivery driver arrives with regular drink which is gave back to him. He told me to call Dominos Crumlin and have them sort it out. So I called and asked them to please send the correct drink. 35 minutes later another driver arrives and hands me the wrong order AGAIN. you gotta try hard to mess up the same thing twice in a row despite having a customer call to rectify. Pretty abysmal service....

03/04/2025: Ignorant guy in shop whatever you do don't order spicy beef it resembles ham don't know what it's made of pink red colour not to mention the guys customer service skills needs retrained , returned pizza not happy guys like ok so paid for pizza no interest not even trying to resolve issue, asked if wanted meatballs no spicy beef...not pink red cubed looking ham ! Left no time for unprofessional people who don't have a clue how to communicate with the public lesson learned ,if you you want decent pizza and customer service go elsewhere
27/03/2025: Four star pizza is really amazing for great deals and vale for money. I really liked their 26 euro deal with a large pizza + 1 special side and 2 regular side. They have more deals on website. Will recommend to check their website before visiting as there are more deals than menu. The service was superb fast and it was delicious 😋

23/02/2025: I not sure if its a new chef but wow the food I ordered last night was terrible. Spicy chips with veg, requires "Spice" not salt and sugar a few slivers of onion, zero spice not a chilli in sight & no peppers. Spring rolls usually lovely, one bite & the oil spurted out. Duck hotpot was also not nice according to my partner. I want to stay a customer but the food I received will prevent me for re-ordering... such a shame 😞 If the reviews improve I might consider ordering again but you've lost a customer till then.
