31/01/2026: ( online order ) wasn't matched at all food absolute disappointing with match in order spicy sauce in kebab where was marked ( TO DO NOT ADD IT ) Chips horribly over salted ( not eatable ) they added an extra spicy sauce with drop of garlic onto over the top customer service won't fixed order at all after call and explain what actually happened to it where was looks like someone did it specially

09/12/2025: Food ordered for specific time was delivered 3o mins early before people were home. Food cold and these guys don't know how to cook chips!!!! This used to be the best chopper in Blanchardstown, it's one of the worst now.

26/06/2026: Food was decent. But I felt the staff was rude and not answering properly. I have issues seeing the text on the colors and instead of answering me properly. They were like see yourself.

28/06/2026: Used to come here 10 years ago when it was great. Very good food now it’s less than average. I ate an entire meal I paid money on the credit card, I had an €20 note and asked if I could get change for the bus afterwards. The waitress said “sorry we don’t do that”. Absolutely ridiculous aside from the less than average/terrible food the worse staff make it just that incrementally more terrible, absolutely shocking level that this restaurant has went down to.

30/04/2026: I had a very disappointing experience at Angleos Ballymun. We ordered a large chicken pizza, but the first order we received was a BBQ chicken pizza, which was not what we asked for. When we pointed this out, the staff acknowledged it and asked us to wait. After another 20 minutes, we were given a plain pizza with just chicken on it — still not what was shown on their menu. What made the situation worse was the interaction at the counter. The staff member insisted that “chicken pizza” means BBQ chicken pizza, even though the menu clearly lists a chicken pizza with specific toppings. When I pointed directly to the menu item, she stopped arguing, but there was no apology — only visible annoyance. Overall, the order was incorrect twice, the wait time was long, and the customer service felt dismissive. It was a frustrating experience, especially when the menu itself clearly supports what we ordered.

05/06/2026: Served by Rukmini today who was just wonderful, the vegan donuts & herbal tea were excellent too 😃

08/04/2026: Good doughnuts, especially the Original Glazed. Sweet but tasty. Nice place for a quick treat.

15/07/2026: the quality has gone through the floor. the last 3 orders have been consistently poor, no seasoning on spice bags, rubbery chewy chicken that even the dog nearly choked on. the black bean sauce was also sour, felt sick after eating it! never again.

10/05/2026: Ordered online for delivery. Accepted for 20:55. I called at 21:20 and the food hadn’t even left yet. Told me to they’d redeliver and it would be another 15/20mins, not even an apology or an attempt to offer anything on the house after I’d been waiting an hour and 20mins already. Terrible service and the guy on the phone didn’t even seem to care.

27/06/2026: Been ordering for years. It used to be perfect. The last year a little less consistsnt and quality dropping. Last night I threw it all out, the chicken breast can no longer be called chicken and the curry sauce was watery. Staff are great but food was very disappointing last night. Ill go back if/when its fixed and using quality irish meats and Ill remove this review.

19/06/2026: Very disappointed. Every time I order the Spicy Bag, it’s different. Sometimes it’s great, but other times (like today) the fries are soggy and the chicken is drenched in oil. I don’t understand why the same menu item is never consistent. I’ve even taken photos because the difference between orders is so noticeable. Unfortunately, today’s order was poor quality.

11/04/2026: I ordered a curry and a garlic naan bread. When I got home it no garlic bread I rang immediately to inform them. I asked for it to be delivered. But he said his drivers where busy. I said I don't mind waiting. He said he couldn't that I need to go back to collect. I said there is a €5 fine for wrong order if I go back to collect. And he said he wouldn't pay this.... Am I wrong? Or what do you think I should do.?

09/04/2026: We ordered 2 packets of Chicken Tikka Biryani yesterday from this place. The order was placed around 10 pm so it was mentioned on the app that someone from the staff would deliver it, the food was delivered unusually quite early than we thought. Now, instead of Chicken Tikka Biryani, we received Vegetable Pulao with Peas and some pieces of chicken which were very dry in taste. Instead of salan, got mix vegetable curry. Further when we enquired back to the person who delivered the food, he denied being the staff first and then said Chicken Tikka Biryani is prepared this way only and he saw it being prepared in the kitchen. The side mint raita was also given as a single portion instead of two. Highly dissatisfied and never going to order from here again.

15/06/2026: We are not from around but stopped on our way from Greystones. The food was very fresh, very tasty and very quick. We shared a meal A and there was plenty in it for 2 people. The curry is unbelievable, probably the nicest we have tried. Will definitely return again.

03/02/2026: Dreadful service the worst I've every experienced. Staff standing behind counter, while people had to get up to ask if they could take their order. Staff couldn't have looked more disinterested. Had to take order twice as he forgot it, didn't even write it down. Food came out on side plates, what I call a child's portion. Had to go to the poitin still straight after to satisfy our hunger. I've had a few bad experiences in places over the years, but this took the biscuit. Even the wine tasted like vinegar, I couldn't finish it. Never again.

11/01/2026: Do not waste your time or money. If i could give it a 0 review i would. Staff behave like they don't want you to be there.. They seated us while we waited on thw rest of our party they didn't come near us. We wanted a coffee I eventually got a member of staff and she tutted when we said we where still waiting but would like a coffee.. the inconvenience of it all.. the food was rancid. mine tastes like fish and salt, it was their equivalent of a sausage egg mc muffin and you would not expect the mcdonald's one to be so much better but it would be. Definitely wouldn't have tasted like fish The build your own plate is extortionate pricing. 26 for basic avicado toast and a single coffee.. as its 9.50 for the avicado and toast + 5 per egg +4 if you wanted a dressing. Staff don't know the menu and as a result we got charged extras as 1 of our party ordered a avoca crab salad and the server heard avicado so charged an extra €5 for avicado..ordered a side of pancakes as no kids menu and they brought 2 so chaged for extra pancakes we hadnt ordered. We wanted extra water and coffees but no staff came near us nor could we catch their attention.. 3 times we got up and asked for the bill and over an hr later they brought it only after we threatened to walk out. was absolutely abysmal service and food..

28/05/2026: I ordered a set meal from here on Monday. After having a Chinese from the Regent about 2 yrs ago when my friend ordered it and I loved it and thought the quality and food was amazing! Unfortunately it was not the same when I ordered on Monday. The RICE & CHIPS were definitely the days befores. The spring rolls were too big and soggy and impractical to eat as one serving. The Beef & Black Beans Sauce was actually nice but the S&S Hong Chong style was not so good. We orders for collection as I always like to see the premises when I eat food. Although the girl behind the counter was adorable and very polite when I spoke on the phone, I did notice that it’s been a while since the place has been deep cleaned. The windows were dirty dusty and the floor was not clean. It just felt grubby over all. For this reason I won’t ever order anything from here ever again. I’m so disappointed as I’d been looking forward to ordering from the Regent for ages.

13/06/2026: The place has been revamped and under new operator. Much better service and atmosphere...
