01/07/2024: This restaurant is well worth visiting, food is absolutely scrumptious, all the staff are amazingly wonderful, friendly, attentive and professional Portion sizes are very generous and prices are very reasonable. I would recommend Flames Restaurant 100%. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable.

Firstly staff are so attentive and can never do enough for you when your there.
Secondly the food is consistently delicious.
The value for money is brilliant. Love going for a relaxing and tasty dinner

28/04/2024: Four of us had a quick lunch in Grooms before a visit to the Gate theatre across the road.
We had soup and sandwiches all of which were very nice. The loos are positively luxurious. But the staff are outstanding! They do their utmost to get you exactly what you want in the time available to you.
A lovely place for a lunch in town and although it was a busy Saturday, they were attentive, helpful and made our visit a pleasure!
One soup, three BLTs, teas and coffees, total bill, €60! Good value and a lovely experience

15/12/2023: This place has the best spice bags in town no jokes
17/08/2023: This is a solid takeaway. Their satay sauce is lovely. I have asked many takeaways to put extra veg and seasoning on their spicebags, East is the first to actually listen to me, and it makes it a solid spicebag.
If you're looking for takeaway food, not high end restaurant Chinese, this place is fast, cheap, good food x
