30/07/2025: I have been in that Starbucks coffee shop inside of the Dublin Zoo and they didn’t accept the Starbuck’s card which is been accepted everywhere I mean in ALL STARBUCKS around the WORLD. So, be advised about this.

15/09/2025: Had a takeaway for 2 items - the raspberry polenta cake and the vegan sausage roll. Both were delicious! The polenta cake had a strong raspberry flavour with milder than expected sweetness, as I prefer. The vegan sausage roll was slightly peppery and it was warmed up for me and placed in a heat friendly bag. The ambience of the place is lovely and I wish I had more time to sit and dine.

08/11/2025: Cancelled our order for no reason at all. Cafe not even closing for 40 minutes. Regular but wont be anymore

30/08/2025: I'd give 6 stars if I could. Breakfast rolls that would remind you of the good old days. Staff were all lovely and it was nice to have a chat. Very reasonable prices. If I lived closer I'd go every morning!

20/11/2025: Been in twice since it reopened. Staff are lovely and can't do enough for you. They don't do food at the moment so left the star rating blank. Not sure whats happening but the Guinness is awful. First visit I could only managed two pints of Guinness before going onto larger. These pint was not nice at all. Second visit with a mate, we had 3 pints of Guinness and again they were bad. It's a shame as the staff are great, the pub been done up and looks great. I will not be back till I see some reviews that the Guinness has improved.

23/06/2026: I recently ordered the train christening cake for my little ones christening party. Not only was the cake beautifully decorated, it was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend Scrummy Mummy Cakes and will definitely order more in the future.

31/12/2024: This Maxol is a great spot for fuel, and the shop is always spotless and neat, good coffee and the machine has been completely clean every time I've used it. Friendly, polite staff.
