26/07/2025: From the moment we arrived to the final touch of dessert, we experienced a truly magical experience. Olivier, the owner, and Charlotte, our waitress, welcomed us with rare warmth and kindness. Each dish was carefully presented, and the taste remained exceptional from start to finish. The pan-seared foie gras will remain one of my greatest culinary experiences to date. As for the John Dory fillet, it was simply worthy of the finest Michelin-starred restaurants in France. The wines offered by the glass were also of high quality, perfectly paired with the dishes. We left amazed. We highly recommend this place, without the slightest hesitation.

03/08/2025: We ordered many things and they came in a quick and timely manner. The miso soup was very good. The California roll was yummy and the salmon nigiri was delicious and tasted fresh. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

11/06/2025: I really love their Cheese Cake Tarts! It has the right amount of sweetness and it has a silky smooth texture! Makes you want to come back for more and staff are really friendly! 5 stars!

09/06/2025: What a wonderful little place. These tasty tarts are just sublime. The owner must have great expertise to produce such delicate, light and fluffy treats. It's like eating clouds! The gentleman even gave us two free to sample while we were sat eating. He is one of the most nicest and dignified individuals we have ever met. The world needs more people like him. Pay this place a visit, it's totally worth it.

06/08/2025: Not sure why it took us almost 5 years to finally try this place. The food was absolutely exceptional, The ambience is warm, inviting, and somehow feels both cosy and elegant at the same time. The owner was genuinely kind and welcoming. We’ll definitely be coming back.

04/08/2025: I recently visited Rasam with family while on a holiday from Dubai. I had the BEST butter chicken I have ever had in my life. The atmosphere was divine and the service was excellent. Lakshman was our server and his extensive hospitality training was evident. I wholeheartedly recommend Rasam for its warm welcome and commitment to mouthwatering cuisine.

05/08/2025: Warm, welcoming atmosphere and excellent service made for a lovely evening. The food was good overall, though the gnocchi wasn’t my favourite. Still, a charming spot for a relaxed Italian meal in Dublin. The gelato was also a great option on the menu.

22/07/2025: A warm and friendly welcome. We came for a short stay in Dublin. We were staying across the street from this pub, and we spent all our evenings there. 😊 The owner and the waitresses are great, smiling and attentive. The boss speaks a little French and gave us some really nice one-liners. We feel good at home, sir. Keep it up. 👍👍 Second evening with the added bonus of a large number of musicians who came to liven up the evening. Very cool. 👍

25/07/2025: Fabulous breakfast and coffee. Best breakfast sausage I have had, and the homemade brown bread was lovely. Mushrooms superb, egg perfect. I highly recommend this spot for a filling and delicious breakfast

03/08/2025: Have been lucky enough to eat a lot of amazing meals around the world and Chapter One is one of the best I’ve had. Definitely operating at a 3 Michelin Star lev right now.

03/08/2025: This restaurant from start to finish lives up to its best restaurant in Dublin and beyond reputation. I have dined in Chapter One a couple of times and the creativity, taste and standard of the food is second to none. I also cannot emphasise the top service received in the whole process and am blown away with how lovely our dinner service and food quality/design/presentation and extensive drinks selection was (the non alcoholic wine is the nicest I’ve ever tried and I don’t think I’ve ever had a nice non alcoholic wine prior to this. Mocktail selection gorgeous along with classic beautiful wines and cocktails that the rest of the group absolutely loved. The tasting menu was so good a big variety of top quality colourful and varied dishes with something for everyone). The ambience of the place itself is beautiful. The team here go above and beyond and I also had a recent experience with a reservation made, and in my error made it the day after it was supposed to be scheduled and needed to move it. I don’t know how they managed to save the day but can’t thank the lovely manager of Chapter One Juba and Flavia in accommodating this request and trying very hard to - it meant so much. If the team in Chapter One can assist they will and it makes all the difference. Amazing place and people all round and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a memorable experience with the highest standard of service, and food and drinks.
