23/07/2025: Came Back and Still Impressed! I've been to Groundstate Coffee twice now, and both times were genuinely good. The mushy toasty and the pastrami sandwich are definitely worth trying - fresh, tasty, and filling without being heavy. Their flat white is smooth and well made, and the chai latte was also really nice. The atmosphere is relaxed but still has a bit of character, and both times the staff were friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. It's a great spot if you want a solid breakfast and a proper coffee without any fuss. Happy I found this place - I'll definitely keep coming back when I'm in the area.

22/07/2025: Have to say Groundstate has the best filter coffee in Dublin 8! Super fruity and really really tasty. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff and with an epic coffee knowledge! Would 100% recommend this place if you love tasty coffee!

13/12/2025: Food was ok, nothing too special, some of the staff were kind and welcoming but the lady with the dark long hair that run the till today was walking around literally shouting names of orders and was all in all quite intense. I wouldn’t go back

13/12/2025: I stayed at the Herbert Park Hotel last night and had a very pleasant experience. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very welcoming. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay again.

14/11/2025: One of the finest bars in south country Dublin. Easily the friendliest and most welcoming staff around. A combination of traditional Irish decor and a beautifully refurbished lounge make this bar attractive to those who like a bustling, busy bar or just a quiet drink over a match or band. McKennas is one of the last traditional Irish bars left and should be on everyone's must-see list.

11/10/2025: As a Uruguayan, I really appreciate a good steak — and **Tomahawk Steakhouse** absolutely delivered. I loved sitting at the counter with the **grill right in front of me**, watching the chefs at work while enjoying an **excellent Italian wine**. The meat was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and the whole experience felt authentic and warm. A truly **outstanding dining experience** — can’t wait to go back! 🥩🍷🔥

25/09/2025: Mind-Blowing Quality—Worth Every Penny! We are from Switzerland, a place where steak is already incredible, but this restaurant truly blew us away! The meat was absolutely fantastic—a cut above. We ordered the Delmonico and the fillet steak, and both were utterly perfect. The service was impeccable, and the wine selection was equally impressive. This is a genuinely high-end establishment with high end prices prices that are completely justified by the outstanding quality delivered. Nice flair and good service and vibes. Deserves the full five stars!

11/11/2025: Very comfortable seating. Lots of cosy areas to sit quietly but good atmosphere. Food was amazing- great variety as well as quality and the staff were all lovely- couldn't have been more attentive. Highly recommend!

03/11/2025: Searched for a place with fish and chips, and corned beef and cabbage. Both were excellent here.

01/11/2025: Good mix of locals and visitors. Perfect location a short walk from touristy areas. Servers were sweet and energetic. Cozy and vibrant but not rowdy. Wonderful pub food and local craft beers on draught!

19/12/2025: Work Christmas lunch disaster. We were told when booking that we had a strict two hour slot and would have to leave at 4:30, which we were fine with. People booked train tickets to get home afterwards. Service was very slow. Our orders were taken over 45 minutes after we arrived, main courses only came out at 4:25pm (we were expecting to be finished by then!), some people already had to leave to catch their trains. More than half the group missed out on dessert (it was served after 5:00pm!) because they had to leave. Management were rude and dismissive, refused to give any refunds, apparently people "ate too slowly". The atmosphere was very unpleasant for the remaining team members who were able to stay late. Some people paid 47 euro and only got a starter.

17/12/2025: The food was okay, the staff was friendly. But the restroom was pretty dirty and smelly and the place was very noisy.

14/12/2025: The pizza is amazing. I always get the Calzone pizza. My only issues with this restaurant are that it is always very noisy and crowded and a little cramped- mainly because it is a small place. Would recommend, but if you don't like noise, this place isn't for you.

13/12/2025: The food was amazing. The staff were polite. Inside it was simple and cozy. The entrance has two doors so even though we sat close to the door, we did not feel the cold. We will definitely go again.

10/12/2025: Service is really great and the atmosphere is lovely. They have it set up very nicely. Unfortunately the food we didn't find as nice. The wings were decent, burger was average, chips a little soggy and the salad was not very nice at all.

05/12/2025: Wonderful place! Fantastic service! I highly recommend it and will always come back! The spicy wings are amazing!

14/12/2025: We had to wait ages before they even took our order. We ordered beer and food; the beer arrived quickly and everything seemed fine. After an hour, we still hadn't received our food… Really disappointing. We ended up having to leave the pub without food because we had to catch our flight.

12/12/2025: We got a table inside very quickly. We started with Guinness and later had something to eat. Everything was absolutely perfect: service, drinks, and food. A highly recommended pub.

06/12/2025: Great bar! Walked past it during our first day and thought nothing of it. Happened to look through the window and was surprised how nice it was inside. 8 pints of Guinness later my wife and i got on with our day. Friendly staff. Although we didn’t eat the food looks amazing. We visited again on our last night. Which was a Friday. Great live music on with a fun atmosphere. We tried a few different bars in Dublin and this was by far our favourite. Highly recommended

05/12/2025: Great atmospheric restaurant with lovely all Irish food. Great band The old brigade and super Irish Dancers. (my friend thought the ladies were in particularly very talented.

09/12/2025: Dropped in on recent trip home. Was looking forward as it has always been my go-to for a good pint. Sad to say that the Guinness was muck. Left after 2 (had to be sure the 1st wasn´t just an outlier), and headed to the International where the pint and atmosphere was great!! Will skip the Mulligans part on next trip.
