07/09/2025: Shout out to Mal and Roberto! They’re such great baristas. I went in today and got a lovely coffee, completely different from the one I had on Wednesday. This time it actually tasted great, and I was pleasantly surprised. Got a caramel latte. The boys are quick, friendly, and already know my order after just one visit. The café could definitely use more staff like them!

08/07/2025: Absolutely loved Boho Café! The food and atmosphere are great, and it’s such a brilliant idea to have a café like this right in the hospital. It makes a huge difference for patients and visitors alike.

12/03/2026: A service charge of 12.5% was added to our bill for 2 people, myself and a friend. I didn't realise this until after I'd paid the bill. I actually had added a tip and while the waitress was processing my bill I looked at the receipt because I was curious about why the bill was expensive. I said oh I didn’t realise there was service charge already on the receipt and she just smiled and gave me back my card. No apology. I thought it was unfair she didn’t mention there was service already included. I ended up paying service charge and a tip. Service charge is usually added to a group of 5 or more people, which I can understand but not for anything less than that. I have never seen service charge added for less than 5 people. It left a sour taste on what was overall a nice experience with tasty food and service up to that point. I won’t be going back, on prices that are already inflated, automatically adding a 12.5% charge is crazy.

10/10/2025: We stopped for a coffee, and it turned out to be the best latte in town, and the best apple scone I've ever had. The place is tiny, but cozy and very clean. And the staff is very attentive. There's a small bathroom downstairs from where you can also see the kitchen. I'll definitely be back.

01/10/2025: Hygiene at this place is very poor. Dishes are washed by hand and wiped with the same dirty cloth in the same water. There is no dishwasher in the downstairs kitchen, and everything is done in unhygienic conditions. The products are not safe, hygiene-wise. Be careful!

13/09/2025: I recently had the pleasure of stopping by Smaczne To Go, and I must say it turned out to be a very pleasant discovery. 15/01/2026: We got takeaway from Saba to Go and, as usual, the food was very good. One of us celiac and I called up the restaurant after having ordered just to check that they could keep the food for the celiac person separate from any gluten. We hard ordered the brownie, which does not have gluten as one of its allegergies listed on the menu. However, on the phone I was told that the brownie has gluten in it. I asked if it could be removed from the order, and was told this was an issue for the delivery app. This is not really acceptable as the mistake was on the part of Saba - advertising something as gluten free when it was not in fact. Furthermore, if I hadn't called up, my girlfriend might have been quite sick from eating the brownie.

22/01/2026: Came here for my birthday drinks with a friend and Eva was the best! She not only had the best recommendations but also kindly got us little cakes which was so sweet. Will be bringing my girlfriends back for all future birthday drinks!

10/01/2026: We went there just for a couple of cocktails around Christmas time. Despite the time of the year and the Christmas tree outside, the place didn't feel very warm. The cocktails we ordered were really good and the seasonal offering quite interesting.

30/06/2025: Ordered 2 breakfast rolls, 5 minutes within ordering my food I rang them to add dietary requirements( it says ring restaurant to add dietary requirements),as there is no option when ordering and was told the order left the shop? Within 5 minutes of ordering food? So firstly not fresh and secondly they wouldn’t let me add my preference said well cancel your order and reorder it? Not happy at all not a good service. If you are ordering food you should be allowed to give dietary requirements. Won’t be ordering again

12/09/2025: 6pm today the 12th September. Place was filthy. Multiple empty tables with food and wrappers not cleared away. Flies crawling all over tables. The floor was disgusting and in a worse state than the bins pictured. Three staff members all standing around behind the counter chatting and laughing and oblivious to the filth around them. Not the first time we’ve been there and it’s a complete mess. Will definitely be the last time though.

30/08/2025: Nice place to eat.. Not so crowded. They have seating upstairs as well.

01/02/2026: We went to The Ivi yesterday an even having a reservation they made us wait in the bar and they offered us a drink (not complementary). Clearly they cannot manage properly the reservation because every single table was sent to the bar for some time. The atmosphere is nice but too loud, more like a pub vibe. The food is okeish. Apart from the creme brulee nothing memorable at all. When finished we were offered a complementary glass of prosecco but the maitre couldn't wait us to finish it and demand us to leave the table and move again to the bar to finish it. So they were complementing us for the misunderstanding and literally 3 minutes later kicking us out. This is not at all the level of service I was expecting.

01/02/2026: Food was really good and very reasonably priced ( we had taste of ireland menu and kids menu ) but waiter service and gaps between ordering food and drinks was shocking . We arrived at 5.30 and left just before 8 without having a chance to order desert . Whatever it is about the Ivy formula they just can’t crack it in Dublin .

24/01/2026: edit: got to update as I've now had 2 chicken fillet kebabs where the chicken was off. rubbery or tough - chewy - horrible texture for chicken. usually the chicken is succulent and juicy and fresh, but this last kebab it was terrible. Something is off in the process here. Not sure if chicken is old or overcooked or frozen and refried or something, but its not good. sorry guys. long term customer - usually good - but a couple of bad kebabs now. I emailed you at your info email with more details - feel free to reach out if you need more. old review: Excellent and easy app for ordering. Food always arrives very quickly and it's piping hot. They use their own delivery drivers - so much better then deliveroo justeat etc. The food is delicious. Good chips, succulent chicken, really nice kebabs. My go-to for Irish chipper take away. Keep it up guys..

13/11/2025: Not sure if they have switched supplier or something but quality of the fish has declined recently (~1 year or so). I got a fish burger last week, the flavour and texture of the fish was really bad. A couple of months prior I got 2 fresh cod and had a similar experience. I let it slide hoping it was a one off, but sadly not. I'm very disappointed as the fish used be consitently great.
