28/05/2025: Tried to order food from here they told us the card declined. When I asked could I pay with a different card they told me no. I then said I would pay cash on delivery and they told me no I cannot order. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I just haf lamb shawema that was the best in the whole island. The other option were good aswell... the staff were sp friendly and the restaurant was nice to eat in

30/07/2025: I went to ebb & flow clontarf today and the staff member was extremely rude. She informed me that they were closing shortly so it wud have to be takeaway I said that was no problem. She was very rude with no people skills from the minute I walked in. Made me feel like I was putting her out hugely. When my toastie was ready it was falling apart and she gave it to me uncut. I asked if she cud please cut it in half as I was sharing it and she pretty much rolled her eyes and huffed at this then rudely gave it to me. I have never experienced such an unwarm and unwelcome staff member in my life. Will not be returning.
24/07/2025: My fav coffee place during my stay in Dublin. Very nice people, and coffee is great 🥰
(I prefer sandwiches from a close by supermarket though, so if you guys fix the food too, it would be absolutely amazing then!)

The Market Bar

06/07/2025: We were at The Market Bar Restaurant on June 25; a beautiful place with high ceilings, very nice furnishings and lots of space. Very relaxed and informal atmosphere thanks also to the kindness and friendliness of the staff. We ate very well with several vegetarian choices. The cost is reasonable. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
06/07/2025: The food is incredibly mediocre and as such very overpriced. Nothing was terrible, but it was all fairly boring and under-seasoned. The drinks, however, were good. The server, despite having an empty restaurant, was hard to track down. Considering how many places are around Temple Bar, I was sad to have wasted a meal and $$ here. Staff was nice though.

The Lighthouse

26/07/2025: Love the lighthouse, it’s our tradition before or after catching a film but they used to do delightful smash burgers and we had the burgers this time around on the new menu and it was dry and sad (sad to say) the staff was great, the pints were lovely, the burgers just sucked.

There's no surprise there.
The food is excellent and the people, they're very nice and always serve you with a genuine smile.
The place itself is spotless and very well maintain.
My fave is their HONEY CHICKEN WINGS. I love it.
You need to tryit too.

04/08/2025: Just landed all the way from canada havnt been home in 20 years first time trying firehouse it was my first big meal home after 20 years and Jesus chirst they did not disappoint Fantastic customer service quality of food is 10/10 and that garlic sauce omg not to mention the chicken dippers. You guys are 5 stars
29/07/2025: The food at Firehouse Pizza Ballymun is consistently good — tasty pizzas, fresh ingredients, and great options for gluten-free and vegan diets. Can’t fault the kitchen at all.
However, the front-of-house staff can be a bit unprofessional and not very welcoming. Customer service definitely needs attention. A better attitude at the counter would make the overall experience much more enjoyable.
Still, if you're focused on the food, it's worth it — just don't expect the warmest service.

20/07/2025: I go there on a sunday and i really enjoy it the staff are very friendly and theres extra space outside if the pub is busy floor is always nice and clean its kept very well i always enjoy my sunday visits
25/06/2025: I am a frequent visitor, myself and my family celebrate occasions and merely go out for a simple yet delicious steak on a Monday for around €20. The chicken and beef burgers are cooked beautifully and have an abundance of flavour. The staff is very accommodating and ensures the service is to the highest standard, which is pivotal in obtaining my consistency. The food is always presented with such care and attention, it reflects well on the chef who is providing clean, tasty and appetising meals each day and night. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and a pleasant atmosphere.

30/03/2025: This was my second time visiting the cafe. I dropped in the cafe towards their closing time, yet they kindly let me stay. Though the options of pastries were limited at that point, the blueberry cream cheese tart that I tried was fabulous. The sourness of the berries and smooth texture of cream cheese and its very well balanced sweetness matched perfectly with each other. I also enjoyed Vanilla Rooibos tea as well as the last time, would definitely go back again.
