15/08/2025: Service was slow, but food was good.

15/08/2025: Terrible service didn’t check back on us once or ask for any allergens. Really disappointed as was really looking forward to it with all the hype around this restaurant. Got service charge when I have gotten better service at Burger King … not to mention 4 euro each for not even half a dip. Extremely upsetting as the food was lovely. Unfortunately we will NEVER return.

25/08/2025: Love it here! Do yourself a favour and grab a spice bag from here it’s delicious (get a curry sauce too pls). We also got a Malaysian mee goreng and garlic butter wings. Couldn’t fault a thing. 10/10!

28/07/2025: Ordered first time , from clonsilla Shredded chilli chicken, organic beef in black pepper sauce, Tough one to rate, pretty quick delivery, food tasted very good. Pros : Quite quick delivery Generous portions for the price Chips are good size not the chipper ones Veggies and ingredients fresh Cons: Meat - Beef and Chicken texture was too soft and spongy like could be the way the marinade it, Makes it feel less like meat. Chicken lacked a crisp or firm bite , had slightly elastic, over tenderized texture- soft but with a chewy stretch when you pulled it apart. Overall good place, I would give five if the meat was better. Side notes , Chips - little to greasy Veggies -peppers and carrots good but little bit too much bite, could be bit softer Black pepper sauce - very good but but too garlicy for pepper sauce in my estimation. I would ordered it again to check if they improved Thanks

13/04/2025: Bar service is not good, not enough staff and very rude bar staff, not skilled, ran out of red wine at 9.30pm and didnt 🤔 think this was an issue during a party!! Music was brilliant, great tunes!! Nice room for a party.

24/07/2025: Had a one night layover in Dublin and wanted to stay where the ‘action’ was and this was exactly what I thought it would be! Nice rooms, perfect location (for pubs, food, etc). Really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend! I was on the 2nd floor and had no issues with noise at all.

07/02/2025: Friendly staff. Helpful. Nice environment. Large portions. Bit pricey. Quality of food was decent. Bacon on burger was very fatty. Side salad was tasty. Overall decent visit.

03/01/2025: My wife and I visited here on a terrible day two weeks weeks before Christmas. I've reviewed this restaurant before, do this will be short. The friendly server cleared a table for us, and we're seated in a few minutes. Food was delicious, served piping hot, sides of fries and mash were again delicious and piping hot. We visited on the day the heating was broken, but we did not notice, only the server told us. Coffee was again delicious. This is a beautiful restaurant, with good food and great staff. Can't wait to return soon. I'd highly recommend this place. Thanks again for another lovely meal.

29/07/2025: Butlers is synonymous with Ireland. They have a branch in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, and I used to frequent them. This is the real deal.

19/08/2025: I seriously could not love this place more. I travel to Dublin every month for work, and this is one of my go-to hidden gems. The breakfast porridge is AMAZING - a generous portion for a ridiculously good price. Plus, the coffee is, without a doubt, the best. I look forward to my visits every month! Great coffee, great food, amazing service at a fair price. What more could you want? If you’ve walked past and not stopped in, you are missing out! Best little gem in Dublin.

11/08/2025: A cozy and pleasant place, the very professional staff always serve us with friendliness and promptness. The place is accessible, has Wi-Fi and many options... The cookie and lemonade is a good option, I highly recommend it.

06/08/2025: Was there on all ireland hurling final day which was probably not the best day to get a feel for the place. Only stayed for one drink which we had to take outside as the heat inside was atrocious due to the large crowd. Must calm again when it's alot quieter to get a feel for the place.

06/09/2025: Shameful . Can’t understand what it is as we ordered pizza. Delivered us some crazy thing to eat or to throw. Tried to check too it’s crazy.Even asked to take it back they don’t want .

05/09/2025: Delivery ordered with clear note- no red onion on pizza, please 🙏🏻. I got pizza fully red onion covered it is even complicated to find other toppings. In addition, pizza is delivered completely cold, box is leaking by oli and the only flavour I could feel except onion is salt. The worst pizza I have ever tried in Dublin.
